She was very much into fixing a cell phone which I believed to be her own and literally told me, hold on I'm just working on something while I sat for 5 minutes before she even asked how she could help me. I tried to be assertive but kind, and was still all smiles and pleasant about the fact that she probably should have taken care of me and worked on the phone after, as I'm sure customer service is priority and as I said, I think she was fixing her own phone. She went to the back room to get a replacement SIM for me and I guess hit her hand on a table and was talking about it with me however dropping F bombs left and right, even calling herself out like, "and now I'm swearing in front of customers". We went to T-Mobile in the north shore mall (lower). There, we had the pleasure of working with Xio. She apologized for the long wait time, and took us even though they were closing soon. Xio say with us and made sure to answer any and all questions we had. She got us the best deal we could get. Xio stayed with us 1 hour PAST the time they closed. After having such a bad experience over the phone, Xio was a breathe of fresh air. She was friendly, personable, and really makes sure her customers are getting what they need and more. I will only be going to this T-Mobile from now on solely because of Xio.

We had all information needed. Louis assisted us and was fantastic. He communicated every step of the way. I felt bad because he had to get help with our unique situation. Again no worries as he was doing his best and was really great. Finally we realized we need to unlock the phone number. Once that was done everything was smooth sailing. Thank you Louis. Overall the store was open and bright. Lots of space and seating which was nice. I'd recommend that they label a section of where individuals with appointments can sit/wait and a section labelled for walk-ins. You could see that some folks were frustrated because it seemed like others were 'jumping the line' and all the other staff could say is they have an appointment. It would be easier for everyone.
