    We came here about 30mins after opening. We were number 11 in line to be assisted. No worries…read morebecause our schedule was clear. We came in to transfer a phone line from Verizon to xfinity. We had all information needed. Louis assisted us and was fantastic. He communicated every step of the way. I felt bad because he had to get help with our unique situation. Again no worries as he was doing his best and was really great. Finally we realized we need to unlock the phone number. Once that was done everything was smooth sailing. Thank you Louis. Overall the store was open and bright. Lots of space and seating which was nice. I'd recommend that they label a section of where individuals with appointments can sit/wait and a section labelled for walk-ins. You could see that some folks were frustrated because it seemed like others were 'jumping the line' and all the other staff could say is they have an appointment. It would be easier for everyone.

Very accusatory and refused to even hear anything we said. Belligerently Told us that if we wanted to lower our bill that we'd have to give up services. Tried to bulldoze us & when that wouldn't work claimed that we were trying to tell him his job refusing to speak to us further. It would be nice if we could complain to Xfinity about this but it seems that most people who work for them have the same set of ignorant skills.

A girl named…read moreShanon with one "n" was not very attentive to the fact that I was the only person in her line. No smile. No greeting. She was very much into fixing a cell phone which I believed to be her own and literally told me, hold on I'm just working on something while I sat for 5 minutes before she even asked how she could help me. I tried to be assertive but kind, and was still all smiles and pleasant about the fact that she probably should have taken care of me and worked on the phone after, as I'm sure customer service is priority and as I said, I think she was fixing her own phone. She seemed a bit distant. She went to the back room to get a replacement SIM for me and I guess hit her hand on a table and was talking about it with me however dropping F bombs left and right, even calling herself out like, "and now I'm swearing in front of customers". I understand that people have hard days and bring it to work with them, but I've never had to wait so long for SUCH an easy thing to take care of. Well, just now I'm putting the SIM in a temp phone, AND IT DOESN'T WORK. I'm not even sure she registered it properly. I spent $25 dollars and i"m NOT very happy right now.

    I contacted Sylvia Electrical because of the good reviews here on Yelp, and I'm happy to report…read morethey're all true. I had managed to blow out an outlet in my kitchen by plugging a microwave and toaster oven into it and using them at the same time (duh); had tested the GFI outlet; had checked the circuit breakers. Gave up & called Sylvia. Right before the electrician, Stan, showed up, I decided to check the circuit panel again and saw that one had been tripped--it was mislabeled also to what it led to. This solved the problem, but Stan double-checked the GFI to make sure it was working properly as well as checking the circuit breaker. He didn't up-sell me on a new GFI (mine was oldish but fine) and he didn't even charge me for his time. I can't tell you how much I appreciate these guys, and I'll use them again. PS, I also appreciated that Sylvia contacted me and kept me apprised via text, which is primarily how I communicate these days....

    Had them update my service to 200 Amps. They did it in two separate panels. Since then I have…read morenothing but issues with too much load on one panel vs another. Already had two other electricians come out and tell me the service upgrade was horrible and should have never been done like this. Also did the electrical for an addition we did. Same thing the other electricians said there was no thought in how they wired it/separated it and set up the switches. DO NOT USE STEVE OR HIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE.
