We went to T-Mobile in the north shore mall (lower). There, we had the pleasure of working with Xio. She apologized for the long wait time, and took us even though they were closing soon. Xio say with us and made sure to answer any and all questions we had. She got us the best deal we could get. Xio stayed with us 1 hour PAST the time they closed. After having such a bad experience over the phone, Xio was a breathe of fresh air. She was friendly, personable, and really makes sure her customers are getting what they need and more.
