I saw the reviews about how difficult it was to work with these guys, but they are supposed to be…read morereally good so I gave it a try. I had to fill out the form twice, and have the guy yell at me a few times on the phone. That was ok. I got through the insane vetting process, and then I brought it over at 12:30 (they are only open 12-7 on some days). They were closed. I ran some other errands and I called back 2 hours later to see if they were open yet. They answered and immediately started yelling at me again. I couldn't even ask if they were open for me to bring it over. I got a lecture about how busy and important they were. I tried to tell him I already filled out the form and just wanted to know if I could bring it over. He kept yelling so I hung up this time. He immediately called me back and started yelling at me again. I hung up. He called again and left a several minute voicemail telling me all about what's wrong with me. I was willing to put up with a lot to get this done but he is a supreme asshole. I give up.

Hands down the most grumpy, arrogant, and unpleasant customer service experience I've ever had…read more I contacted Audio Proz to inquire about repairing a vintage turntable. I was instructed to submit a contact form with photos and told the owner would call me back. He did return my call--but instead of asking a single clarifying question or listening to what I actually needed, he launched into a ten-minute tirade about how vintage 1950s record players "aren't worth fixing," how everyone else does repairs wrong, and how he's the only competent person because he's been doing this for 50 years... while simultaneously insisting he doesn't want to do the work, doesn't have space, doesn't have time, and doesn't think these units should be repaired at all. At no point did he actually listen to what I was calling about. When I tried to politely redirect the conversation and ask a very simple question--can you help me or not, and what would you like me to do next?--he repeatedly talked over me, wouldn't let me finish a sentence, and then bizarrely accused me of talking over him, saying "I don't let people talk over me," despite the fact that he was the one ranting nonstop. I attempted to explain that I was committed to preserving the furniture and was open to swapping audio components if that made more sense. He wouldn't let me speak long enough to hear that, and instead launched into yet another lecture about how people wrongly think modern equipment is better--completely missing the point. By the end of the call, it was clear he had no interest in helping and no respect for the person on the other end of the phone. Despite limited options for audio repair, I simply could not imagine giving this man my money. He may be knowledgeable and overwhelmingly busy, but customer service is absolutely not his strong suit. If that's the case, he should seriously consider hiring someone else to handle inquiries and stick to working alone with the equipment--because as a customer-facing experience, this was truly awful.

No they said the day they delivered it. so if i never make a repair or call on the appliances they will refund half the money. They don't warn you send you anything that it is up. the women told me they don't want to pay.... word from her mouth. so don't buy the extended warranty it's a gaff.....

I have mostly been happy with the final products, which really isn't a reflection of Beach Sales per se (but rather, Electrolux, Kitchenaid, etc.). I had one somewhat negative experience after a delivery person dropped stove pieces outside of my home and tried to deliver without comment (I witnessed). It took an unnecessary amount of discussion with folks back at the store to come up with a repair plan. But ultimately they helped to re-send replacement cast iron parts for what had been dropped and damaged. Most recently, I have grown very frustrated with trying to access the 50% rebate on an unused five-year warranty. I feel that I was misled. It's come to my attention that the "50% back" is actually just for Beach Sales purchases, and it's not a refund check as it had seemed. Not only that, there are many many hoops to jump through. Even after jumping through all the hoops and gathering all the old documents from five years ago AND following the guidelines, I am still waiting six months later with no rebate. No coupon nor check. While the extra five-year warranty sounds like a good idea, don't count on the 50% back rebate. And be sure to ask questions.

Asked to purchase that computer at that price. Was told "not in stock" so I asked to order it for shipping or pick up. I was told "can't do that" they don't make that computer any more??? But it's on display, with a big sales tag, on your shelves. I asked for a comp product at the sale price - they looked for 45 minutes had me waiting and waiting - MOD Mike came and offered me $50 off a $1200 15 inch laptop (trying to upsell me? Idk) but since when did their staff start haggling prices? Sounded fishy and I asked to speak to their manager - Cliff - and wow, I was met with a stiff rude attitude from the start of the interaction, despite my attempts to be courteous and kind. From the beginning he said " that whole area is Microsoft, it has nothing to do with us at Best Buy" as if he was taking zero responsibility for any of the products or prices I asked for a rain check for the sale price and he said "nah we don't do it" I asked for a comp product at the same price, he was not offering any type of situation. He wanted to keep me there for more and more time, after 60 minutes - clearly Cliff wasn't offering any help to me - nor any understanding or empathy - so I left empty handed. Going to buy from the Microsoft store directly. Best Buy - ugh this place should have gone out of business when blockbuster did.

The Geek Squad desk was very helpful with a computer repair that need to take place rapidly. The technician Dylan was very knowledgeable and very organized. He was virtually helping three clients at the same time - multitasking like a FAA airport control in he middle of a crisis. Jesus was also super helpful and patient as he helped me identified a decent computer deal for my son. We had to buy a replacement. Value is on the expense side, despite the Total package. Best Buy has started to charge a fee for $100 even when it is the computer that has some serious keyboard defects. So that was less cool. Be aware- The roundabout to get to the Best Buy is a nightmare of traffic. It took me 45 minutes to get out of the roundabout. Overall, smaller size store with professional and dedicated staff.

Multiple things worked prior to it being set up, and after it was wired up, they weren't working well. My driver side air vent was completely blocked and the wiring looked like vomit. Extremely disappointed. Nothing was appropriately wired up and "clean"... Everything was everywhere. Can you believe that the person that installed it for me at Best buy put everything in the driver side air vent so no air could go out? Then I went back the following week for things to get cleaned up, and nothing got fixed after I mentioned that it wasn't working. I'm all done with the $200 a year membership, it's not worth it I would rather go to a professional. I feel bad for the guy working there.
