Ryan was great, tried to keep my carpets/bathroom clean as much as possible and was patient in discussing my options and answering my questions. Surprisingly was able to get an appointment for install on Monday. Jared was also great. Definitely appreciate the small details and concerns to keep the carpet clean like hand carrying both the old and new water heater up 2 flights of stairs. Between the quick response/scheduling time, clean workmanship, and fine attention to detail, happy to say the leaking water heater experience felt less chaotic with 128's help! Total turnaround time, Friday 11pm to Monday 4pm hot water up and running!!

We were nervous at the beginning because it was a very expensive job and we did not have any previous experience in this business. Stephen, the owner, came 3-4 times to meet with our trustees and explained all details, answered our multiple questions. The guys did a wonderful job. You can see the photos of the system they installed on their website. Kevin was the best. He was at the site every day. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable, loves what he does.. He still comes to check on the system periodically. The guys were so professional we did not even notice the transition from old to a new system. I would highly recommend this company. They are very responsible, the best workers you can trust.

Do not use Chambers. We reached out to Chambers last winter initially to service our system that…read morewas making a weird noise. They only text, not call. This made communicating with them extremely difficult the entire time. The morning they were supposed to arrive at 9 am so I took the day off from work. They didn't show up until several hours later with no communication regarding that. The man who serviced our heater had never seen our type of system before. He tinkered with it for a couple hours and finally "fixed" it. A few days later we were without heat. We called them several times, leaving them a message, but they did not get back to us. We were about to hire someone else to come, but the next morning they finally said they would come take a look, free of charge. The man came back and ended up replacing a part. We got an invoice in the mail for that part despite the free of charge promise. Shortly after that our heater broke again so we ended up calling a different company. After their last visit and the previous invoice for the part, we received ANOTHER invoice in the mail for a much larger charge than the previous. We reached out to Chambers several times trying to figure out what that invoice was for, as their last visit was free of charge. To this day we have not heard back from them even after writing them a letter to remind them of what happened. They continue to send us delinquent payment invoices and will not respond to us when we reach out to them.

Nick came out; SUPER professional, courteous and very understanding...the cost to do a 20 minute installation was close to the cost of the appliance, over $500...unacceptable to not even give a range of the cost of the installation forcing you to pay the $99 fee for them to come out and 'give' you the estimate. Strange business practice. Other than an attorney or a well paid surgeon, I'm not sure who else makes over $500 for a half an hour of work. We did have them install, but won't use or recommend them in the future. Too bad because their tech was awesome !!
