Great customer service and definitely one of the better AT&T stores I've been to! I had entered needing assistance getting off of my previous plan, and there were many hiccups as it was a business account which belonged to those who I no longer communicate with. The main issue was I had just moved and wanted to keep my old phone number, as I had just linked many things such as job opportunities to that number. The first time I came in, Jade had helped me, showing excellent service under pressure and in dealing with a difficult customer who was the main person on the account that I was under. They asked for the manager after explaining the issue at hand. Jade spoke calmly and collectively, and was not rude in any way when on the line. The language and words she chose was extremely professional and she handled it very well. I was impressed not gonna lie. I ran into complications on the first visit, and had to come back after certain things got taken care of/given access to the account. I came back later that night after being told it had been fixed from the main account authorizer, but it hadn't changed at all. Jade and Sequoia were both the ones to help me this round. There was still nothing they could do for me, so I decided to wait on it for a day to see if it just needed more time to be processed, though they confirmed it usually goes through immediately. Their closing time was quickly approaching, so I didn't want to keep them there any longer. I decided it was tomorrow's problem. The next day I walk in and the same thing occurred. At this point I was just getting anxious and frustrated about the entire situation as I did not want to keep contacting the account holder since we were no longer on the best of terms. I decided to just give up my old phone number. That's when Dakota helped me in setting up a new phone plan, and even that was a hassle because my address didn't match my current living area which meant they had to jump through many hoops. I was even able to get a discount that I wasn't aware of, and they ran through all the plans with me to ensure I got the one I really wanted, giving me more options than was listed. Ive never had anyone try their hardest to save me money on my phone bill in this way. It was a blessing, honestly. Through all of this, they were still very professional and although it took much longer than we both had anticipated, they still were not only very kind and patient, but just a joy to talk to. All 3 employees were actually. I'm just grateful to have been with those who actually knew what they were doing while also keeping my best interest at heart, as my last issue and AT&T trip in Washington felt like the woman was extremely unhelpful: I paid to get more storage at her recommendation which didn't fix anything and then when I inquired about plans she just wanted me to sign up for the most expensive plan without truly listening to me because "it's what I should do, the other plans don't make sense" (In fact I'll leave a review for that store right after this one lmao) THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING SO HELPFUL! You have no idea how much I appreciate it!! Hopefully I'll make this location my main AT&T store now that I live nearby- the 20 minute drive is worth the good customer service. Came here on 2/17/2025 with my family to port my line from corporate to personal billing. There was a store manager, Maribel, and an employee at the store, no other customers. The manager was clueless about porting and refused to help. I was here the day before and one of the employees was able to pull up my account and since I did not have my spouse's info, I need to came back again. While I haven't bought any of my phones here, I do stop in frequently, especially after get a software upgrade push and can't figure out how to accomplish a task. If a Google search doesn't lead me to a solution, I visit this store so I can get live human assistance. The reps here are always helpful. Sometimes there is a wait, but I understand that, and keep myself occupied. I wait patiently knowing that when it's my turn, they will give me the same attention. During Covid, they are extra careful. They clean the device, use gloves, keep an appropriate distance. They don't try to upsell, usually because I tell them up front that I am just here to ask a question or figure out how to achieve something on my current device. Like why all of a sudden I don't get a sound notification while having a txt conversation with a particular friend. Or what happened to my Favorite folder in my gallery. When I am interested in a phone upgrade, they go over all the options in detail. Even though I've been an AT&T customer since the first cell phone came out, and spent my entire career in high tech, coincidentally started at AT&T in NJ, it's a challenge understanding the options. There are so many devices and various versions within one Brand / operating system, let alone compare an Android to IOS. For now, I'm sticking with my Android, to the dismay of all my friends on Apple. But I use my phone mostly for the camera and I like the pics my Samsung takes. Plus I find Android to be more intuitive; and I know that isn't the norm, but for me, it is. When I am ready for an upgrade, I will be back. Super disappointed in the service I received at this AT&T store. I was quoted wrong information and my account was messed up by a disengaged employee. I needed a new phone within 2 days. The guy who helped me said the phone he ordered for me would be delivered to my house the next day which would have given me time to set it up before my trip. It didn't show up for 3 days. The AT&T call center told me I should have been quoted 1-3 days. Had I known that I would have picked it up at Best Buy a few doors down. Because I was down a phone the employee said he would add an additional email to my account as a cc to all of the account emails I would have received. I was clear not to change the main account email. Nope, he changed it and the security verification codes were now being sent to my son's phone number which makes no sense. This all left me with no way to access my email or AT&T account, especially difficult when trying to access other accounts with security verification codes and password resets. read more

Outstanding service! I called the customer service line to add family sharing to my plan and after 8 minutes of repeating my phone number to the live representative, I opted to go into the store. I've returned the next day to sign up for DirectTV because the guys were so authentic in the advantages of it. I didn't feel sold. And these guys know the business well! This has got to be the worst experience I've ever had with any phone carrier. We first came into this store location on Cedar Hills in Beaverton, Oregon with the intent to switch from Verizon over to AT&T and were told of a really great deal going on. The blonde lady there (I can't remember if her name is Kendall or Kendra, she's the manager). She started off super friendly and knowledgeable and told us they were running a deal that if we traded in our phones we would get $700 off each new phone we wanted to get. So we decided to go that route. She told us she would wave our activation fees and that our bill would be around $130-$150 a month so my husband and I decided to to hop on the deal because we have older phones and we already pay that amount with our old phone carrier so it wasn't like we would have an increased bill AND on top of that we'd have new phones. After completing the paperwork she tells me that my credit doesn't allow for us to have the two phones and that I'd have to pay full price for one of the phones and after much deliberation we decided to go ahead and pay off completely my husband's phone. His new phone we got him is the S20 Ultra which was listed in the store for $1400, our trade in value for his old S9 was $700 and I paid $840 to pay off his phone. How does that equal $1400? Where did my $140 go? She also told us we'd get a credit of $100 towards our bill because we paid off his phone. Anyways, after we left the store I went home to go download the AT&T app so that I could get started on getting auto-pay and all that stuff situated. AND to my surprise, I logged in and saw that we had three phone lines attached to my account (my husbands, mines, and a random number we've never seen before). So, of course I called back and a man picked up that time and told me she was with a customer so I asked him why do we have a third line. He said it was a line used to run that promotion they offered us and that we wouldn't be charged for it at all and in fact we would be able to use this line for a hot spot set up if we wanted to. I confirmed with him and asked are you sure we are not going to get charged for this, and his response was no. So I said, okay as long as we don't get charged for this, if we do, then we don't want then and he re-assured me saying that I wasn't going to get charged for this at all. A few days later, (SO GLAD I KEPT CHECKING THE APP) I logged back into the app and saw to my surprise a BIG FAT BILL of $403. I was in disbelief, usually when someone tells you what your first bill will be you have it in your mind that the first bill will be around that amount. We've since then moved to SE Portland and we decided to go to the store location near us there and talk to one of the people that worked at that location. After looking at our account and going through everything he proceeded to tell me that this manager Kendall or Kendra, whatever her name is had signed us up for a business account that we were totally unaware of, she never waved out activation fees, and on top of that, the 3rd line that we were supposedly not going to get charged for, we were actually getting charged for it. I've been working with this guy now and the only thing that has been done for me is the activation fees getting waived. I don't have a need for a third line but was told if we cancel this third line we would lose the promotional offer that was offered to us in the first place for trading in our old phones for $700 each. We've been trying to get this issue resolved and it has been well over 30 days. Our bill is now considered late and I'm getting an email stating that my service will be shut off now if we do not pay the bill which is has dropped but only to $304. I've tried reaching out to the store in Cedar Hills and tried to get in contact with the District Manager of that store Brenden but for some reason no one can seem to get me in touch with him and all they can tell me is that they can tell him I called. This has been a really upsetting experience and honestly at this point, I just want to cancel my entire account and switch back to Verizon. read more

Don't waste your time going here. The condescending girl with sleeve tattoos is a horrible sales person and an even worse person to try and talk to about the process in buying a new phone. Disrespectful and tried to state the already known policies to me and continued to talk over me. The guy in there, was so awful and barely tried to practice at least the bare minimum of customer service. I got into a disagreement with them and they were incredibly unhelpful. This was yesterday, 7/25 at 4pm. Wasted an hour of my time trying to verify my identity so I could purchase a phone online to find out I was not going to receive the promotion I applied for. The girl previously told me on the phone that she'd have to look at my account when I got there to see if she could apply the promotions, she didn't and then she began to be incredibly entitled and condescending in her approach to explaining the process to me. I heard her speak to other customers and her ability to sell on the floor is laughable. She sounds like a robot and has no idea how to create rapport with customers and it shows when the customers weren't very responsive to her selling tactics. I am appalled to have even experience this level of unprofessionalism. It's a shame my experience with AT&T has been nothing but pain and agony the past 3 days at this store, the Beaverton location and on the phone with customer service. I'm simply trying purchase a new phone but it's like pulling teeth with this company. You can't get good customer service anywhere and they're processes are poor. Please evaluate your employees, specifically these two that worked at 4pm yesterday, they are the worst people to have representing your company. The guy took off his mask for several minutes and had me use his phone without sanitizing it so I could talk with customer service. Extremely poor COVID-19 precautions. read more

I was a 50 year old with a dying 6s. I am paranoid and resistant to change. If it ain't broke why fix it kind of guy. A neurotic and difficult customer. A. Brilliant young man named Matt councils me for hours through the process of migrating to a business account and setting me up with a great deal and a iPhone Excess (I need the camera for work not selfies). It took him all afternoon to get it done, but the guy is like a Jedi Knight of AT&T product. The force is very strong with him. I would recommend that anyone who wants to upgrade their phone seek him out. I was very impressed with this location. There was not a wait at all (5 minutes max). Quinn answered all my questions on the Samsung Note 8 and made sure I knew all promotion options. Quinn also shared some Direct TV options. He made a special trip to another store to pick up the Direct TV stick I decided to go with. Every time I went back into the store he greeted me right away by name. The other 2 gentlemen that I encountered during this time were very friendly as well. Terrible location. They only have one person working at a time the last 3 or 4 times I've tried to just go in to pay my bill. I get it's a small location but the fact that they don't acknowledge people with a "welcome" or "be with you as soon as I can" it gives an unfriendly vibe. If this location really only has one worker every day maybe think about adding a machine to take bill pays. I've been an AT&T customer for a decade, and usually am very happy with the service (besides the usual screw-offs that don't feel like working for a living). My fiance and I are trying to combine our plans, so we stopped in last week to see how it works. One manager took a few moments to tell my fiance how to make it work. We started the process, and stopped back in today to continue it. Same manager (forget her name, but overly tanned with brown hair), and it was a complete Jekyll and Hyde experience. She was rude, arrogant, and utterly condescending (chastised my fiance because her current bill is a few days overdue, which she was announcing loud enough for the entire store to hear, multiple times at that). In any event, I hate to use the term "bitch" because I try to keep my reviews professional, but this manager almost had my fiance in tears. I will never set foot in this store, and will make sure everyone I speak to knows to avoid this place. We will take our business to another location, and if it wasn't for the pain it is to switch carriers I'd tell AT&T to stick our phone plan up this manager's ass. The WORST service! I purchased 3 new phones next door at Best Buy and had my service transferred from Sprint to AT&T. Best Buy's system wouldn't allow them to trouble shoot so they directed me next door to AT&T. Every Best Buy associate was unbelievably kind and tried their best to resolve the issues with the phones. I worked with Quinn, his first question was why didn't you buy from AT&T, I answered and he seem perturbed.. Best Buy had better rates and rebates... Duh. As he was helping assist in correcting my plan he seemed frustrated at Best Buy. He was very unprofessional in his comments towards Best Buy. All he did was complain about how he has to do Best Buy's job again and how they always screw up. He also told me that he would NOT help me any further because he did NOT want to spend any more time on this and directed me back to Best Buy since they screwed up. I was an AT&T customer previously from 20 years and have never had service like this before. Not sure why his issue became mine, like why are you so angry at me? I am just a returning customer and expected a higher level of service than what was provided to me. As a Customer Service professional you should leave your thoughts & comments behind closed doors and give your customers the best experience possible. All I got was diarrhea mouth from Quinn about Best Buy. Quinn needs to be fired! All he did was bash Best Best in the worse way, it was unbelievable and highly upsetting. He also had one leg propped on the chair and elbow on his knee while assisting me, HA! WTH? He made me feel very uncomfortable and I left immediately. Another customer agreed with me on the way out, he was even appalled. Please retrain your staff or fire the ones that cannot uphold a pleasant customer service company image. Very unhappy! I ended up going back to Best Buy, Spencer was able to resolve the issue with a little elbow work and a phone call... Very bad customer service. Mattie Vojtasek claims to be the store manager whom is part-time, and is very misleading. very rude. We keep having to come back just to fix issues. She never greets us when we come in (we've been there 3 times while she was there). There was one guy in the beginning who greeted us and was very informative, we came back just because of him and then discovered he apparently quit. Every employee in this store tells you different things. which makes it a sketchy place. There was one other guy who claimed to be from another store and was just covering this location was the nicest of all after that first guy quit. I recently had my phone begin to have problems. I do not have a lot of knowledge about the ins and outs of cell phones especially what the difference there is with 4G , 6G etc. All I know is this big Mega Samsung Galaxy was acting up. The girl who waited on me was awesome! She just started out simple, we discussed if I could get an upgrade etc, checked my plan and so on. But what she did that was awesome was she did it all for me. Put the glass protector on, and got a discount on it for me!, and never once made me feel like I was "technically challenged". I am and will be the first to admit but at least she was patient and kind. So it was painless, love my new phone. Thank you Melinda!! Plus kept all my stuff. Cool. read more
