Let me clarify this is not for a one bedroom apartment, this is to move one literal bedroom of items from a roommate household to another roommate household so no common area items or large furniture like couches/dining tables etc. Frustrating I spent 30 minutes on the phone with them just to get an estimate that's nearly double my rent. So don't waste your time unless you're prepared to spend thousands of dollars. Would be one star, but I added a second star because the guy on the phone was very kind, and one extra star because this is about my dissatisfaction with a moving estimate, not the actual service. Again the employee who worked with me on the phone to provide my estimate was incredibly nice and helpful, I was just shocked to see the price they asked for.

They were kind, professional, efficient, and punctual! My only word of advice would be to the front office, they didn't seem to provide enough communication to the movers and they were short on packing supplies and just how much they had to pack (to be fair they still did an amazing job which is why I'm still giving 5 stars). I would've preferred a phone call as opposed to filling out the app so there wouldn't be as much miscommunication between the movers and the job they had to do. Also, while it wasn't an issue, I got an email about 18 hours before our move asking if they could reschedule it for 2 hours earlier. I would've preferred to be informed much sooner and not just through email but it worked out just fine. Overall I would absolutely hire them again and you should too! Yesterday I had my safe moved by Tim, Wayne, and Jaysin from Kilroy Brothers Moving. I can't say…read moreenough good things about the experience overall. As I told them I moved the safe in myself, and I wasn't going to move it out myself as it was about 600 lbs and I barely got it in myself. The three of them made it look easy moving it out and did an excellent job in the process. They made absolutely certain that my safe was secure during the entire process, they wrapped the entire safe as well as the door to make sure the electronics didn't get damaged at all. And then at the end of the move they made certain that the safe opened and closed as it should properly. My parents used Kilroy Brother's moving a little over 30 years ago, and they did a great job then. I can say they continue to do a great job now. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move. I have no intentions to move out of my house that I just purchased anytime soon, but I can say when the time does come for me to move, I will definitely be contacting Kilroy to move not only my safe but also my entire house. They were very reasonable in the pricing, and I shopped around prior to selecting a company to move my safe. They were very responsive when I reached out to them as well. I personally spoke with the owner prior to the move to find out what information they needed and when I told him the weight of the safe he didn't hesitate to say that they could move it and didn't upcharge me like other companies did because it was "over weight." While I do agree it was certainly very heavy, I don't' think that it was too unreasonable to ask to have professional's move.
