Well, everything has changed. I ordered the chicken fajitas with no peppers, only to be told that they coudn't accomodate that request. Apparently they don't cut their own onions & peppers anymore, it comes in as a mix. I'm sorry, but if someone orders no peppers, accomodate them. The fajitas came out not sizzling and stuck to the cast iron skillet. Chicken was lukewarm so it was sitting in the kitchen for a bit. The tortillas used to be in a basket wrapped in a napkin to keep them warm & soft. Not anymore. They came on the skillet with the lukewarm chicken & they were hard around the edges. More evidence of food just sitting around. I loved the chicken fajitas there, that place was what made me even like fajitas. Unfortunately, they have lost me as a customer. They've even changed the way the do the tortilla chips. I don't think they're homemade anymore. They taste like they were dumped out of a bag into a basket. I'm sure these decisions were made to save money. Well, in an attempt to save money, you have sacrificed the quality of the food. Horrible!!!!!

Tori was my server and she was amazing -- so friendly and super helpful when I was stuck choosing between three menu options that all sounded delicious. Her recommendations made the decision easy and the experience even better. I also loved the décor -- the dog photos and unique touches everywhere give the restaurant so much personality and make it feel warm and inviting. Perfect for a relaxed meal where everything just feels done right. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Really out of touch with quality and consistency for this price point. Next, the turkey sandwich, which isn't really a sandwich, more a closed turkey plate with bread and gravy slathered over it, which forces a knife and fork meal (not what I expected). Also, salmon salad is literally a chopped salad with mini shredded salmon. Why would you do that to a nice piece of fish? And the mushroom soup is a purée with no sign of pieces of mushroom. I still have my teeth, why do I feel like I'm eating baby food? I mean the taste was good but I feel like stumbled into a restaurant that panders to the blue hair population. Definitely won't return anytime soon. Note: the wait staff and front of the house are excellent, just wondering what's going on in the kitchen and menu planning. Hopefully spring will bring some positive change.

Purchasing the suggested pairings (ahead of time) added to the overall experience. We also had wines that were brought on preference and the paired wines won out every time as they perfectly complemented the prepared courses. Our two servers were friendly and attentive, explaining every course and refilling our wines without asking. Present, yet out of the way. The atmosphere is very cozy in the back of the cafe at Talula's Table - the original table as opposed to the smaller kitchen table added a few years back. Reservations still take a year (though it's easier to snag a cancelation or weekday as they recently added online reservations in April 2026). However, it was well worth the wait (and I'm not sure why I waited so long to try it)! We left stuffed between the hors d'oevres, eight courses, bread, surprise course, and plenty of wine to wash everything down. We experienced the Spring 2026 menu and look forward to dining again in another season.

I see why Main Event has a pull. They have bowling, billiards, and even laser tag and gravity…read moreropes. There wasn't much explanation available for gravity ropes or laser tag and I kinda felt like "just there" and while I could figure things out, since I am not in the best physical shape and partially because I coordinated a lot of planning probably, it was a bit overwhelming for me. Since it was my first time with gravity ropes, I was there with two friends the first time around. That's how I learned about gravity ropes, but they are only open Friday through Monday and not on a Wednesday night. I don't remember what the staffer told me Wednesday night, but I tried calling to see if I needed to reserve Gravity Ropes and since I couldn't get through, I figured I would just wait until I got on-site to reserve a time slot. Since my friends were coming later than requested, I had to wait until the last person came in order for me to request a time for our entire group to be together for it. This was all fine. Gravity ropes, you get strapped in safety gear and then you figure out how to go across the obstacles. Some obstacles don't have rope railings and the zip lining has no railings of course (but i didn't realize it was zip lining until I was there lol). but you might hold on to your rope to slide to the other side even if you would get rope burn. Laser tag has a name for the suit you put on so that you know your score but that wasn't apparent and the landscape for the laser tag was eh. Not many places offer laser tag and gravity ropes- but I think I will venture elsewhere on my own. Signs saying if it's your first time for laser tag or gravity ropes at our facility, asking a staffer could be helpful so that staffers don't have to unnecessarily repeat themselves etc. My blue slushie came out fine. They also offer alcoholic slushies here which is a cool option and offers that added party atmosphere and flavor options that some people like myself like. I didn't get one because I didn't want one before doing gravity ropes and my group didn't stay long enough for me to have one as others wanted to go elsewhere. I enjoyed their VR machines but some parts may be not working super good. I heard the food was typical arcade quality bad. Some of the crowd's lack of class here somewhat resemble the apathy and exhaustion from some of the staff that work here. Particularly some of the people who looked like they barely passed for 21. Two of them cut in line for gravity ropes in the middle of my group but they couldn't go on because they didn't get strapped on. A group of girls didn't seem to pay attention to the regular line for signing up for billiards or bowling, and assumed they were there first. I wasn't in a hurry and just let them ahead but I didn't care for the sense of entitlement. Also, It feels like there could be a few more staff on this busy Sat night too. The experience was discombobulating for me and I would only go again w friends if they wanted me to go.

I am guessing this was a typical Sunday afternoon/post church rush. This place is small (it is part of a strip mall and the tables are packed pretty tightly, but not uncomfortably so. That said, between the small size and all the families there, it was loud. I was not bothered by the noise, but it bordered on raucous. So, if you wanted a quiet place to sit and look into your date's eyes, this may not be the place for you. Luckily that is not my issue. The staff were tremendously friendly. Everyone from the person who sat me, to my server, to the three other employees who stopped by to make sure everything was good and handled refills, etc. seemed genuinely concerned about making sure I had a good experience. That brings me to the food. It was breakfast food (i ordered the western omelet). My bread was perfectly toasted the way I like (lightly toasted; If you prefer your bread well done you may want to let your server know first). Home fries were cooked quite well. Just the right balance of firmness without being overly crispy. And the omelette itself was well executed. I will say that the western omelet had a little more salsa than i expected on top but that's not a complaint. It was my first time there and I didn't expect it to have so much. Which leads me to the next point: portion size is great. The omelette, home fries and bread took up my whole plate. If you want to be filled, come here. Price was reasonable: a little over 20 bucks for the omelette, which came with home fries and bread, as well as a coffee and large orange juice. Overall, i was satisfied and I will return.
