Steve responded right away and was able to accommodate my tenants schedule. Professional and got the job done!

Steve was very fast to respond to my service request. He guarantees his work, is very responsive, has fair prices, and even was able to come out earlier than the window he gave me. He diagnosed the issue with our refrigerator quickly, very clearly explained the issue, solution options and cost. He got our fridge back up and running in no time and gave us clear next steps. Now we're back in business! Will definitely call him again if we have any issues with other appliances. read more

next day service. called before they came. super knowledgable, and fixed the problem within 2 hrs.

We needed our dishwasher repaired ASAP as it wasn't cleaning any of the dishes. I looked through Yelp for some options and ended up contacting A-TECH on a Sunday evening and someone responded almost immediately. We scheduled an appointment for him to come out the next day on Monday so he could look at the dishwasher as well as our garbage disposal (which we needed to have fixed too). A-TECH advised us on the issue and said we needed to put half down that day and buy a new disposal for him to install. He came back the next day, fixed the dishwasher, and installed the new disposal. He even let us know that what was wrong with our dishwasher was a common issue for the brand and how to make sure it didn't happen moving forward. We'll definitely use A-TECH in the future again! The service was quick and reasonably priced! read more

Truly great! Came out late on a Saturday and diagnosed the issue. Ordered part. Texted always. Came back Monday to fix and install. Really lovely. Really smart. Really took away my worry too!! read more

Had a broken water line inside my freezer on a Sunday. Got a response (on Sunday) within a few minutes, and had someone at my home within about 2hrs. Very professional, cleaned up and explained what happened and what he was doing. Highly recommend. read more

Val was very professional. Diagnosed the problem right away. Came back the next day and installed the part.

A-TECH stands out because they provide what a customer with a non-functioning appliance (mine was a Miele dishwasher) needs: Responsive--quickly supplied information about service and pricing via text, booked the appointment, and arrived as scheduled. Interacted pleasantly with me--listened to my descriptions of the problem and neither asked for more than I could provide nor intimidated me with tech-speak. Capable/competent--fixed the problem. I suspected he would from the tone and content of the texts--knew possible causes/resolutions (first steps) from my description of the problem, didn't ask for more input than an unschooled consumer could provide, and was direct/not evasive. Was able to respond to what I told him and what he observed in the non-functioning appliance. Not all companies can service a Miele. Some don't confess as much and make an unprepared attempt, causing follow-up problems. A-TECH was capable. Reasonably priced--appliance repair isn't cheap yet A-TECH provided what others didn't at a more consumer-friendly price. read more

I had the great opportunity of meeting Steve to help with a washer repair. Steve was very responsive and had flexible timing in coming out to run diagnostics and repair. I emailed a question and they were the only company that responded within an hour. They were upfront with their price . The repairman came out and worked on our dishwasher that was not filling or running at all. The technician had to drive into Chicago in a storm to get the part and came back and fixed it right away. It was close to $200 but considering the amount of time he invested, I feel it was worth it. Dishwasher works great now ! I would not hesitate to call this company again . Ellen Forster read more

Our oven went out randomly on a Sunday night and Steven got back to us that night via a Yelp request, scheduled an appointment for the following day, and showed up on time and was efficient and professional.
