Then my daughter luckily, observed Nick & realized the concrete step they were pouring, near the backdoor was too much of a drop to be safe & gave him direction on a solution. Where walkway & patio met, the cement was slapped on with no attempt to blend or delineate the combination of the two. The patio looks like a patchwork quilt. Seams, and footprints with numerous discolorations and stop & start imprints on cement prominent throughout. Nick's consistent reply to dissatisfaction with the patio was "once it settles, will be fine." Anything BUT fine, & after a time he agreed to "sand it." First with a small hand held sander with no improvement. Then with an industrial upright sander, he had ZERO control over. It flipped and tipped & flew through the air, as he tried unsuccessfully to hang on. This put circular gouges into cement. So patchwork now has circular gouges, as in alien landing sites. Nick Filled my refuge containers with cement bags . Nick consistently, & without permission helped himself to items in the garage. I continue to find cigarette butts in the yard, along with water bottles in the flower pots. I kept waiting for the Candid Camera crew to reveal themselves. They did not, but if I can save even one family from the nightmare of Nick's Masonry LLC, then it will have been worth my time to share this Nightmare.

Nick also only employees people who are not qualified for the job and do not speak English so you cannot communicate with them. Nick was rude to me and refused to listen when issues were raised. After several miscommunications between his employees and us, "construction delays", and asking for (and receiving) advances on payment with promises to get our project finished at the top of his priority list, Anthony cut all communication with us and abandoned our project - leaving us to find someone else to finish it. Upon gathering quotes from new companies, horrible craftsmanship, unstable structures, and cheap work were discovered...resulting in us having to pay to have existing work removed and redone. A tough pill for us to swallow, but we are working diligently to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else!

I gave him a check for $3000.00, that is when he ghosted me. I spoke to several other people who have also been taken by him. The problem is you can't get blood from a stone. His house has been foreclosed on. I only wish that I would have seen a honest review, not the ones that his friends have posted. Anthony is constantly slightly changing the business name on Facebook and deleting any negative reviews. He likes to portray himself as a honest businessman. Your service technician as soon as I explained the problem *this is what the majority of this 15 minute call was about* he went straight to excavating and said any other way would not fix it. Pricing was mentioned right after the problem was discussed. As I mentioned in my original review at no point did i never had an issue with pricing, the service technician REFUSED to come and view my property and the issues prior to giving me any form of quote to make sure what he was suggesting for repair was what was actually needed. THIS is why I rated this company what I did in the original review as well as why we chose to go elsewhere for a price that was higher but at least they came and viewed the damage first before making an assessment. I would also wonder how an assessment of my call was done with your technician when he called me from a cell phone and no one ever stated a call was recorded.
