Your service technician as soon as I explained the problem *this is what the majority of this 15 minute call was about* he went straight to excavating and said any other way would not fix it. Pricing was mentioned right after the problem was discussed. As I mentioned in my original review at no point did i never had an issue with pricing, the service technician REFUSED to come and view my property and the issues prior to giving me any form of quote to make sure what he was suggesting for repair was what was actually needed. THIS is why I rated this company what I did in the original review as well as why we chose to go elsewhere for a price that was higher but at least they came and viewed the damage first before making an assessment. I would also wonder how an assessment of my call was done with your technician when he called me from a cell phone and no one ever stated a call was recorded.

Bob McAree came out and did amazing job. He was friendly and willing to share his knowledge and expertise. Not only did he reface and restore the main fireplace, he and his assistant even restored the beehive oven! His assistant actually crawled in and re-pointed it by hand.
