I already had a replacement toilet ready for the downstairs bathroom. The repair guy checked the toilet and the surrounding floor. He patched the floor to make it stable for now as he switched in the toilet I already bought. He used a mask. He kept the trash in a limited area so it was disposed of easily afterwards. The new toilet works much better than the old one. The repair guy and I went to the store and got a second toilet for downstairs. He was able to install that one too. That one works fine too.

In Massachusetts he has operated as Creative Drives and Patios, Ground Force Masonry, Norton Masonry and Construction, Delaney Paving & Masonry, among others. In September of 2023 he set up Top Class Home Improvement, Inc. Stay away from John Delaney and Top Class Home Improvement Inc - he and his companies are a scam.
