They came out to talk thru the project and discussed options but no hard sell (which I appreciate). They assign a project manager (Blake in my case) to coordinate and keep things on schedule. However, the heroes of the project were Michael + Jonathan who built our fence. The took out the prior fence and checked in with our 96 yr old neighbor that we share the fence with to make sure he approved. He did! The walked me thru the finished fence and even added a "puppy protector" mini fence to keep our dog contained. They were super respectful, kind and FAST. It looks great and with the great warranty, we couldn't be happier.

I found scheduling to be easy I did that all via text. I am VERY busy with kids, pets, a full time job AND we had just moved OUT of the house we needed fencing for. I explained to the woman on the phone when she rescheduled me, as they had an incorrect phone # for me intially, so I never got notified the tech was coming. My BIG issue was that I said REPEATEDLY that we did not live at the house anymore and it was empty. They said I HAD to be there for the estimate. This was a total waste of my time, as it did NOT need to be done in person. AND it was over 45 minutes to provide an estimate on ONE fence panel. ONE!! The "technician" was very nice but I stood in my former backyard, during the "extreme heat" we had on June 15th and waited over10 minutes before I called them and said I SEE your fencing truck where the heck is the guy?? He said he had rang my doorbell and knocked on the door but I didn't answer. I said no kidding I don't live here. Then he took measurements. He took pictures and said he'd be "right back" as he needed to "run the numbers." So I thought this would be quick. NO. After over 10 minutes I finally went to my car and turned it on to wait on him. Then he wanted to go BACK into the yard again. I was getting frustrated at this point. I did NOT need to be present for this. I felt like my time was wasted and I also felt like NO consideration was given to the fact that it was over 90 degrees...close to 100, when he left me standing outside waiting on a quote that was DOUBLE the company we hired. I had my dogs with me and they were both panting so I wanted to make sure they were in the car with AC. After he went back into the yard for a third time, I pulled my car into the shade to help it cool down more. Then he gave me twenty questions on who quoted me less! And made me pull up their website for him while he talked on the phone. Super unprofessional. Super WEIRD. They are nice people but change your business model. Be FAST. Be efficient. Stop wasting people's time trying to be different and show up and do the work. This isn't a "sale" it's a need for people. People don't need an elongated process with back and forth. They NEED repairs done. Respect people's time. As they say time is money. And you wasted mine.

As well, there was no informing me that I would have to pay a service fee when I called just to come look at the recliner. I then went to their website link. I filled out a form requesting service and described my repair. I have an electric recliner that was coming loose. I could tell that nuts needed to be tightened and it was to the point that one had worked its way off. I received a text on my phone, fairly quickly, that said we do these kinds of repairs all the time. When would I be available on Friday (the 20th) which was the next day. I responded and they said the repair would be $150. I thought that was very expensive, but it needed to be done and I did not know who else to contact. So I agreed. Yesterday morning the young man who came was a little late but did get to my house, within the appointed hour. He was respectful and well mannered. He was well prepared with tools. He was Ukranian and spoke little English. He did have a translating app on his phone. He quickly did a good job, tightening all the nuts and I paid him in cash. I do think it was a bit of a pricing gouge, but the work seems well done and quick. And in comparison to the money spent on my chair and the life I will get out of it, it is a small price. The gentleman's name was Oleksander Tatsiuk and was with NextGen (Not Mr. B's)
