Most recently, when water from our bathtub leaked through the ceiling, Joey was at our house within two hours of my call to assess the damage. That level of responsiveness is incredibly hard to find. Joey is skilled, organized, fair in his pricing, and genuinely cares about the people he works for. He communicates clearly, does what he says he will do, and consistently delivers quality work. Good contractors are hard to find. Honest, reliable, highly responsive ones are even harder. Joey is one of the few I recommend without hesitation.

From the start, Andy at Aspen Group NW delivered on his promises. He did a mock-up of the finished…read moreproduct, gave us explicit information on all that was to be done and when it would be completed. The end result surpassed even our highest expectations. He made suggestions on things we didn't even think of, was always on time and took care of any issues almost before they came up. And, his bid was fair, competitive and less than we had expected. Our job was a finished patio in the backyard. His workforce had the disadvantage of working right next to our already installed water feature and big pond. They had to prop up the existing wall making sure the supports would not fail .. they did this impeccably. Next, they had the daunting job of tearing out our 24-year-old cedar deck, digging out a small hillside, rearranging the landscape a little and then getting down to the nitty gritty of making it beautiful .. which they did. Andy was in constant connection with his workforce running interference (if needed) and making sure his promises to us were met. He always answered our calls and questions right away .. we were never confused or uncomfortable while the work was being done. It soon became apparent that this was going to take a lot of hard labor and these guys continued (to our satisfaction) till the beautiful job was complete. Did I mention that it was also a dirty job? We soon sensed that Andy likes things done correctly and cleaned up when each day was complete. You could tell that he picks his workforce professionally, because of all the checking and rechecking they did before moving on to the next phase of the project. Like I said before, it way surpassed our wildest expectations! We so appreciate the dedication to your craft, Andy, and to the men on your workforce .. you all really know what you're doing, as it is portrayed in the finished product. Thank you!! We would recommend you to anyone looking for a project to be done and done well.

If a kitchen remodel could go smoothly and you could call it a "good experience", WE HAD ONE! Andy…read moreat Aspen Group NW did everything he could to make it happen "on schedule" and with care and quality. A kitchen remodel can be expensive. But you get what you pay for. And if you can remain stress free through the process it's priceless to go with someone you can trust. You can trust Andy at Aspen Group NW. Andy values his word, and works honestly. He holds relationships high on his list so he spends the time needed to cultivate all of his working relationships. He has noticeably great rapport with his crafters, working side by side and with mutual respect to meet the common goal. This may sound trivial, but believe me, it's not when you consider how he can count on them in short notice, always, for those little things that threaten to throw a wrench in the progress. Andy works hard managing the "moving parts" of the job. No down time for us, always someone here getting things done... and if we showed any concerns they were answered immediately. Aspen Group NW clearly prides itself on providing quality care with quality results. It won't be done if it doesn't look right! Andy is a skillful and experienced professional who leads his team purposefully and who gets the results he knows you want. We took advantage of using Michelle at MH Design Studio to formulate our plans. She helped lay the foundation for the extreme make over that our kitchen underwent, and was money well spent. I have wanted this remodel for many years. We never spent time or money on these types of things. We were nervous to begin the project, unsure of whether we would be happy with the results, or even if we could "survive" the upheaval of a kitchen remodel. We are ecstatic to say that we survived! And thanks to Andy and his team, are extremely happy in our new kitchen. And I will add, done AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!!! It's more than we imagined or even hoped for. Thank you Andy for your caring, and to all of the workers we had the pleasure of meeting during this project. You are good people.

I have a friend of a friend whose house I admire and my friend was able to find out who did the painting...it was Twin City. They were not the lowest quote, but we took into consideration that they roll the paint on instead of spraying. I can't remember the worker's names now, but holy cow...what a remarkable job they did. Our house had been neglected but they knew how to prep and they showed fantastic attention to detail. At the very end of the project I noticed big chunk of compromised shake siding near the garage. It had somehow lifted up (probably years ago) and I said something about it even though I knew these guys weren't the ones to fix something like that. I said "Dang, everything would be so perfect, except for THAT". Mind you, this was on the last day at the very end when they were done and cleaning up. The worker had to be so tired, but .....he just matter-of-factly fixed it (and it looks excellent). It probably took him another full hour but he did it like it was no big deal (but it absolutely was)! The house came out gorgeous. They had helped us decide the colors. It was a joy to work with them from start to finish.

We wanted to build a unique, custom deck that was half covered and half pergola with a lowered seating and fire pit area. We provided him a rendering of roughly what we wanted, but didn't have much else so he had to ask a lot of questions to bring the design to life. He showed up on site (a 30min drive one-way for him) to put eyes on the space, then gave us a quote in person. The cost was a bit high for our budget (due to the complexity of the project), so we worked a few changes to lower the cost into our range. After we signed the proposal, he started immediately. He said it would take 10 days and he met that timeline. Throughout the project he had a few questions and alternatives, and he didn't move forward without first getting our input. He went above an beyond with quality, you can tell he loves the work he does and takes pride in his work; he did not cut any corners.
