No project comes without surprises and maybe a change order, ours was no exception. However their excellent communication skills talked us(me) down off a ledge a couple of times and their commitment to doing the job right was due to Luke, Karri, Chris, Seth & all the subs having character and integrity. Challenges abound with Covid, from getting materials to following protocols at the job site, and Luke and his crew met all of them to our satisfaction. Our 1942 kitchen has been given an upgrade from the 90's with great functionality AND a dishwasher. Any projects we have left we will absolutely have G & Z do for us!

His creativity and thinking outside the box was pivotal to one of the things we love the most that we had never even considered. As he listened to our dreams and looked at the space, the coffee bar was born. This solved problems we hadn't even realized we needed solved and it completed this wall perfectly. John was wonderful to work with and professional all the way along. From demo to rebuilding he was hands on and his craftsmanship is above the rest. John not only did a fabulous job, his sub-contractors were great as well. He has a well rounded team to accomplish whatever remodeling/construction jobs you may have. From the start, Andy at Aspen Group NW delivered on his promises. He did a mock-up of the finished…read moreproduct, gave us explicit information on all that was to be done and when it would be completed. The end result surpassed even our highest expectations. He made suggestions on things we didn't even think of, was always on time and took care of any issues almost before they came up. And, his bid was fair, competitive and less than we had expected. Our job was a finished patio in the backyard. His workforce had the disadvantage of working right next to our already installed water feature and big pond. They had to prop up the existing wall making sure the supports would not fail .. they did this impeccably. Next, they had the daunting job of tearing out our 24-year-old cedar deck, digging out a small hillside, rearranging the landscape a little and then getting down to the nitty gritty of making it beautiful .. which they did. Andy was in constant connection with his workforce running interference (if needed) and making sure his promises to us were met. He always answered our calls and questions right away .. we were never confused or uncomfortable while the work was being done. It soon became apparent that this was going to take a lot of hard labor and these guys continued (to our satisfaction) till the beautiful job was complete. Did I mention that it was also a dirty job? We soon sensed that Andy likes things done correctly and cleaned up when each day was complete. You could tell that he picks his workforce professionally, because of all the checking and rechecking they did before moving on to the next phase of the project. Like I said before, it way surpassed our wildest expectations! We so appreciate the dedication to your craft, Andy, and to the men on your workforce .. you all really know what you're doing, as it is portrayed in the finished product. Thank you!! We would recommend you to anyone looking for a project to be done and done well.

If a kitchen remodel could go smoothly and you could call it a "good experience", WE HAD ONE! Andy…read moreat Aspen Group NW did everything he could to make it happen "on schedule" and with care and quality. A kitchen remodel can be expensive. But you get what you pay for. And if you can remain stress free through the process it's priceless to go with someone you can trust. You can trust Andy at Aspen Group NW. Andy values his word, and works honestly. He holds relationships high on his list so he spends the time needed to cultivate all of his working relationships. He has noticeably great rapport with his crafters, working side by side and with mutual respect to meet the common goal. This may sound trivial, but believe me, it's not when you consider how he can count on them in short notice, always, for those little things that threaten to throw a wrench in the progress. Andy works hard managing the "moving parts" of the job. No down time for us, always someone here getting things done... and if we showed any concerns they were answered immediately. Aspen Group NW clearly prides itself on providing quality care with quality results. It won't be done if it doesn't look right! Andy is a skillful and experienced professional who leads his team purposefully and who gets the results he knows you want. We took advantage of using Michelle at MH Design Studio to formulate our plans. She helped lay the foundation for the extreme make over that our kitchen underwent, and was money well spent. I have wanted this remodel for many years. We never spent time or money on these types of things. We were nervous to begin the project, unsure of whether we would be happy with the results, or even if we could "survive" the upheaval of a kitchen remodel. We are ecstatic to say that we survived! And thanks to Andy and his team, are extremely happy in our new kitchen. And I will add, done AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!!! It's more than we imagined or even hoped for. Thank you Andy for your caring, and to all of the workers we had the pleasure of meeting during this project. You are good people.
