Also was having a vinyl chain link fence to divide yard installed by them. Started on time, workers did the brickwork and turf well. Great employees. Then Tom showed up saying "my fence guy wants to do a wood/wire fence instead...he says it will still match your existing fence." I asked about price adjustment, he said it was more expensive but he wouldn't charge anything. This was a horrible decision. Fence looks like a middle school project. It took me a month to finally get Tom (owner) to come out. Stain was not complete, rough cuts were left as-is, latch didn't latch. When he finally came out, he had a ton of excuses. He "fixed" the latch by inserting a piece of wire to jimmy the latch. Told my wife that "the stain just looks different in the sun and it's completely stained (it's not). Told her the rough cuts and ripped/frayed edges were normal (I was out of town). I asked him to come back when I was home, it took almost two weeks to get him back. He told me the same, when I confronted him about the wire piece "fix" he said "not me". Said rough cuts/frays "can be filed but will change the look of the fence". I told him I wanted the fence re-stained and to have his office contact me with a date so I could be home. That was 2 months ago. I'm simply chalking it up to "shame on me for this choice" and doing the fix myself.

The area was pretty overgrown and uneven, and they did a thorough job clearing debris, trimming back vegetation, and making the space look usable again. The slope behind my shed looks noticeably cleaner and more stable now, and the whole yard just feels more open. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and didn't cut corners. I also appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave random piles behind, which I've had issues with in the past from other landscapers. The short version of my experience is they showed up and immediately helped with my urgent project. He did not try and sell me more but educated and guided. The communication from beginning to end was constant, they respected my property and every worker was highly KNOWLEDGEABLE, SKILLED and friendly. Each person acted as if invested in my project and there work. It was completed exactly as I needed in a timely manor all at a FAIR PRICE. I needed a French drain installed, siding repaired and my walkway cement was starting to sink. I was just having water problems in general. The first contractor I highered showed up watching a how to YouTube video. They destroyed and damaged my property, had no skill in what I hired them to do, left trash everywhere and made my water issues 10x worse and then didn't show up the next day. I CALLED G7 SERVICES semi panicked because they had given me a quote a few days prior. I explained the situation, he came over within 15mins. Had workers at my house with 35min. Within 2hrs he had the grade almost all corrected and away from my home. They took over the projects and continued the next morning until my project was complete. They did all the little extra details you would do yourself. They even picked up the trash and repaired what the other company broke. It was night and day experience. They fit me in at the last minute and didn't just do the minimum, they worked until completion. He was angry the other experience happened to me, they actually cared about my problem and went about trying to get my house safe and beautiful again. He also did not charge me more than the original quote which was extremely fair. I'm forever grateful to know there are people with such high caliber still out there. I am his customer for life. Your would be lucky to have them in charge of anything you need fixed or done. Stop searching and call them.

They were also available when I needed them. I thought this would be a three day job. To my amazement they had one worker who did the work in one ten hour day. It was done very well, exactly as I had envisioned. I was impressed that Mr. Penaloza, the supervisor, made sure the worker was very clear on what needed to be done and the reason for that method.
