Solid chinese quick grub or takeout with friendly but no nonsense staffI usually get takeout but during recent visit I opted to meet hubby during lunch break here and the familiar staff was surprised I was dining in! She asked me more than once just to clarify then yelled at the kitchen staff in Chinese but knowing her now for awhile I'd presumed it was positive! Indeed, I was right in my assumption because both my hubby's staple of Kung Pao with fried rice and my Beef with Broccoli with Lo Mein (extra$) extraordinarily good! She even gave us a small bowl of fried rice (she forgot the fried rice I asked to go with the Kung Pao) and did not charge extra $. You pay $ if you ask to substitute white rice for fried rice or for Lo Mein! It's a real nice option which I often order. It was real comforting and it was one of best lunches i've had! 谢谢你!

BRAMBLETON, VA / ASIAN FUSION / 11-14-21 TAKEOUT DINNER +General Tso's Chicken was crispy with whole chunks of chicken. -The Shrimp Fried Rice was very greasy and the rice was clumpy/mushy. -The Steamed Peking Dumplings looked like they were store-bought from Costco. -The egg rolls were stuffed with cabbage and very little other ingredients; i.e., pork/shrimp. What we ordered: '1 Egg Roll 3.45 '1 Steamed Pork Dumpling 5.95 '1 General Tso's Chicken 12.50 '1 Shrimp Fried Rice 10.50

My friends and I did a downtown Brambleton day and were hungry, so we popped by Asian Spice for lunch! I ordered schezwan beef and the spider crab roll. My friends ordered potstickers, edamame, soup, sushi platter, and a chicken dish (I guess we were super hungry after our walk)! The schezwan beef had a great helping for the lunch special - with plenty of veggies to pair with it. I am just normally use to it being spicy. It had a spicy indicator on the wall menu but it was so-so on flavor when it was severed and not really spicy. The crab roll was good! It comes with roe, which I don't normally like so I traded it with some sashimi off my friends sushi lunch plate. It's always good to eat in a group. Overall the place is a good place to eat. The portion sizes are big, making it idea to share with friends and family. They have a lot of mixed Asian food offerings so you will be able to find something for everyone on their massive menu. The tables were spaced out and it was not busy during lunch, making it idea for a dine in experience during Covid.

The kid working the register is clueless of what the menu is. I asked him multiple questions and he didn't know what was going on. I asked for certain things not to be on my sushi roll and they came on. I got the steamed vegetables with chicken and there was little pieces of pork on my plate.

Totally solid casual dine in or takeout Asian restaurant, with tons of options and reasonable pricing.

False advertising, they have one set of prices outside listed as "lunch specials", but once you go in and order the prices are higher.

It was the first time my young kids had been to a hibachi, and they loved it. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. They had it decorated beautifully. We were seated quickly and had our orders taken shortly after. The servers were friendly and entertaining. The food was delicious, reasonably priced with good sized portions. We got edamame and spring rolls for appetizers, which were yummy, and the chicken with vegetables, fried rice and noodles. Everything was great! I have a feeling we will be back again!

The waitress came to check on us twice in the beginning and after our food arrived we never saw her again. It was not until 20 or 25minutes later that another waitress came by to check on us. Not sure what the hang up was as the restaurant was mostly empty. The side of noodles was weird. I was expecting asian flavors, but we got spaghetti dunked in soy sauce and covered with black pepper. This was also on the kids menu as well, my son could barely eat it due to how spicy it was. My other kid got a Ramen bowl and that was essentially the same noodles as above in a pool of chicken broth that tasted like it was dumped out of a box. It was very bad. Usually when we go to Noku in the Village, my kid devours the Ramen bowl, but this one was left untouched. The maki rolls were OK, but pricy and not worth their value. The rainbow roll, I believe, only had 4 pieces. Also, the pieces of fish on top of the rainbow were very small and underwhelming. The fact that it cost more than our usual sushi places added insult to injury. The Philli roll was more cream cheese than salmon. Finally, some minor issues that demonstrate that the staff doesnt really care: the waitress poured the beer so fast that it was 90%head, and she just moved on; and, when our sushi tray came out the wasabi and ginger were missing. In my 15+ years of eating sushi in all types of places, all over America i have never had a situation where the ginger and wasabi were left out. This was not a major issue for me as mistake happen, no big deal. However, given the poor experience this did not help the matter.

The blueberry mojito was DELICIOUS! The appetizers were pretty tasty too. However, I was not overly impressed with my main meal. I ordered a hibachi combo, the filet mignon and chicken. I was honestly disappointed, the flavors were lacking in my opinion. Service was attentive and portions were decent. Sad to say it, but I do think there are better Hibachi restaurants in the area with comparable pricing.

Spicy Chicken Miso Ramen Dinner as I came at 3 PM which was a little after the dinner hours. It was pretty good. Came with bamboo shoots, seaweed, and boiled egg and the spicy chili sauce on the side. I asked for it on side as I wanted to experience the taste w/o spice and then add it myself if needed. Overall, it was pretty tasty. Nothing outstanding, but maybe my taste buds weren't functioning. It was not bad overall, and was filling as I hadn't a proper breakfast even. I would rate it 7/10. Not bad, and the cost for dine-in was a little over $20, which wasn't bad but not cheap either. For the service, I'll give it a pass. Overall, impressed with this Japanese restaurant and hopefully will be back to try something else on the menu, if I find myself in the One Loudoun area again.

However, they do a good takeout business, as we noticed several people come in to pick up their orders. Before coming here, we looked at their menu. Thus, we knew what we wanted when we got here. Service was great. The staff here is friendly and efficient. Our server checked on us more than once during our meal. To drink, my husband ordered a Kirin Light beer while I ordered a glass of plum wine. Some Japanese places fill the glass too high, but here, the portion size was reasonable. I ordered "the poke bowl". I chose salmon for my fish. This bowl consists of "Sushi-grade fish topped with vegetables, mixed with poke sauce over a choice of mixed greens or rice". I chose the rice. Before coming here, I looked up "poke sauce." I found a website called "pokebowlny.com." This is the description they gave: "traditional poke sauce blends soy sauce, sesame oil, and often rice vinegar, along with aromatics like garlic and ginger. This classic combination makes the fish taste fresher, the vegetables more vibrant, and the rice more flavorful." The vegetables in the bowl were kernel corn, seaweed salad, and cucumbers. I really enjoyed having this meal! All the flavors worked well together. I look forward to having it again. Along with the poke bowl, a bowl of miso soup is included. That, too, was quite good, and it came to the table quite warm. My husband ordered "Tuna Don," which consists of "fresh tuna sashimi over rice & vegetables. His entrée came with both miso soup and a small side salad. The bowl had a big slice of radish, some seaweed salad, and the usual shredded daikon. The wasabi was really spicy - he could feel it in his nose and sinus cavity - it'll take your head off. The generous portion of tuna was large with thicker slices than he'd ever seen before.

The menu was very extensive serving Japanese and Korean dishes. I started off with the Yellow Tail Collar for my appetizer. I was excited when I saw the size of the portion being served to me. Although, it was very dry which was a let down. It was also a bit bland as well. For my main dish I got a rice bowl, an unagi bowl to be exact. Again, it was just adequate. Thankfully the bowl was a generous amount of food. Sadly, it was just a bit one dimensional and I got tired of eating it after awhile. Also, I felt like the bones were a little more pronounced than what I am use to when eating eel. Therefore, my experience was average. I may give it another shot if I am in the area again.

Attached is a picture of the what the Lion King Roll is supposed to look like and what we received. The crab meat on top looks like a spaghetti. The end pieces of the roll (that didn't have the tail) were all avocado and not even a little shrimp, I know that skimping out on the ends is normal but no shrimp at all is ridiculous. After eating two pieces my stomach has been hurting for the last 7 hours. The last time we got lunch from here the rolls we normally love did not taste the same, but at least they didn't get us sick so we thought maybe it was unlucky. They need to fire whoever is making the rolls during lunch because this quality control is terrible.
