The selection was extremely limited, and what was available didn't look fresh--some packages had discolored meat, and others were close to or past their sell-by dates. There was also a strong, unpleasant smell near the meat counter, which made me question the store's cleanliness and food safety standards. To make matters worse, I couldn't find any staff around to ask for help or special cuts, and there were no clear labels or prices on several items. For a department that should be one of the store's highlights, this was unacceptable. I won't be buying meat here again and would caution others to do the same until they improve their standards. Bathroom is in the meat section and I couldn't believe on my eyes when the meat section employee came out from bathroom after flushing toilet and start cutting meat with out washing his hands

Is it a deal that they have made with the crew or they themselves are getting like this. Crew charges any price other than on the list and they are not able to explain the reason and the customer feel totally unsupported. I have similar experience more than one times and am totally disappointed. Also they have increased the price on every single items. Sweet ( mithai) is stale and high price. A few days before my Christmas dinner I walked in and was greeted and served by an amazing staff member. She educated me on how to cook, what to buy and even gave me a small discount. The cuts of meat purchased are all Prime cuts. On Christmas Day, we enjoyed our "cow" slabs as they melted in our mouths and no knives were needed. The Prime Standing Rib Roast was outstanding. The NY Strip Roast was perfect for the one person who enjoyed it. Finally the Lamb Chops were devoured by a few people even though it was purchased for one person. This shop has survived times of COVID when people were not in store shopping. The community rallied together to keep this gem alive. They now offer Pizza special notes, kids crafting and taco Tuesday's. They offer pre packaged fresh meats, wine bottles, drinks and other ready to make products.
