Lomein and braised wings that are fried and I inquired and he insisted they were braised but I'm not ignorant.

Taste, appearance don't depend on lack of authentic cuisine to sell cheap and plenty. Colorless veg and boring.

Hibachi Vegetables; Regular Fried Rice; Spring Roll

Mostly I can talk about the food & Dessert - Chinese Donuts - Great! Fried Dumplings (potstickers ) & veggie spring rolls - very good, texture & temperature. Hibachi Vegetables also sautéed nicely. Fried Rice could have been cooked just a minute or two longer for a softer texture, but it was fine. Taste-wise, the only complaint I have is pepper. The Hibachi Vegetables & rice had ground black pepper on them - maybe that was the Americanized part. There may have been a little bit of black pepper in the filling of the dumplings and spring rolll too, but I am not 100% sure. The rice had the most in it. I will likely rinse off the veggies before sautéing them again; Then just make some heat & eat rice from the grocery store. In my previous review I stated that 'only three out of the four cups of teriyaki sauce I paid for never arrived.' That was in error. All of the condiments were there; they got U.S. Sen the bag because there were not taped together or in a small bag. They were loose and rolled to the sides of the larger foam container. I wanted to be clear-up what was my error. The customer services were great !~. Edited - Corrections made 29 Oct. 2025.

The food is great. I ordered the Hibachi chicken and shrimp with the fried rice. Everything was cooked all the way through and not over cooked. The food was hot and fresh. It did not take long for the food to come out and I am happy about that. I also ordered the fried dumplings. They came out very crispy, just like I wanted them to. Overall I did not have a bad experience eating here. It was my second timeeating here.

House Lo Mein and Wing & Rice Special (w/ Spicy & Sweet sauce)

Hidden gem! One of the best kept secrets in Columbia. This is not your typical quick, takeout Asian joint. I've ordered from here over 20 times and every time my food has been super FRESH and delicious. The portion sizes are very generous. I can usually turn one order of House Lo Mein into three meals. It's so much better than your cheap Chinese restaurants around town or a Tokyo Grille. Call ahead because it does take time to prepare your food. But the wait is worth it. Trust me. Pictured is the House Lo Mein (comes with chicken, steak, and shrimp) and the Wings & Rice Special with the wings sauced in Spicy & Sweet sauce (highly recommended).

The amount of food you get for the price is a SCAM! And then they don't give refunds even though they know they're wrong!

I live in Columbus and haven't had the options like CO has. We shared a green papaya salad, and it was delicious! I would eat an entire bowl by myself. Don't forget to tear up the basil - it completes the flavor! We got the Lotus, Lemon, Firecracker, Sesame and Pork Belly sushi rolls. That is the order I would rank the rolls in flavor. It is a shame if anyone uses shoyu (sou sauce) or even wasabi when eating these rolls. The lotus has a rice paper wrap (for those who don't like seaweed) and an aioli on top that was so refreshing and flavorful. The lemon was honestly a very close second - maybe even a tie for first. I don't normally like salmon but it was so fresh and the lemon slice was refreshing and clean!

It has everything I'm looking for in a Poke Bowl. - The interior is clean and beautiful. I wouldn't say it's a traditional looking restaurant by any means but the artistic choices make it feel a little more upscale than it actually is. Bad: - The wait. When I first got into the restaurant the host was not at the front desk. So I sat down for about 10 minutes and waited. The host only appeared after a family of three walked in. Note: I'd love to give the place 5 stars but with how I calculate stars I can't because of the initial seating issue. I will re-review eventually to see if the host seating is a consistent issue.

The drinks were blended very well and used fresh lime juice, which was nice. The appetizers -- the kimchi fries and the boneless wings were pretty standard. The fries were crunchy, but we felt like there was more cheese than there was kimchi and sauce, so we've had better kimchi fries elsewhere. The cheese was very gooey though. The boneless wings weren't as crunchy as they could have been, especially coming out in a stone dish, but the garlic soy sauce was still pretty good. Our mains were really good -- the japchae, which I ordered with fried tofu, had the right texture and flavor, and was delicious yet spicy. The tofu was a little bland though. My partner enjoyed the squid and pork belly dish and said that the sauce was similar to the japchae sauce. The portions were pretty normal and not too big, so we had a few leftovers but not too many. The prices were also pretty reasonable as well. Overall we were really happy with our food here and would come back if we ever visited again.
