    Happy Hour
    La'Krista D.

Customer service could be way better from the greeter/host at the door to the waitress/server at our table. For the caliber of business they run I'd definitely invest in some customer service training for the staff. The establishment is beautiful and has great lighting and ambience. I did however see serves and staff walk over trash on the floor all night no one thought to even get it up. Food was tasty and very fresh. They have great happy hour deals. I enjoyed the crab Rangoon, California roll, Yuzu Cheesecake was delicious(small portion for price but tasty). Bathrooms were cleaned. I didn't like that water was already on the table with opened straws already in them. I would certainly return for the food and ambience. Great for date night. Great for the family also. I also enjoyed the pineapple infuser sake!

Always delicious! So many gluten free options. The gluten free menu was even updated with summer menu items.

This restaurant is located in a cute shopping area. The decor is modern and sleek. They have happy hour food and drinks during the week. Arrive with an appetite because there are several options on the menu to choose from including dumplings, tuna tacos, pho, etc. We don't visit Columbia often but it's nice to know there's a delicious sushi restaurant in town. The food came out pretty quickly as well.

This spot has been on my list since they opened! I loved the decor and the atmosphere. Everyone was nice and accommodating. We sat outside, and it was pleasant. They even provided a fly fan and made sure the table was clean. The cocktails were 10 out of 10. The pork and chicken spring rolls are delicious. The Korean rice bowl was fresh. The beef was flavorful. The dish was very tasty. They also have a happy hour menu. I will definitely return.

Wow. What a gem! I was driving through South Carolina after the holiday and made a pit stop here to visit a friend. Everything on the menu looked so good it was hard to just pick one. I landed on the crispy tuna and the beef + kimchi dumplings. So fresh and so yummy! My party also ordered the bulgogi tacos and crab roll. It's a very modern but casual spot. Service was good she was very straight to the point and quick with our orders. I'd recommend to anyone who is in the area.

Great service, quick delivery of the food after order. High quality ingredients lead to a great meal. Clean and upscale atmosphere. Quiet but has sports if that's what you are looking for. Definitely want to return and try other menu items. Prices are a bit high but fair for the product. Parking can be difficult but worth the extra effort.

This is my update. I love this place however they really struggle during high times today it took 45 mins after placing our main orders to get our food. And my drink I usually have was terrible. However as usual the food is consistently good and they have a lot of options for everyone!

Short rib bulgogi tacos stole the show for the night

By far some of the best happy hour deals I've ever seen in this area. And it's sushi and then some so honestly such great deals. The ambiance here is super aesthetically pleasing, super clean and service here was truly a 10/10. Taste was great! We got some of the short rib bulgogi tacos which were some of my favorite finds for the night, however the dumplings we got that were in happy hour were so tasty as well. I went with the bimbap bowl and that too was truly delicious. My husband and kids all loved their food as well so it was a win for the entire family. I need to find time to come for happy hour again when I'm in the area. 5/5 experience all the way around.

Yelp, Fam!! We're back with another review! This time, we're in Columbia, South Carolina. My sister stumbled upon this restaurant after seeing a review from Ken Walker, the realtor (I think he's tried out a bunch of spots), and he gave it a solid recommendation. Naturally, she wanted to check it out, and you all know me--I'm always down to try a new place! So, I was in. We went on a Saturday afternoon, and it wasn't too packed. The hostess was super friendly, and when he found out it was our first time, he went over the menu with us and gave some great recommendations. Quick heads-up: I totally forgot to take food pictures , I know, I know. But I did manage to snap a few nice shots of the venue. We ordered a few items, including: California sushi rolls, pho, and chicken fried rice. Everything was delicious! I especially loved the fried rice and sushi. My sister enjoyed the pho, and they gave her such a large portion--she had enough for two days! Next time I'm in the area, I definitely plan to stop by and try more dishes. The decor, the food, and the service all impressed me. Can't wait to come back!

We were cutting through Columbia, and everyone was hungry so we jumped on Yelp and saw that there was a CO. We are familiar with the one in Charleston and loved it so stopped by to give it a try. The space was so cool, great design and vibes! The food was just as good, we tried the tofu buns and they were delicious. My son loves sushi and his rolls were pretty tasty. I heard the Vietnamese ramen was also great, plenty of noodles and a great pork broth. We split the green curry; I highly recommend this dish, had a little bit of kick but not too over powering. If you live in Columbia, visiting or are looking for great Asian food this is a must try. The plaza where it's located also has some great stores so you can shop before or after you eat

This was my third time eating at CO. My parents live in the area, so it's a favorite of mine when I'm visiting. The location is nice and the space is nice as well. What has gotten me to come back multiple times is the happy hour menu. They have a great selection at affordable prices. This visit my husband opted for the pho and I had crab rangoons, spring rolls and my favorite chicken curry. Overall, everything was really good, although I won't get the spring rolls again. The service has always been good and this time didn't disappoint. Gracie did a phenomenal job, she was super pleasant. I would definitely recommend CO if you're in the area.

    Kids menu

We ordered the blossom roll, samurai supreme roll, bang bang shrimp roll, bulgogi taco, beef & kimchi dumplings, a Sapporo, and a kid's pho, and luckily it was during happy hour so the value was really great and made everything even better. My favorites were the blossom roll and the bulgogi taco. The taco was absolutely stuffed with meat. It was a generous portion. The kids' pho stood out too, the broth was flavorful, and it was packed with chicken, which made the price feel like an incredible deal. And throughout the meal the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and everything moved along quickly. All in all, the food was amazing and the happy hour specials just made it better.

One thing that immediately stood out to me is they are called Hokkaido raamen, but dont have Hokkaido raamen (Hokkaido raamen tends to be buttery with seafood.. but there are many variations). The pros: very friendly staff that didnt charge me extra for a sprinkle of cilantro. Clean place and well presented food. The cons: noodles are way too soggy. Good raamen needs to be much firmer. The chashu (por) for the price of the dish should have been the size of my fist, but was more the size of a couple thin slices of Canadian bacon. The temperature was also luke warm. Ramen needs to be hot hot hot (forgivable though because I imagine a lawsuit if it b was served as its supposed to be) Overall: way too over priced for what it is. I would say this is a $7 bowl of raamen. Don't get me wrong... it was tasty... but heavily price gouged. Alas.. this is kind of par for course for raamen stateside. I might go here once or twice a year... its like having a fast food burger that costs 20$.. the burger may be great but the price drains the flavor.

I have mixed feelings…read more I ordered a ramen soup with pork. It tasted 'ok'. Not the worst I've had, not the best. I was happy to try it though. What I didn't really like was their policy of charging money for tap water. You don't expect this in America. I went to their soda machine to get some water, thinking there would be some cheap $0.01 plastic cups, and that's when I saw a sign saying you have to pay for water. NOT what I expected after ordering and paying for a ramen soup. I asked if there was any way to get a free cup of water, thinking maybe they kept the cups behind the counter, and they said no, you have to buy a cup for the tap water. In my mind, if you have to nickle and dime us $0.50 for tap water, you're doing things wrong as a business. Charge what you have to so people don't have to ask about paying money for tap water and you don't have to put up stupid signs saying you have to pay for water. I mean, come on. That looks SO PETTY and CHEAP! This place was so low life, they even had signs saying don't sit down until you order something taped on the walls all around the restaurant. That really made it look cheap. Where am I, China? Pakistan? Didn't feel like Japan... and certainly didn't feel like America. I didn't try to use the restroom. I don't know if they charge a fee for that... or the toilet paper... I think we as a society need to strongly push back against this type of 'fee' trend in restaurants. Yea, it's their business and they can run it the way they want, but I can also give a poor review and not come back. Your choice. I would of tipped the worker $3-4 based on service. Instead I was charged $0.50 and won't come back.
