Means last u can place an order is 9pm, no exceptions. Management has nice people to be the face of stores so they can actually treat u how ever way they want. The front counter girls are the escape goat or should I say good cop. 2, twice I've asked for a paper receipt and management refuses one for me. Not only refuses it, he's pretty cocky and arrogant about it. I kindly asked, how come? He just brushed me off in a condescending way as usual. In front of his good cop, she was a very sweet African American young lady. I asked her again in a nice way again for the 3rd time, she never got to respond. The management person keep insisting on they don't do that. There's a receipt on the purchase online. I'm thinking why would that have anything to do with the fact that I wanted a piece of paper as record. Now being tired of the rejection I just left. If it's not a tax issue then it must be a paper saving issue. Didn't know customer service goes only 1 direction. Idk if the manager or the owner this guy was but it doesn't really matter. He was very confrontational again for the 5th towards me and people doesn't know that racism exists among us Asians. He's from mainland China I presumed, I'm an immigrant from Laos/thailand since the late 70's. The man is approximately 40ish give or take. Not just Chinese, being unkind just reminds me of how grateful many can be. If anything avoid if u can unless you're extremely hungry and must eat like yours truly, just don't be 1 second late. This was the first time I ate here and I must say everything was delicious. They had a young man that was our waiter and he kept our drinks full the entire time and we could not finish the very large servings so we were about to ask for a to-go box and the lady doing the cash register gave the young man 4 boxes so we never even had to get out. I am a diabetic so I did not eat any of the icecream or desserts and one of the ladies asked me why and I told her I had diabetes and sugar was bad for me. She went into the kitchen an made some jello that was fat-free and brought it to me. I was very impressed and I got home and went online and I could not believe the low ratings. So I put mine which was a 5 on here. That is fine to all the people that give this place a low rating. It just leaves more food for me and my family. Thank you New China for a great dining experienc.
