Wonderful and affordable fresh Chinese take out. Portions are huge and tasty. Spice levels adjusted to your individual tastes. Egg rolls are hot and delicious. Fried rice is kinda plain but has good flavor, I suspect that you could bump it up by requesting some added veggies but I am satisfied with plain fried rice with a protein. I keep forgetting to take a picture of my food when I eat here what I like the most is....when I use the online ordering system when to place my order, the online system will quote about 20 to 30 mins pick up time but my food is literally ready within 10 mins of placing my order. It's on average price compared to the other Chinese spots around town. When I do order, it's mostly during the weekend and they have a full on assembly line situation going on. About 3 cashiers on the front line and a line of cooks each handling different stations/woks. The attitude of the staff is average compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area. Based on a TikTok video I saw several months ago where someone recorded a video of two female staff going at each other over a personal matter, I wouldn't want to be on their bad side, LOL! But regarding the food.... It's decent. I can't claim it's the "best" but you have a variety of options to choose when it comes to chicken wing flavors and the portions match the price tag. The food was very good and pleasing. The portions were not skimpy at all. We ordered steamed dumplings, beef egg rolls, spring rolls, chicken wings, with mambo sauce on the side, sweet and sour chicken and fried rice with large shrimp that was hot and ready to go. The lady at the counter was great! Before we left, she opened each container to make sure that we received a correct order. There is only a small table in the corner so this is definitely not for dine in. They also have two ordering kiosk to place your order and you can also order online. Me and my MIL walked in, and one of the owners was yelling "NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO" so loud and fully sprinted out the door and left the full lobby of customers perplexed, just staring at each other. I was so confused. Anyways, moving on. The other owner just carried on as normal. It was packed so we were hopeful. Order two simple combos of sweet n sour chicken with rice. Instead of an egg roll, we got a sprite? Got it in okay amount of time, took it back to our hotel. Lobby reeked of weed at times due to customers, oh well. We finally get to eating our food and the first look was strange. The batter was tempura based and just too mushy, soft. Not crispy, more like a sponge texture. Bleh. The white rice was so greasy I barely ate any of it. The red sauce was alright though. Four hours later... woke up with severe upset stomach, probably food poisoning, chest pain, dry cough, acid reflux, oh my gosh, the works. My MIL got the first aid kit from our car. But the MAGIC, the MUST EAT item on the menu is BACON FRIED RICE. Yes, you heard that right! Fried rice with BACON in it. And it is righteous, my friends, can I get a hallelujah? This my go to chinese place and they have never let me down! They are always nice and smiling when I go pick up. If my daughter is with me, which she usually is, they give her a snack or drink at no additional charge! The lobby area is small but always clean. It's a hole in the wall for sure with an "A" rating on the door. This is definitely our "go-to" place for Chinese Take Out! We have probably ordered here over a dozen times in the past 5 years and have never had a bad order. We live less than one mile from it, and no matter how big the order is they always say "10 minutes", and sure enough it's ready, very hot, and very fresh. I leave the house as soon as I hang up, and it's ready when I get there. Usually I get the small house Lo Mein and an appetizer Crab Rangoon, and a Vegetable Egg Roll and have plenty for lunch the next day. Wife got the small Szechuan Chicken with white rice and a Vegetable Egg Roll and she has plenty for lunch the next day. $25 including tip (price included 2 extra egg rolls for my lunch tomorrow).
