The audacity of this establishment is wild. I placed order via GrubHub at 3:53 pm, order was expected between 4:10-4:20pm. Order arrived 4:50pm. Because it was 30 mins later than expected, the hot food sat sealed in the container making it soggy when it arrived, the wings weren't in a sealed bag so naturally they arrived cold. not going to eat lunch there again! I shopped at this "Asian Cafe" (yeah I put on quote because it's not a cafe, it's a typical Chinese restaurant that you see a lot at your neighborhoods) for lunch. What I ordered was the Pad Thai, they don't add tofu on the Pad Thai only vegetables, chicken or beef, which is disappointing. However, the guy said he could do it with tofu, thank god. When I got my food, the Pad Thai looks a bit unusual compare to other Pad Thais' that I ordered. The noodles taste a bit hard and the sauce taste like a mixture of duck sauce and ketchup. The season that they put on the Pad Thai is questionable because some of it might be either antenna of an insect or a small hair. Move on to the tofu, it taste ok and they cut it like they're french fries. Overall I don't like their Pad Thai, but the tofu that the guy made it for me taste ok. read more

We were on the hunt for an open chinese place during the coronavirus quarantine and after seeing that most of the places in the area were closed, we found this place in howard beach via yelp. They picked up when we called to see what time they were closing (9pm) and had the inside safeguarded with plastic sheets above the counter. Onto the food...the shrimp and broccoli was quite good, shrimps were big and plump and the broccoli was not overcooked mush. Fried rice had ok flavor. The general tsos was also decent and fresh. The downsides were the fried chicken wings we got that looked nothing like the earlier pics on yelp...possibly due to pandemic wing shortage??? Wings were dried out and overcooked. Wonton soup and egg rolls were ok, soup broth tasted fresh. Overall, we would return. read more

Food is better than most Asian restaurant places in the area. In this area, it is hard to find dumplings that don't taste like they are mostly dough and little filling. We had the chicken steamed dumplings. They had a thin wrapper, with very flavorful filling. My toddler loved them too. Scallion pancake was a bit greasy, could've have more scallions in it. We also ordered Pork buns, General Tso chicken with broccoli, and those were very good. Broccoli wasn't soggy. Not too oily where we feel bloated afterwards. The main thing that bothered me occurred when going to pick it up. We went to go get it. Left before they said it would be ready to have time to get there. They called us to say it was ready & asked if we were coming. I told them that someone should be there in less than 10 min, as they ended up getting stuck on the Belt Pkwy. Two min later they called back again to ask where we were. Again, I said that someone is on their way. They continuously called every 2 minutes until we picked it up. Found right in crossbay this place has a decent and good quality of Chinese and Thai food they're quick and reasonably priced. With so many tastes in one family we were all able to find something to enjoy. From the curry pineapple fried rice to the lo menu and wonton soup and dumplings to your staple chicken and broccoli all tasty. This place changed hands and quality many times so I haven't been here in awhile as my last experience wasn't good . During this quarantine period they were the only place open around here and I gave them (new owners) a try . I was rewarded with great food I had pork fried rice that was full of flavor and pork which is a rarity and chicken chow mein that tasted like I remember as a kid . Really enjoyed our meal and I also recommend the crab Rangoon and they make great fries .
