My go to. Food never disappoints. Delivery always are timely. Normally get fried rice and they are kind enough to make it with brown rice.

Title for this post: Finger-licking good!…read more HIS Chicken with garlic sauce and Pork Fried Rice and an Egg Roll Combo. My Broccoli with garlic sauce over rice. (Note to all: No brown rice!) The mood for Chinese take-out came about tonight and I searched for the nearest place for it. The name really serves its justice. It tastes more like a Hong Kong Chinese quality restaurant rather than a Chinese fast food joint. I'm surprised. I guess I found the right place! The broccoli is cooked just right with some softness along with some crunch in each bite. The chicken is also cooked perfectly with such tenderness. What I really, really, really like is their garlic sauce, which actually has some spiciness unlike some other places, and they give so much sauce, like my broccoli was totally drenched in the garlic sauce! Ok, it's not a like but a LOVE! I absolutely love to eat my food with garlic sauce and they really made me fall in love with their special garlic sauce. Yummilicious for real and I can order anything with their garlic sauce on any given day! Ok enough with the garlic sauce haha did I mention their pork fried rice is out of this world! It has what us Chinese people call it "wok hay", meaning the fried rice is cooked very well in the wok that it has this distinguish superb taste that can only be produced using a wok. Another like! My husband really likes the egg roll, thin crust and crispy all the way! We both like this place a lot based on their food and we canNOT lie!

I was one of them when I first visited this restaurant about a decade ago and did so during my recent session again. Though they may be one of the best options for traditional Chinese food in the area, comparing them to restaurants in Flushing would land them on the lower end of the spectrum. With that said, they do certain things relatively well, namely the dumplings. I prefer their pan fried dumplings over the boiled because of the skin texture. For some reason, the boiled ones felt a bit tough and chewy, while the pan fried dumplings were better, especially since it has a crispy crust on the bottom. Fillings I have tried are chive & pork, as well as cabbage & pork. Both were quite good and stuffed to the brim. I also do like their wontons with spicy sauce, which has a shrimp & pork filling. Also plump and juicy, these wontons are quite delicious. The sauce is not really all that spicy, but flavorful. As for other items I have tried, most were not bad but below average. That includes the Dan Dan Mein, Beijing Style Noodles, and the Sesame Pancake with Beef. One thing I would recommend to skip would be the Hot & Sour Soup, which was neither hot or sour. If you are in the neighborhood and craving some dumplings or wontons, then seek out this little shop. However, if you want any other types of Chinese food, I would advise you to skip.

This is a neighborhood staple for me. The dumplings here will keep you coming back. The dumplings…read morehere are great! I believe the prices are reasonable, and you get a good portion. The dumplings are packed with fillings--whether shrimp, pork, or vegetable. I usually do takeout, and the service is fast. I once bought a frozen catering portion from here, and it was easy to make at home. Come once and I can reassure you that you will be back.

Surprisingly, new management ? or new chefs? came to play! Came here for a family dinner gathering of 15. I had low expectations cause the last 2 years I've been here it was fast food style crap. Not this time around ! The quality, the selection of dishes the in cantonese "hay wok" skills was on point! Everything came out piping hot. Food was seasoned perfectly, portions was great! Especially for the price! We started off with a sampler platter of duck tongue, fried silver fish, tempura veggies, cold jelly and ear mushrooms. Great start off already. From the fried shrimp with walnuts to the steamed fish to fried rice. I was amazed. Even the boiled chicken was silken smooth, the beef ribs had a bit of a bite but also soft and tender, the stuffed tofu shrimp with a melody of seafood in the middle was cooked perfectly, the stir fried lobster and E-Mein hit the right spots. I would definitely come back for big family dinners. It's nice to have a legit chinese restaurant that you don't have to trip to flushing or Chinatown in the city! Parking is available on the streets!
