It's battered and deep fried and was over cooked to the point that you could hardly chew it as was the shrimp on a separate occasion. The sauce is too thin in my opinion. I'm used to a thick sauce with the protein in the sauce, not separate which is how it comes here. Other than that, they provide great delivery and their other items are very good, especially the won ton soup. The cashew chicken is a bit on the bland side, but they give you a lot of cashews! More than there was chicken to eat with them. Too many other things like mushrooms, green pepper chunks and water chestnuts. The chicken was very good though. Thinly sliced breast that was tender and not dry or chewy.

And it too, a Good Juju roll, along with this curry flavor, was extremely hot. It's almost like someone in the kitchen was trying to see how eclectic they can make their sushi rolls. Terrible. The buffet was well stocked, with a nice variety of chicken, shrimp, and vegetarian dishes, along with salad, naan, rice and desserts. Overall, the flavors were enjoyable and well-seasoned. The only downside was that the chicken was a bit dry, though still flavorful. One nice touch is that beverages are included with the buffet. We ordered a mango lassi and masala chai, and both were absolutely delicious --definitely highlights of the meal. The dessert selection included carrot pudding and ras gulla (pillowy, spongy balls soaked in syrup), fruit salad and 2 other unlabeled square bars. While they appeared authentic, they were a little too sweet for our taste or lack of flavor so we weren't as excited about that part of the buffet. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was comfortable. We also appreciated how the buffet was set up and maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we'd be interested in coming back to try some of their à la carte menu items next time.

I wanted salmon and the kind waitress recommended the sunset roll, which had spicy tuna on the inside and seared salmon on the outside. I also ended up getting the vegetable tempura which is probably too much food, but each tempura piece was quite lovely with onions, and carrots and broccoli, overall, a really good meal in a surprisingly part of the world.

The rolls were half the size of what they should have been- think supermarket sushi roll size- tiny- an obscenely priced. Also we each (6 of us) clearly ordered separate rolls (not like oh we will all share!) but they plated all 6 on the same plate- so then we had to take each roll off and put it on our own plate- and there was no toppings, no drizzle, no extra flavors or presentation or anything- like I've had at most nice sushi places. Last week in Atlanta I went to a dive sushi place whose rolls were half the price, twice as big, plated gorgeously, and delicious. These were tiny, ugly, double priced, and not all that tasty. We all left hungry, and went home to eat, after paying $200.00. Literally the only good things I have to say about this place was the friendliness of the wait staff; and the drink was delicious. This was an absolute waste of my money, my birthday dinner, and am never returning.
