This trifecta of a concept shop is simply amazing! I love their concept of home, apparel & food/coffee all 1 building. Their apparel shop features 100% organic and sustainable items that are beautifully curated. Each brand they carry has a unique story, and they support a lot of women-owned labels. They are also reasonably priced considering almost all of the styles are linen & silk ($100-300 range). To top it off All of the beautiful souls that work here are funny, kind & sweet. There wasn't a shred of ego or pretentiousness. Im definitely coming back here! I had limited time here and wasn't able to fully enjoy my shopping experience. read more

Saw how cool this place was from TikTok & had to come in person. The boutique employee gave us a run down of how the store works and we browsed. We purchased a mocha latte from the barista & continued browsing. From the coffee stand the barista followed us throughout the entire store and as black people this made us extremely uncomfortable so we left without fully being able to enjoy the ambiance. A fantastic place to be. There are some places you walk into that just have a positive and light atmosphere, and this is it. The space itself has been crafted with special care and is obvious that the owners have taken a lot of consideration into every square inch of the property, the food, the farmers market brands, the clothing, and home decor. Everything here is fair-trade and the building itself is named after the Asch Building in New York City. For someone coming back to Houston from Los Angeles, the Asch Building is a sight for sore eyes. It reminds me of my California home, and is truly a place I'm proud to see in Houston, Texas. read more

such a cool spot with pretty much covering all lifestyle products you need. at the coffee bar you can order coffee and buy groceries/food. then there is the atelier which i really enjoyed their pink wallpaper. then the third section is the home decor area. Tess (Contessa) and Cintrena were both personable and friendly. I really appreciated them for kinda guiding me throughout the store. Back of the building, there is the patio which is interesting and cool. and couple of outdoor seating in the front too. the bar area has indoor seating. Enough parking spots, great exterior and interior designs.. beautiful! i would recommend checking this place if you are around the area. Oh and for coffee i got iced almond caramel macchiato and it tasted great. read more

Decent coffee spot. Sign on the building says beer and wine yet only had one beer and no Prosecco. On a hot day a cool class of some bubbly would be perfect. Nice concept just not sure they know what they want to be. The clothing store attached he'd a nice assortment of overpriced ladies clothing and then the other story, well not sure what it was. Such a gem! Hands down the absolute best set up for working. Where nearby coffee shops have limited their Wi-Fi to 1 hour, the Asch building has secondary monitors and wireless chargers free for use! This is quickly becoming one of my favorite places. I started by just going for coffee but realized they have a bunch of food items that I particularly enjoy. On top of that they have a clothier and mixed good portion that offer a lot of interesting items. I bought a nice bar piece set that I'm in love with. The real gem, is the speakeasy in the back. Not a regular place to get drunk, it serves mostly carbonated beverages along with select wines. Great place to hang out and experience something new. read more

I visited Asch Building last week and fell in love with their unique concept! I love how all their items are sustainably sourced yet reasonably priced. I spent most of my time in the cafe/grocery store where I bought a few items and enjoyed an iced Honey Lavender Latte. Let me tell you, their latte was one of the best I've had in Houston. The espresso was strong, the almond milk was creamy, and the lavender/honey cut through the bitterness of the coffee. The best part was that all ingredients were fair-trade, some being from local businesses. It was reasonably priced as well; I paid around $5 for my drink which is much cheaper than other craft coffeeshops in Houston. There are a few tables where you can eat or study at, but they all became occupied by the time I left so I wouldn't count on being able to find one each time. The overall ambiance of the store was super chill and clean, not too loud or crowded. The employees were also really friendly and welcoming. Parking shouldn't be an issue as they have a decent sized lot. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will definitely be back to try more of their lattes! read more

Purchase 3 candles from a local business that was carried here . Sweet salesperson wrapped each candle for me in a gift bag tucked in with a fresh baby's breath on each bag !!! GREAT SERVICE !!!! Such a great addition to the historic district. Walkable, bikeable, and for the heights, LARGE parking lot! We met Sam outside when we were strolling from drinks to dinner. He encouraged us to stop by another day to check it out. So glad we did! The grocery is so clean, fresh, and makes you feel healthier just be stepping inside. The boutique is a dream. Covered in pink- pink paint, pink glass, and even pink velvet. The pieces are beautifully displayed - and beautifully made too - they'll share the whole story with you. Then the last room of the building is home goods. Adorable! Each piece was thoughtfully and purposefully picked! The touches throughout the whole space will keep you hanging out and lounging in the "yellow room" under the yellow chandelier (love!) or even outside. Liquor License coming soon!
