I emailed for an exchange and was told that they do not do exchanges. After going back and for with emailing someone I was told how to return the item. When I returned the item I thought (which was my mistake) that I could send a prepaid shipping form to get the new replacement item ( the correct size ) faster. The boutique was smelling so nice inside, many of the oil fragrances were there throughout the store. Most of the stuff here was different and unique but was way pricier compared to other boutiques. This was my first visit to this place. The colors were mostly sober and selection was mostly casual with some trendy items, liked few things but generally were not to my liking. We found the tag that was originally on the skirt saying $15 and they refused to honor the price they had LABELED on the skirt and instead upped the price because they didn't believe the price tag was the one they'd placed on the skirt. Regular "thrift" stores are WAY nicer. Girl at the register with the blue hair was insanely rude. Honestly not worth the hype, prices, or items they sell. Go ANYWHERE else.
