Completely unacceptable. I ordered a four hundred dollar hat that arrived completely misshapen and unwearable. When I called to remedy the situation, the gentleman didn't seem to believe me. He made me pay fifty dollars to ship back a defective product. Several days after it arrived, I called for a status update, and he told me that he couldn't see anything wrong, and that it was okay for a misshapen brim because the hat was handmade. My friend took me here because he knew about Aviva from when it was located in the other side of Harwin area. He bought shirts in multiple colors to match his outfits. I bought 2 of Gildan long sleeves white shirts at half of retail price. One medium and one large. They both fit fine. I also bought Gildan white t shirts compared to the store brand Laviva t shirt. I wouldn't buy that brand again because it's a dollar more and not much difference. I would go back to get some more once I find a good printer to produce the shirts for my next group.
