Was quick to tow my car but within 2 hours of then getting it I was there, and had to wait almost half an hour to even pay to get my car. They are towing random cars in my complex because they chose to go with a new company. Quite petty if you ask me. read more

We never expected their kindness, patience and all the extra help we received when we needed to pick up belongings from my nieces car that was totaled. Their employees were so kind,and empathetic, and I cannot even put into words how helpful, thoughtful and patient they were when we went to get belongings from the car. ASAP Towing has horrible customer service and rude drivers. They deserve 9 stars. I was expecting my vehicle and I called them multiple times since it was past the expected delivery time. They did not answer my phone calls and did not return my phone calls. They decided to take the vehicle to their yard instead of delivering it to my residence ( to ensue the insurance would pay them the extra charges). The next day I had to take off work to have it towed to my residence. Expected delivery was 10am and it was delivered after 3pm. I had to call my insurance to contact them because they did not answer me. The driver could not locate my residence and was upset that he could not find it. He wanted me to go find him when he said he didn't even know where he was at. I informed my insurance and hopefully so they not use them again!!! Do not recommend. How can they not even locate an address. read more

Let me start by saying that I wish I could select less than one star. This company is the most unprofessional, bloodsucking, terrible company I have ever had to interact with. My vehicle was towed in an area and zone of my apartment that had NO towing signs, handicap signs, etc, after 5 minutes of me being parked there. It is ILLEGAL to tow without visible signs and they also charge well above Texas state law regulated measures- take a look at the law. We also were told to call when we were to come pick up the car and ended up waiting almost an hour at midnight for them to arrive after being told they were "almost there". read more

Wish that I could leave zero stars cause thIs is one of the worst towing company in Georgetown. Early this morning our vehicle broke down and I used my vehicle insurance road side assistance to have my vehicle towed to my house. After they were assigned to tow my vehicle I got an Eta of an hour from 4:54 am. After about 20 minutes I decided to cancel the tow assistance through my inssurance I thought it went through(it's all automated). I received a voicemail at 10:47am saying they were on their way with my vehicle. I was surprised since I thought it was cancelled. The vehicle was left locked up, no keys left for them. We left the vehicle backed into a parking spot. So they had to drag the vehicle to hook it to the tow truck. Which they said they didn't drag it. When the vehicle arrived at my residence they where attached too the rear of the vehicle. Hence they had to drag it out of the parking spot cause it was backed into some bushes. My significant other was very pissed that they dragged the vehicle to haul it. Jason the drive lied. The first one was he said they didn't receive the service call till 5:54 am BUT they tried calling me at 5:25am and left a message. I was unable to answer cause of poor cell services. So they took it upon themselves to store(which they will try to bill my insurance for) the vehicle on there lot till later in the morning. When asked about them storing it Jason said he didn't recieved a address till after he picked up the vehicle which is a lie cause to have the vehicle towed I had to tell them a destination to bring the vehicle too. This is my second dealing with them and they scammed me the first tIme as well. I have notified my insurance company about not paying them a storage fee cause they lied. They have a very bad reputation in the area and now I know why. Y'all are liars. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY! Not only did I get towed from right outside my apartment, but they laugh as I struggled to collect my things and they demanded I pay before any proof could be shown, then the boy REFUSED TO SHOW PROOF after payment. If you see them, avoid them! and help anyone you can who may be getting towed by this service. I'm now out 300 dollars over a parking spot I'm entitled to within my 1300 rent payment and even with proof provided they refused to do anything but collect! read more

Horrible service, horrible employees, horrible company. Made my poor mother leave her car outside their property and walk into an unlit, dark parking lot in the sticks of Georgetown alone in the rain after we had waited nearly an hour in the parking lot in addition to the one hour notice required to pick up my car. (Because only the vehicles they tow are allowed on site ) Thank God I had her with me otherwise I would have been forced to leave my three year old in a car alone or taken her with me under the conditions mentioned above. During the four phone calls it took me to get someone to even show up to release my car not one person asked for verification of my ID or my ownership of the car, they also failed to mention any requirements to release my car forcing us to scramble in the rain and dark for the necessary documents, Or drive an hour back to my home to retrieve documentation and be forced to pay an additional storage fee until i could provide them. My car was parked in a fire lane for ten minutes in front of my apartment door that I pay to rent while i unloaded and loaded my car. The employee that picked my car saw me and had to wait until I entered my home and towed it while i was in my apartment. It was pretty obvious from the year/make/model of my car, the car seat in my backseat and the income based apartments i clearly live in that i would be the perfect customer that would be willing to pay anything to get my car back. I will be complaining to the Better Business Bureau and the Texas department of licensing and regulations about my experience. Please do not willingly spend a penny on this sad excuse for a business. They have intentionally set it up to put you in the worst position possible to squeeze any money they can out of you. I don't care if it's their right to tow my car or not I will be repeating my experience as many times as it takes to whoever needs to hear it until this company runs out of Business. read more

Extremely rude, nasty people who have horrible attitudes and even threatened to crush my vehicle. Please do not use this tow-truck service ever, they do not deserve the business. Terrible towing service ! i was estimated a hour wait for my tow which was understandable but i ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours to be towed so of coursed i'm pretty upset because it was late and i already paid for this towing service . When i called to check where they were at i was told they were in pflugerville coming to georgetown im sorry but it does not take 2 1/2 hours to get from Pflugerville to georgetown. so i waited 30min and called again and they asked my location which i'm already pissed off and i told them they should know my location because it was sent to them and the guy was very rude so i cussed him out and he told me since I'm cussing at him i can call someone else because hes not coming anymore and hung up on me . After i waited 2 1/2 hours for this guy he never came so i called back to ask for a refund and he said to never call that number again and hung up. Ridiculous service and poor customer service so i got the police involved and they were able to get me "tip tow towing" which arrived in 15min and provided excellent service never again will i call ASAP towing because they are not ASAP and their service sucks !!!!!! read more

This company came into Austin to tow vehicles from apartment complex's in the middle of the night. When you go and ask for information as to why they get defensive and I was told they can tow vehicles without proper tags from anywhere. Not sure they were deputized but they sure acted like they had full authority to tow a vehicle if they deem it necessary. The vehicle was not tagged out of service, it had expired registration and parked where I live. Be careful they acting like the police. read more

ASAP is a term that is definitely used loosely by this company. I recently had an issue with my car and called my roadside assistance to get someone to help me. They contacted this ASAP Towing company on my behalf and provided me with an estimated time of arrival as per what they were told by the towing company. I waited, but they were not there at the time I was quoted. A bit after, I received a call from the driver, Brandon, who let me know that he was just one town over and was on his way, and would be there shortly. So I waited some more, and after an hour I became irate and started making calls. I called him back, and he told me that his supervisor told him I had cancelled the request for a tow and he was already working at another site and would not be able to get to me for another hour or so. I was quite upset, as clearly I had not cancelled at all and had just been waiting around for him. He said he tried to call me and I didn't answer, which is an outright lie as I was sitting with my phone literally in hand the entire time and did not miss any calls. When I told him that was unacceptable and I needed someone to help me "ASAP" after having been forced to wait for hours, he actually had the nerve to hang up the phone on me. I tried to call him back, and of course it went straight to voicemail. I ended up calling roadside assistance back and explaining what had happened, and they contracted another tow company to come help me instead. The second company was MILES better than this joke of a towing company, and I happily gave them my money and a rather large tip to boot for their prompt and courteous service. You could not pay me to use this ridiculously unprofessional company again. read more

Came to our rescue late one Friday night when we got stuck in a mud-pit at an "away" football game where we were unfamiliar with the terrain and unable to decipher it in the dark, wet weather. Driver had a great attitude, kind words, and most importantly was able to get us out using his 100' cable and winch (couldn't get a tow truck to us because it would have sunk as well). Do not use this towing company under any circumstances. Horrible customer service. Extremely unprofessional. My young daughters were stranded on 190 in Kempner, TX on Saturday, November 9, 2019. The 24-hour emergency hotline with our vehicle contacted ASAP Towing at 2:19 p.m. to tow my vehicle to Killeen, TX. At 3:20 still no ASAP Towing. At 4:30 p.m., I contacted ASAP Towing to find out their arrival time. They said they were coming from Copperas Cove (15 minutes away) and would be there in 20 minutes. I spoke with Justin, asked him what the delay had been and his response was that he had only just received the dispatch. I informed him that the 24-hour emergency hotline had called in the dispatch at 2:19 to which he quickly argued. At the end of the conversation, I sternly told him I would expect to see him in 15 minutes. A few minutes later, he (Justin) contacted my daughters, who were the drivers of the car, and proceeded to tell them that I had "cussed him out" and therefore he was cancelling the tow. I called Justin back and told him emphatically that I would give him a very poor review on Yelp. He was not the least bit concerned about the reputation of his company as he said he was the owner. I would not recommend this towing company to anyone, especially not anyone in a dire situation needing a tow as soon as possible. If you are willing to wait 4 hours and deal with a very rude individual - then call ASAP Towing. read more

Damaged my truck valve stems on back tires , left ignition on so battery was dead also. So two flats and dead battery. So when I start complaining about it I was cussed at and told to get off his property. So in return I called the police and had a report written about incident and damage. Not good business practice if I say so. You know they knew they did it and made no effort to make right. Instead just rude.
