He broke a part. Stole my tire changing tool and falsely reported a tow on my AAA membership. When I relayed all of this to AAA, Big Es got mad and after they came back out to get the key and lock parts to replace, they just took off with the parts and ghosted me which I had warned AAA is how I expected it to go. Now I am taking them to small claims court. I would rather walk 20 miles to get back home than allow this company to get anywhere near my car again.
