I was pissed and still am. I had crystal lining my neckline and back, they were not even straight because Donna and her sister ruined the dress by trying to make it smaller to my size but not realizing the crystals cant be stretched... so i had multiple crystals fall out on me on the day of my wedding...... They either dont care at all and are overworked or they dont know anything about sewing. Horrible people with no heart. Both Dolce Belu and Emilys Sewing Shop tries to take every cent out of you. I had my last fitting today and my dress turned out even better than I could have imagined. I wanted 3/4 sleeves added to the dress and they fit perfectly. It's exactly what I wanted. Donna even added some snaps at the bottom of the sleeves so I can unbutton them for a little more movement when I want to. Unbelievable! The length turned out exactly right with my shoes. Little did I realize they were a gem of the Lynnwood scene for a long time. I needed to get my daughter's prom dress cleaned quickly. Like I wrote above--a two-day turnaround. The staff didn't bat an eye. "Of course we can do it." Those golden words singing from their lips nearly gave me an out-of-body experience. The result? Perfection. The dress looks great. Daughter is pleased. They have my business moving forward.
