Pistachio wrap and lady fingers
Dana O.

I've been visiting arts bakery since 2011. I love that its family owned. Not much has changed in a good way. The desserts are so consistent and the selection is small but mighty. We love the almond success if you like white chocolate. The texture is so unique with the chewy parts of the pastry and the almond crunch. The lady fingers and all the little baklava style nutty treats are delicious as well. My favs are the ones with pistachio or cashew inside. My sister loves their tiramisu too! The slices are a great size for the price. The cakes were around 4.15-4.25 and the smaller baklava treats range from about 2-3 dollars!

This shop is cute with pastries, smoothies, milk Shakes, and ice cream. I got pistachio shake and my friend got mocha. My friends daughter got strawberry ice-cream. It must be good because she finished it! Kids would love this place! My friend said it was delicious and I agree! The flavor is not too sweet so perfect! We got a variety of pastries including baklava.I will definitely be back next time to try the cakes.

Every drink i've tried from here has been really good, very hidden gem of a cafe. I think it's a family business too.

Nice bakery and cafe in a nice are. There's plenty of parking. Staff was nice. The pastry tastes homemade. There's seating so you can sit in and relax and enjoy. I went before the pandemic. I don't think I've ever seen so many pistachio bits on a cake before, so if you're a pistachio lover, enjoy!

Almond Succes on display

I've had this little bakery bookmarked on my Yelp page for several years now and didn't realize it was in this plaza all along. I don't venture to this side of Pleasant Hill very often, and am usually surprised when my GPS takes me here when trying a new restaurant. After dinner at I Luv Hotpot, we walked over to take a look. The owner (or manager?) was there behind the counter in the empty restaurant and was super helpful in our search for tasty desserts. My friends ordered a slice of pistachio cake of sorts and some baklava. The owner recommended his favorite dessert to me, the almond succes (pronounced "success"). And it was amazing! It's not the easiest to slice into or share, but the crunchy hidden layer topped with shreds of white chocolate and almond... omg. This is definitely a must order. And for only $3.40? A steal, for sure. The desserts over all weren't overly sweet, which is just how I like it. I'll definitely be back and I'm bringing everyone with me!

I love this place. The owner is amazing. It was a delicious cake and the way it was made it was perfect. The taste was perfect

It was delicious, perfect work and the costumer service is amazing. Second cake I ordered from them.

Birthday cake

I was really nervous to order a cake from a bakery I'd never been to before, but they truly knocked the ball out of the park with this beautiful and delicious birthday cake that was custom made. Thank you guys so much.

I love this bakery a lot. All kinds of beautiful desserts - pastries, cakes, cookies, baklava. You can tell they put a lot of careful attention and love to every dessert they make - with great detail in the ingredients and presentation. And guess what? All the desserts are under $4! Portions are good too - definitely shareable and/or if disciplined, you can save some for later :) Art's Bakery is a French Lebanese bakery that is oddly located in an Asian strip mall in the middle of nowhere on Satellite Blvd (between Steve Reynolds and Beaver Ruin) - with a random faux Eiffel Tower in the middle. Thanks to Yelp otherwise I'd never have known about it - the 5 stars from Tuong Vi P, Katie H and other Elites attracted my attention too. The folks working here are super nice too. ALMOND SUCCESS - $3.35 Love all their desserts but this is my favorite of the favorites. I'm a big almond fan - toasted almonds, almond paste, almond anything. The flavors and textures won me over - there's the chewy flaky layers (Katie H was spot on, comparing it a macaron), the cream that tastes like sweet butter, the white chocolate shavings, the toasted almonds. It reminded me of a Napolean. I would get this again in a heartbeat. BLACK FOREST CAKE - $3.90 This one is awesome too - it's not your ordinary black forest cake. Fresh whipped cream - the cream layer had surprising bits of pear - so good! Their cakes are light too - very similar to the Korean cakes. CHOCOLATE RAT - $2.45 Not crazy about the name but that face w/ the pistachio ears, so cute you hate to eat it. We had a hard time trying to figure out what was inside - tasted familiar. I asked them in a subsequent visit and it's apparently smashed up cake w/ almonds, and then covered w/ Belgian chocolate. Certainly a unique dessert. Taste wise though - i like their other desserts better :) MOCHA CAKE - $3.50 Another good one, and the top layer is Belgian chocolate - yum. I'm amazed at my self-discipline - only ate half so I could have something to look forward to tomorrow :) LADY FINGERS BAKLAVA W/ CASHEWS - $.65 They have all kinds of baklava but I just wanted a sample - I got the lady fingers and I loved it! Hint of rose water, sprinkled w/ pistachios, not sure if I could taste the cashews but wow, I can imagine all their baklavas are very good. Overall love this latest discovery. Please check them out - they are exactly the kind of business that Yelp is all about. They are a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere Satellite Blvd. Next time I want to try "Art's Specialty" - I heard this is good too but they were sold-out.

There's some swings, benches, water fountain, and bunch of grassy areas to picnic or lay down on. -free parking! Either on the street or parking garage. -good coffee! I think their coffee is better than their food. -ambience is great for reading or studying Cons: -the food wasn't good tbh. I got the ham and gouda panini, which was only half a sandwich. It was so small and a bag of chips for $9. Definitely not worth it. The food options are limited. -the lavender syrup tasted very artificial, nothing floral. -metal tables and chairs. There's ample yet not enough seating imo. There's a couch area and a little area where you sit with cushions on a couple

This place is always packed!…read more I can't even remember the first time I visited cafe blue but I remember I purchased an iced americano. The cafe is located in a shopping center with shared parking. I love the name and the aesthetic of this place. The staff is always really kind and patient. You definitely don't always get that kind of treatment at local coffee shops. I have tried their Einspanner and can confirm it's my favorite! The tuna smash (not pictured) was so tasty! I love the sourdough a the flavor profile of the tuna. I ate the entire thing so fast. I definitely recommend. The menu consist of a few items and they have a lot of sweet treat options available. I have my eye on the basque cheesecake! Final Verdict: if you haven't visited, you must try! I feel like the prices are worth it considering the quality that goes into their products. I would recommend looking at the menu ahead of time, because they do get busy.
