The staff is always friendly, the bakery is clean, and the atmosphere is so inviting. I also love that it's located in The Forum, so after grabbing a coffee and a pastry, you can spend some time walking around the shops. My only wish is that they had a few more outlets available. It would be the perfect place to bring a laptop, enjoy a coffee and pastry, and get some work or studying done for a couple of hours.

But to be frank, I thought it looked and tasted better on my first visit.
