Their biscuits & gravy must be accompanied by an Orange Julius to experience taste bud nirvana. Let me be the first to admit they are damn good. Don't know why the Orange Julius just pairs extremely well with the meal. I was blown away! Soft fresh warm biscuits, thick creamy flavorful gravy with a side of sausage links and I also added 2 eggs over easy. The prefect breakfast for a cold morning. oh my goodness where do I start. I love this dinner. It is a small location with very little to no parking. They recently also removed street parking which used to be so convenient. However parking is limited to only 3 or 4 spaces on the side. Place is small and can get really busy on the weekends early morning hours. We have tried almost everything in their menu from burgers to their Huevos a la Mexicana. Good food, some items may not be the greatest as I can understand it may not be a frequented menu item. However we have never had a dish that made us think - WOW we are never coming here again. My favorite will always be : Chili Cheesse omelet Chorizo con huevo Santa Fe omelet Biscuits and gravy ( although I do prefer my biscuits drenched in gravy I'm ok with eating the gravy from a bowl the way they serve it). Pancakes Chile Verde Chilaquiles I'm a big fan of their O'Brian potatoes. And definitely can eat as many biscuits they bring to the table with their Orange marmalade. Longest wait ever after getting quoted 15 minutes on a phone order, and was advised to come inside instead of waiting in the drive thru line, & the owner said, that the dining hall was empty, "it should be faster". To my surprise when I arrived, it was full, and my phone order was not prioritized and waited a total of 35-40 minutes. Cornbeef is home made and had parsley and onions in it which was a no no for my boyfriend they graciously took the plate away and we ended up getting him sausage and egg plate which he enjoyed. My boyfriend and I come here so often, every time getting their breakfast sampler with biscuits. And always ask for a side of gravy. It comes with three types of sausage, ham, bacon, breakfast potatoes and your choice of how you'd like two eggs. I love everything about this breakfast. I absolutely love this place. We hardly come because it's always really busy but we came today for brunch and it was delicious and pretty empty! They were about to close so we came at a good time after the rush. It's usually gets pretty busy from 11-1 but we came at 130. And they close at 230 on Sundays. The parking is not that great but today was not bad at all. It's a really small parking lot. The best thing to get which every time I come here I get is the pancake combo it comes with bacon or sausage. And I get a side of strawberries and whipped cream. And my husband always gets the omelet that comes with potato and choose the biscuits , they are delicious. The orange Julius is so good,It's a must. It's been years since I've dined at this Arthur's. Met a co worker for bfast. Parking can be a pain due to limited space here. Check for daily specials during the week. I went with the home made corn beef with one egg and two biscuits. I could tell the corn beef was home made and it was yummy. The biscuits here were always tasty here and they still are. My family and I have frequented Arthur's for the better part of 3 decades. Happily... For those who have never been there, be advised, the place is *small*. Think of your average 'small restaurant' then hit it with some kind of Japan-sizing shrink ray. The staff is etficient and blunt - but not in a rude way. 'Blunt' as in 'Please be seated anywhere you fit - now what can I get you?' Aside from the tight quarters, the restaurant serves a series of items famous in the minds of us locals. It's as though "Arthurs" and "Biscuits and Gravy" share the same entry in the dictionary. So, on the subject of Biscuits and Gravy... the gravy is subtle and smokey, with tiny bits of sausage and who-knows-what other heart clogging delights. It is thick and the amount is usually generous for the biscuits. About the biscuits, they're heavenly. If you split one open, you will find little tiny pockets of yellow, which suggests it was previously a wonderful, little tiny bit of butter in the batter mix before baking. They're hot, not too moist or too dry, and deceptively but deliciously filling. Combined.... Its the culinary equivalent of John Denver's "Take Me Home, Country Roads"... Now I am not going to expound on that... Anyone of sufficient age should know that song and the feelings it tends to summon forth in listeners. And if you don't know it, promptly get your ass over to Arthurs and, while eating biscuits and gravy, listen to the song on youtube or wherever and EDUCATE your hungry tummy and your poor, starving soul. 4/5 stars. It comes out to about ten dollars, but if you don't mind shelling out a bit extra for these ingredients it tastes amazing (some of these should already be included in the burrito! C'mon...no cheese?) I have had it many times and I always pick it up drive thru so don't know what the place inside is like. The burritos are always the same, huge and delicious. When I eat one of these bad boys I'm set for the day. I'm not sure if they do this by default, but make sure to ask for some salsa for these behemoths. A spicy kick in the morning is good for you! O ordered the country fried steak and it was one of the better dishes I've tasted. The country steak is thick and flavorful and gravy is very very good. You can see the bits of sausage in the gravy. My server was kind and seemed to take our order quickly but after that I found myself waiting longer than usual for coffee. The coffee is good and tastes yummy. But the restaurant itself is quite dirty. Especially the shutters and window area. The walls are dirty and I can see gunk build up.
