This is more of a store you would think to find in North Scottsdale rather than Glendale. Met the owners who were very sweet and helpful. No pressure to buy anything. And usually I can find shoes cheap here as well and some of them that I've purchased for $14 had lasted me wearing them 7 days a week for years. I was super depressed when they finally broke because they were my favorite ones. I generally don't like their clothing selection and they are kind of strict on walking in with drinks. Like really? Everywhere you go allows you to have drinks and walk around but Ross is the only store I know about that is not a museum that forbids drinks in it. They want you to set them on the counter where people walking by can roofie them or spit in them or do god knows what to them. I'd rather leave my drink in the car. And the security guards that stand next to the door are a little off putting. It makes me feel uncomfortable walking in there.

I bought these appliances and scheduled to have them installed by the lowes professionals. A few weeks later, my fridge and oven come in and I am so excited. Except the fridge is too wide for the space. I tell the installer I want to refuse it due to the fact it is too big and I want to exchange it. He tells me he already cut the power cord to my old refrigerator making it now unoperable. So I have this huge fridge in the middle of my kitchen now that does not fit but I am stuck with it because I have no other option to store my food. The installer knows he messed up and leaves without installing the oven either. The next day I wake up to the smell of all of my food in my fridge now rotton. Since the installer never installed it, just plugging it in (which I did when he left) did not turn it on. Now hundreds of dollars of food has now gone bad. AND MY OVEN IS STILL NOT INSTALLED. I go to Lowes, spend hours there getting it taken care of. They set up another service date for them to come out and install the oven they were supposed to install last week. They give me a time of 12-4pm. They get here at 10am when I am in a work meeting and my phone is on silent. They do not knock on the door and they just leave. I am now having to call to get it RESCHEDULED FOR THE THIRD TIME. for tomorrow. Can't gurarntee they will even show up when they say they will. I AM ABSOLUTELY LIVID AT THIS EXPERIENCE. DO NOT..WHATEVER YOU DO.. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HERE AND HAVE THEM INSTALL THEM. THEY ARE HORRENDOUS AND DO NOT CARE AT ALL. YOU ARE SENT TO CALL CENTER AFTER CALL CENTER AND NEVER GIVEN A SOLUTION.
