The mattress in the store was soft and comfortable, which was the reason I chose it. I was also specifically told by the salesperson that the mattress came with a 10-year warranty. Unfortunately, the mattress delivered to my home feels completely different. It is extremely firm compared with the showroom mattress, and after sleeping on it for only six nights, I can already feel an indentation developing in the middle where I sleep. I weigh approximately 120 pounds, so having this happen to a brand-new mattress after less than a week is very concerning. I contacted customer service immediately and provided pictures of the indentation. Instead of feeling like Living Spaces wanted to help resolve the problem, I was repeatedly told that mattress sales are final and that I cannot receive a refund. They are sending someone to inspect the mattress, which I appreciate, but I am extremely disappointed with how the situation has been handled so far. I spent over $1,300 on the mattress alone, and I expected both the product and the customer service to reflect that investment. I didn't simply change my mind about a mattress. I contacted Living Spaces within days because the mattress I received does not feel like the one I tried in the showroom and is already showing what feels like an indentation. At this point, I am hoping Living Spaces will stand behind the product and the 10-year warranty I was told I was receiving when I made the purchase, and work with me toward a reasonable resolution. I bought these appliances and scheduled to have them installed by the lowes professionals. A few weeks later, my fridge and oven come in and I am so excited. Except the fridge is too wide for the space. I tell the installer I want to refuse it due to the fact it is too big and I want to exchange it. He tells me he already cut the power cord to my old refrigerator making it now unoperable. So I have this huge fridge in the middle of my kitchen now that does not fit but I am stuck with it because I have no other option to store my food. The installer knows he messed up and leaves without installing the oven either. The next day I wake up to the smell of all of my food in my fridge now rotton. Since the installer never installed it, just plugging it in (which I did when he left) did not turn it on. Now hundreds of dollars of food has now gone bad. AND MY OVEN IS STILL NOT INSTALLED. I go to Lowes, spend hours there getting it taken care of. They set up another service date for them to come out and install the oven they were supposed to install last week. They give me a time of 12-4pm. They get here at 10am when I am in a work meeting and my phone is on silent. They do not knock on the door and they just leave. I am now having to call to get it RESCHEDULED FOR THE THIRD TIME. for tomorrow. Can't gurarntee they will even show up when they say they will. I AM ABSOLUTELY LIVID AT THIS EXPERIENCE. DO NOT..WHATEVER YOU DO.. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HERE AND HAVE THEM INSTALL THEM. THEY ARE HORRENDOUS AND DO NOT CARE AT ALL. I swear all I wanted was a new pot for our indoor plant, but when you're there you remember that 15 gallon planter that's been sitting empty on your front porch, the potting soil you'll need to fill the new pot to replace the old, and a plant to go into it. Sure, I looked confused and lost and that's probably what clued Gina in on asking if she can drive us around in her golf cart and show us (but mostly my kid) all the plants, the bunnies that have made the fruit bearing tree section of Moon Valley Nursery their home, the birds that flock to their trees and all the different plants you could really ever want both indoor and out. "Daaamn Gina..." (is what was replaying in my mind on a loop, but I not dared to say out loud - throwback to 1990's Martin Lawrence sitcom, Thursdays on Fox) Had I never met you Gina, I would have probably found my new pot and made my way home having only the *one thing to do, but no, you had to go answer *all of my hundred questions about what plant will be good on my porch, no I don't want to attract bees to my front door, maybe something that won't grow taller than the ceiling of my porch, so those cool looking fruitless olive bushes are out, but boy do I wish I could put one there. So yes, as you may have already surmised, I left with our new pot, a bag of potting soil, a rosemary plant (because rosemary is actually a detractor for most insects and you can get fresh rosemary for your meals to boot) as well as a jug of their moon juice fertilizer. So... It's crazy how expensive this new pot for the rubber plant was $140, but look at all this other "free" stuff that came with it, right?!?!?... right?!?!?... Please don't tell my accountant that I spent too much on plants again. Well Gina, you were certainly wonderfully helpful, you answered every question I had and a few others I didn't, you made our visit more like an adventure through the nursery and helped me finish two projects with one visit. Whomever at Moon Valley Nursery is responsible for having hired Gina, you made wonderful choice!
