Horrible, Horrible, as Unprofessional as a pharmacist and pharmacist tech could be. My medication was mislabeled. I had a mixture of solid white pills, and multi colored pills. I didn't take the pills that did not match my prescription. I brought the mistake to their attention, instead of saying "sorry".. They just kept yammering on about it is the same manufacturer. Because I had left over pills, they refused to fill my script that was due, ultimately throwing off my pickup dates. Going forward, to pick up meds.. They pull me aside and say.. We notice a pattern, you are getting your meds filled at 80 percent. With You specifically, we want you to pick-up at at least 90 percent. I can understand distain, if a guy was going through his meds too quickly, but having left over controlled meds, shows that I am not taking more than I should, having the meds on my person, shows I have not sold them, etc. They just were very rude to me, and have singled me out. Its my responsibility to see how dopl fills about art city pharmacy "treating me with contempt" "singling me out" and the "excuse" for not letting me pick up my last fill on day 27 was, well you have pills still. I explained I needed them now, I wouldn't be available on day 29, day 30. They made the mistakes, then kicked the bee hive. Why? Ego.. Discrimination.. we will see what dopl rules. Big difference between a solid white pill and a red and blue pill. Pss. Thank you to the retail cashier. She helped me through a bipolar attack with kindness. Not the pharmacy workers. read more
