My hot water heater crossed the rainbow bridge today. Rusted out of the bottom, started leaking and sounded like it was about to take off like a jet. In sets the panic because: 1) we just got about 9 inches of snow, and 2) I kind of enjoy taking showers. Cue ARS to the Rescue (Rooter) - I call them thinking it's going to be days before I can get an appt scheduled.....NOPE. Appointment scheduled the same day! Sweetest customer service gal on the phone. My technician Aaron shows up on time, and in a mask. Checks out the scene, joins me in my home (and puts on BOOTIES before entering, THIS is good service!) then quotes me 3 options for my replacement. He helps me shut off my water, then heads out to my garage to get to work while I head back up to my home office, too. A few hours later- voila! Courteous and professional folks - from setting the appointment to finishing the work - which is especially important for ladies at home by themselves during an appointment. They talk a good game and and quick to take your money but that's it for the good. On the day of install they didn't finish the job and wouldn't reschedule anything. Installers for Lowe's sold me a 2.5 ton air conditioning/furnace unit without considering the size of my condo. This thing sounds like a freight train that keeps me up at night. Numerous technicians have been here since installation to get the sound down only with the last one to tell me that this was not possible. Schedules are not kept: was told the technician would be here at 8 a.m. - he showed up at 5:30 p.m. He left a piece in the unit that did not allow it to be shut down, so it kept going all night. Was told someone would be there first thing in the a.m. - after calling several times someone got here at 10:30. Never felt so deceived about a major purchase! I was approached by a salesperson at Home Depot. I've been considering getting a new furnace and upgrading to a smaller unit. The salesperson said that wouldn't be a problem and wanted to set me up with a free estimate so I thought why not? He initially showed me appointments available (on a piece of paper) for Monday evening, but said he wasn't sure if they were still available, so he tried calling the scheduling office to check. They didn't answer so he asked me to fill out a form with my info so he could contact me and confirm once the office called him back. Not a problem, I still had some shopping to do. By the time I was walking back to my car in the parking lot, the salesperson called me and confirmed we were all set for Monday at 6 PM. Great. By the time I got back home, about 3 minutes later, someone from the scheduling office called and said there was a miscommunication and Monday actually wasn't available. Ok? We rescheduled for Wednesday at 6 PM instead. She said they'd call me the day of, to let me know when the estimator was on the way. Instead, I got a phone call on Tuesday evening from the woman in the scheduling office, to confirm my address and appointment, for Wednesday. I confirmed all the info was correct. Again they said someone would call me on Wednesday before my appointment. Wednesday rolls around. I got a call around Noon, but didn't answer because I was at work, no message was left. At 6:00, no one has showed up to my home and I haven't received any other calls. At 6:15 I call them, to get an update on the estimator's location. Spoke to the same woman who informs me that there was a record of me calling around 4:00, from my number on file, speaking to someone else in the office (not her) and canceling my appointment. What? I did no such thing, if I had, why would I be calling now expecting someone to have shown up by now? She asked if there was another "decision maker" in my home who might have called and cancelled. I'm single, I own my home and I'm the only one with access to my cell, which is my only phone number. So, no. She offered to reschedule, again. I declined as I was tired of dealing with this company at this point. You would think that would be the end of it, but no. A few days later, a man calls me, tells me he's the estimator and says he sees on his schedule that he had a cancelled appointment on Wednesday and wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule, again I decline. He says Ok, and again I think that's the end of it. The very same day, about an hour later, the same woman I've spoken to from the scheduling office calls me and asks again if I'm interested in rescheduling for an estimate. No, I'm not. I'd always been very happy with ARS, up until last week. Apparently, the company has gone very far downhill since their last visit. We scheduled an appointment on 11 Jul for a furnace health checkup on the 12th. ARS lost the appointment, supposedly because they had computer problems the previous weekend. The technician came out to do an A/C inspection, and had no idea what to do about a furnace inspection. So another technican came out, took one look, and said that it would have to be replaced (literally. It took less than 5 minutes). He scheduled a third visit as I listened, for a third person to come out to do an estimate to replace the boiler. This third visit was scheduled for 9am on the 15th. At 10am I called for a status because no one had come out nor called. They lost the appointment (again), but said someone would be out at 3pm. Around 4pm, a guy called to say that he was across town, that it was the wrong time of year to look at boilers, and that they didn't have people to do anything about it immediately anyway. I asked to speak with his boss. Eventually, a dispatcher called me back with no new news, no way to contact a manager (during weekday business hours) and said that someone would call me Monday morning. It is now Monday afternoon, and (surprise!) no word from a manager. I now have to spend another $150 to get a (hopefully) competent company to look at my furnace. The reviews say it all. To the potential buyer of this franchise - abandon the deal or offer 0.4x revenue for this fledgling business. To the current management, the back office is abysmal, and specifically Elva. The repair team has always been pleasant and straightforward. Approximately, one year ago, I bought the "HVAC Membership". Scheduled an appointment scheduled for last Friday. After reorganizing my Friday, Elva asked to reschedule because "the person who scheduled the original appointment messed up" and "other people dont have air conditioning". Well I didnt either but thats beside the point. I asked to reschedule for Monday. Elva responds with "you know we work on the weekend?" So, we agreed on Sunday. I was in front of my computer when we spoke and added the appointment to my calendar. That Sunday, I was offered and declined Nuggets tickets to avoid cancelling (my mistake). Waited five hours, no one showed. No one answered either the local and the national number. Called the following morning to ask for a refund. Elva offered up the fact that she scheduled the appointment and then told me it was for Tuesday. Elva doesnt know this but my schedule wouldnt allow for a Tuesday appointment and there is no way I would have agreed. Of course when I said, well then you guys f'd up and the request for a refund seems reasonable - I was told that I could no longer be helped. So, the issue has been escalated to corporate. I dont know Elva but in just two interactions have seen her deflect blame to others in ARS, unable to manage the schedule and deflect blame to me. A "Quality Assurance Manager" is an important role. There will be mistakes and appointing someone who behaves like Elva, abdicates responsibility and throws others under the bus will undermine everything youre attempting to accomplish as a business. Get it together. The real estate market is thriving and youre missing out on opportunity once prospective customers see these reviews. Even if Elva is a relative, consider a change. read more

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the AC does actually work but I wish I would have read these reviews before choosing this company. They installed AC and replaced my furnace. They seemed nice enough at first, the price was insane but was pretty comparable to the new costs of HVAC these days. However the install was a mess. When I finally took a look there were holes everywhere and the line was not at all where they said it would be. Basically they just did a rushed and lazy job. They offered to send someone to fix the line with a soffit to cover it but it'll never look good. And it's not a personal opinion, the line and install did not pass inspection so before I can get it covered they'll have to redo the install. It's unfortunate because this is taking months. The ac works and the house is only cosmetic so over all, could be worse (2 stars). But I am so disappointed that spending just shy of $20k is actually hurting my home value more than helping at this point. I called ARS yesterday because our heater stopped working. I initially called ARS because they installed our A/C unit about a year ago (serious issues there but I wanted to give them another shot as that may have been a fluke). I called yesterday at 3:40pm and was told someone would be out in 2-3 hours, and they would call 30 minutes before coming out. I provided my phone number as the main point of contact, and my husband's as secondary. They called my husband at about 5pm to tell him that they wouldn't be able to come until 10pm- not a problem as we were going to be awake and had friends in town so we could go out to dinner without being "on call" for a technician. We got a call at 10:10pm telling us they weren't able to make it last night but would come between 8-10am today. No one showed so at 10:10am I called ARS. I was informed that someone cancelled the appointment but the notes did not indicate who or when, as this was not myself or my husband. I was then told that they could not come out until 2-4pm, and I've already taken hours off of work for this. I asked to speak to a manager about the handling of this and was informed that they were on a conference call and could not be disturbed and I would be called back in 30 minutes. My husband called and told them not to bother so I do not know if that was to get me off the phone or if they really would have called. Considering they cannot even arrange appointments accurately, I don't want them working on my heater. read more

BUYER BEWARE- THEY'LL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!! The service tech told me that my A/C and furnace needed to be replaced for $18K, because it had rust on the coils (which is normal) and because it had a refrigerant leak that he claimed he could smell. I had another, smaller business come out and do an assessment; there is no leak and I only needed to replace a part for $100 to get it running again. read more

This outfit has very poor and dishonest customer service. I had a service call for snaking a drain line in the basement of my house in Lakewood, CO and instead they snaked another clean out line which did not help at all. As a result, we had a second call and this time they did snake the line we had requested but had to pay an extra $280. They could have done it right the first time and I would have saved $280. I asked for a refund and they refused and came up with excuses. I would use a local plumber or a small business next time. read more

If I could give them a negative 10, I would. The company came to repair my furnace and left still not working, wires exposed to metal surfaces, and the worker fried my thermostat. The worker charged me $850 for a part that didn't need to be replaced and I had to call a new worker from a new company to come the next day to actually fix the furnace. The next day worker told me that the problem was never the $850 part that the ARS worker claimed, and now ARS refuses to prove to me that the part was broken and are refusing to return my money and pay for the thermostat that they broke. I put in a dispute with my credit card company and ARS had the nerve to say that they fixed my furnace and I called complaining about something they never touched (the thermostat). I called to tell them that their worker never fixed my furnace and I wanted proof of the "broken" expensive part that "had" to be replaced - even though the furnace didn't work after it was installed. Below is one of my MANY comments to the credit card dispute group. The worker came to my house and immediately got to work. Shortly after being there, he mentioned that he needed to replace the control board (which is why ARS said it cost so much money) and that would fix the problem. He made me agree to the cost before he went out to purchase it. He was gone for a couple hours. When he came back and installed the control board, the furnace still did NOT work at all and he was very confused (--- this was my first indication that the ARS worker did not know what the problem was and was only guessing at my expense--). He also worked on the thermostat (which had been functioning when he arrived) and when he left, the thermostat was shockingly broken and he didn't have an answer for me - he said it would have to be replaced and I should call someone else to do it because he was going to charge me a lot more money (found out later that the ARS worker fried my thermostat). After messing with the furnace for a while longer, he said that he "jerry-rigged" the furnace and I would have to call some other HVAC technician from another company to fix it because he didn't have time to fix it. His "fix" of my furnace was that I would have to turn the switch off and on (the switch on the furnace) when the house got too hot. So I spent the next 24 hours turning the heat on and off via the switch on the furnace in the basement. In the middle of winter. And here is a copy of the text from the worker that came the next day and ACTUALLY fixed my furnace - I read this exact text to ARS when they followed up and all they could say was "that's concerning," but no offer to help. "Let the company know that the worker didn't show you proof of a burnt control board, he wired the fast stat and thermostat completely wrong. He charged you $850 for something you didn't even need and still didn't fix the system. He bypassed your thermostat and jerry rigged your system possibly causing more problems or is possibly deadly for your household. He left exposed wires near metal surfaces which could cause your control board or thermostat to short out. He also fried your thermostat. Make them [the company] understand that he left you without heat and replaced something that did not need to be replaced." read more

Worst people ever. I have been trying to get these people to do an inspection for the work they did since October of last year with some girl name Lori Antczak. She has not returned my calls or e-mails. When I call there service department they just give me the run around. They say that that will be out to my home on Tuesday but they refuse to give me a time saying that they can't do that. Because the city inspection is different. Give me a break!!! Also, there service person named Elva Ramirez gave attitude and stated that she would send me an e-mail confirming that they will be coming on Tuesday and did not send me anything. I generally don't post reviews unless service or business practices are exceptional in one way or another. In this case I am writing about a service call to diagnose a broken air conditioner. Was quite happy to recieve proper diagnosis (compressor failure). Was told that a new air conditioner would be required due to R22 freon being phased out. This was understandable so I asked for a quote on a new air conditioner and was floored when it came in at over $10,000.00! I told the repair agent that the quote seemed extremely high and was told that the time of year meant higher costs. Told him I had to get other quotes. Glad I did. Went to Mountain Air and was able to get new Amana (good quality) air conditioner AND heater for less than $7500.00 installed on the SAME day. I am done with ARS...... read more

Called Thursday to make a appointment for my ac leaking water. They got my schedule for Saturday from 11-2. I waited but no show. I called to find out why. They said they call be to confirm Friday night to double check appointment for Saturday but call the wrong number. ARS said sorry and reschedule for Tuesday to fix my ac. But again they called my Monday to reschedule my Tuesday appointment, they said they they have to many calls with customers with no ac and need to reschedule for two weeks out. I guess I'm not important to ars. Same thing happened last winter when my heater went out. They reschedule 3 time before they finally came out. I'm done trying to be a loyal customer. They installed my heater and ac 8 years ago. This company not reliable. 90 degree weather and still no ac. Looking for a new company that will treat a customer right. read more

Since I bought this furnace and ac from this company, I've had nothing but issues. Every time someone comes out here, I get told a different solution to the same problem. For example, when the furnace was installed, I was told to place the filter in on an angle. Now they're saying it should have been flush and that's why I am having issues. I had someone come out this winter because I couldn't get my home above 62 degrees. I was told it was because the installers had only set the furnace up as a single cycle instead of 2 cycle so that should fix it. Never said anything about the filter position. Now when my AC was freezing up, I was told it was because a bunch of dog hair had gotten into the coils because the filter wasn't placed correctly and that is the reason my heat wasn't working this winter. I spent $13,000 on my furnace and AC with them and it's only 3 years old and yesterday I had to pay $600 to fix it again? I find it to be really convenient that my 3 year labor warranty just expired this may and now I'm given a $600 bill. I wouldn't have bought my furnace and AC with this company had I known this is how they operate. I would not recommend this company. read more

I called this company for the $88 special for drain cleaning for my shower. The lady on the phone ensured me that they are still following safety protocols with masks, gloves and shoe covers. I got a quick appointment for the next day. The tech gives me a courtesy call that he will be there shortly, and he sounded so monotone as if he hates his job. I even joked with my husband saying he sounds pleasant *eyeroll* Lo and behold the tech shows up, and walks into my home with no gloves, no mask, and no boot covers. I show the tech to my shower and he turns the faucet on low. I didn't realize until later he had it on the minimum pressure so of course it was draining fine. He states I don't see a problem here and he leaves. Later that night I went to shower, on full pressure like most people do, and of course it starts flooding and that's when I realized he barely turned it up all of the way. The next day, the dispatch calls me to see how my experience went. I explained everything to her and that it is still flooding the tub and that the tech barely turned on the water to see how it was really clogged up. She apologizes and then as I'm talking I hear her talking and giggling with her co worker as I'm literally on the phone with her. I paused and said what was that? And she says oh nothing just talking to my coworker. Why are you talking to your coworker in the middle of a phone call with a customer?!? She offers to get me another tech out. I asked for same day and she says ehhh I don't think I can do that. She makes an appointment for the next day. 10-2 window. I say that's fine. Next day here comes 2:30pm, no show yet. I get a phone call saying they're a little behind and I will have a tech there by 4. This lady has the audacity to ask me if I "prefer" my tech to be wearing his ppe in my house; even though they claim they are still following protocol. It shouldn't be an option. So now waiting until 4 for a tech. No one shows up. It's 5pm and still no tech, so I call to cancel the appointment and the lady on the phone was extremely rude when I said I want to cancel because they never showed up. She snaps at me and says well what time were they supposed to be there? I said 10-2 and now it's 5pm! She wasn't even apologetic. Confirmed my address and hung up. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I will never consider them again and I'm telling everyone I know about my experience with them. read more

These people are unreliable and flat out liars. I had booked an A/C tuneup weeks in advance. They gave me a 4 hour window to make myself available. They seemed excess (most reputable places give more like 2 hour windows, but I had booked them through Home Depot Services - so I incorrectly assumed they would be professional). Since it was a 4 hour window, I arranged to take the day off so it would work. The morning of the scheduled appointment, I received a call from them explaining that they had many "emergencies" come in the night before and wanted me to reschedule. I had already waited weeks for the appointment, taken the day off, and prepared (plus I wasn't going to be in town for their next available appointment suggestions) so I declined being rescheduled and they indicated they would be out in the time scheduled. At the very end of the scheduled window I received a call from their number and was hung-up on just after answering. I called back and only got an automatic system which also never went to a real person. They never showed. The next day, when I was finally able to talk to them in person, they claimed that for some reason they had tried all afternoon to call me, but my line kept hanging up on them. I was astonished that they would make such an absurd assertion (easily disproved). I asked to speak to the manager and she made the same assertion, but when I pressed and told her of the evidence I had, she simply admitted that they were busy and that emergencies took precedence and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Unreliable, evasive, lack of customer care and service, and lying. For your sakes, don't make the mistake I made and schedule them to work on your residence. read more

ARS cleaned our main line in August 2016 after a backup. Their website states 'first time customer rooter rate comes with a one-year warranty'. Our line backed up again recently...and we called them to return. When I made the appt. I told the operator they'd been out within the past year...to which she never informed me our 'free for a year' warranty would only be honored at the discretion of the tech. Once the tech arrived, he informed us that the warranty didn't apply to us because 'further work had been suggested' the last time they were out (with an $8k price tag) and he could clean our line for over $350! Ha! We kindly thanked him for coming...and called $99 Rooter - they were great - highly recommend! Reading other reviews, seems like sell, sell, sell (at a major up-price) is a regular business practice. read more

These guys redid our main line in 2008. They first tried to dig a hole and repair from under our front porch...but it began to cave in. Then they dug another area and apparently used two different pipes in stead of one pipe. And we already have roots and grass coming through a part of the pipe that has already broken. I don't think people move into a home with the expectation that they will have to re do the main sewer line to the city line every ten years. Now we're selling the home. And apparently there is an area where the city plugs into our main. And now that area is cracked and we are only made aware of it from the home inspection. But because we are 10 months past out 10 year warranty...we're on our own and ARS won't even clean the line out for us. They want 2700 to repair it. We have some thing at our new home that will need worked on...needless to say we will not be using ARS. read more

NOT DONE Checking the blower and cleaning its components. This includes removing the blower wheel to ensure that it's free of dirt and debris. Testing for a tight seal on the blower access door. NOT DONE Checking the air intake grills for blockages. NOT DONE Performing an amp-draw test on the blower motor and comparing the results to the unit's listed specifications. This can reduce the risk of fire, and help extend the life of the blower components. NOT DONE Checking the burner for proper ignition and testing the flame sensor for accurate operation. NOT DONE Lubricating all the motor's moving parts to reduce friction. When there's friction, the motor has to work harder, which requires more electricity, and it could also result in a premature failure. NOT DONE Checking that all electrical connections are tight and examining the wiring for signs of rust and corrosion. DONE Testing the thermostat calibration. The tech estimated about $1250 in repairs, and suggested I get an estimate on a new furnace. The salesperson who came did not ask me a single question about my utility bills, how well or how poorly my furnace functions, or anything else. Tried to pressure me into buying models that were massive overkill for my needs and which ranged in price from $4000 - $5600 for a condo that is 1000 sq. ft. Flat out stated that I would save $300 a year on heating bills if I purchased his high end razzle dazzle model. I explained -TWICE - that my heating and A/C bills average only $40 a month. This person had a spiel to deliver and was determined to do so. My questions and comments were basically ignored. Later, I contacted Davey Heating to another estimate on repairs and a new furnace. The service was EXCEPTIONAL! The salesperson, who is also a technician, asked plenty of questions. His furnace quotes were 1/2 the price of models quoted by ARS, and there was no pressure to buy an overkill system. These people come off as honest, knowledgeable, and more than fair. I would give 0 stars if I could. I have never experienced such a blatant money grab in my life, as well as complete incompetence, and just bad customer service. Stay away and do not hire them. I'm not an idiot, so don't treat me like one. I wish I would have looked at Yelp reviews before I hired anyone. Here's what happened to us: We bought our house in Summer 2017 Fall 2017 - We hire ARS to come do a standard furnace tune up. All is well, technician tells us we are using the wrong filter size for our furnace system, gives us a new filter. Summer 2018 - We hire ARS to come do a standard AC tune up. Technician informs us that our AC evaporator coils are covered in dirt and they need to be cleaned ASAP for $400. Oh, and we're using the wrong filter size for our furnace system...which contributed to the dirty evaporator coils. So, we're not happy that the first technician gave us the wrong filter size, clearly there's a problem there that needs to be resolved. Customer service says they'll call me back once they investigate what happened with the technician in the Fall. They never called me back. We did not pay for ARS to clean the evaporator coils, but they did give us a new furnace filter, that is apparently the real correct size. Fall 2018 - We hire a different company to clean the evaporator coils and do a standard furnace tune up. Furnace looks great. New company technician says "I don't know why they told you that you need your evaporator coils cleaned. This is my least favorite AC unit because you have to take it apart to even see the evaporator coils. They wouldn't have taken apart your unit for a standard tune up. If your AC has been working fine, then you don't need us to professionally clean the evaporator coils." Great. So glad we did not pay ARS to just take our money and do nothing, like they were apparently going to do. I worked in customer service for years. I get that it sucks. People can be awful. But if you are providing a service, it's still your responsibility to follow through, at least try the bare minimum. The fact that we never heard from anyone ever again after we were clearly very upset about all of this says a lot about this company. read more

I just wanted a quiet Saturday night at home: a little dinner, a little wine, a little TV, a little Yelping. But in the afternoon as I was doing laundry, the water in the toilet started to bubble and the bathtub filled with water as the washing machine drained. Drat! Time for our biennial snaking of the main sewer line to remove tree roots. Just one of the joys of owing an older home with clay sewer pipes. At first we thought we could wait until Sunday morning but decided to go ahead and have someone come out as soon as possible. We put in a call and were given a window of 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. They called us back a few minutes later to let us know that it would actually be closer to 10:00 before someone showed up. Swell. Imagine my surprise when the doorbell rang at 8:30. Freddie, our friendly technician, explained that our house was on the way to his next call so it just seemed logical for him to see us first. Smart thinking! Freddie was very careful in our home and mindful not to make a mess or damage our hardwood floors and carpet. He had protective cloth covers on his shoes and on the wheels of the big coil machine. He was very thorough and ran the coil through about 65 feet of the sewer line to make sure he got all the roots out. He had me run water and flush toilets both upstairs and downstairs to make sure the line was clear. So one hour and $88.00 later, we were back in business. I am pleased with the service we received from ARS and would not hesitate to call them again, especially since their service is the least expensive of the companies we've used. read more

Abrupt and uncompromising customer representative, who deleted my appointment, then wanted me to wait an additional several weeks after I had already scheduled this service three weeks before this. I scheduled an HVAC servicing on the 2nd of June, to be serviced on the 24th of June. At the time I scheduled the appointment, I was told they were totally open during the week of the 24th, and it would be no problem. The rep I spoke to was very nice, and patiently talked with me about what was the issue with my system that I wanted them to address (the air conditioner was icing up, and likely needed to be recharged). However today, on the 23rd, I received a very abrupt voicemail from ARS informing me that they had too many appointments, and emergency calls, so my appointment was removed, and would have to be rescheduled for after July 14th, along with a token 'sorry.' I called the customer service number that was left on the voicemail, and spoke with a very abrupt woman who gave me another token 'sorry' and then proceeded to tell me that because my AC system was running (despite the fact that it ices over, overflows the catch tray, and cannot cool below 82 degrees), that they had dropped my appointment in favor of emergency calls. The customer rep refused to push my service back to the next day, or even later into the week. She was very abrupt and firm that they could not change the appointment, and instead I needed a new appointment, which would be July 14th, a full 3 weeks after when my appointment was supposed to be. I can understand having emergencies that force them to push back appointments, but it is unacceptable that they canceled my appointment, then gave me only the option of having to reschedule for weeks later, instead of pushing back their entire appointment schedule. So I can speak to their service, but if they had actually scheduled and shown up for my appointment, I could have a better opinion of their services. Even more, if they had called sooner to tell me that they were going to just cancel my appointment, I would have had more time to find someone else more reliable and timely. read more

I am very livid right now. We made two appointments with ARS for today, almost two weeks ago. One was for the furnace and one for the water heater. We are going out of town tomorrow, and will not be back until the day before our house closes. ARS called us yesterday and cancelled the furnace appointment and I just got a call that the appointment schedules from 2-4 is now moved closer to 5. What is the point of making appointments if you cannot be reliable? We took the day off to handle this, so not only are we losing wages, but also do not have our work done. And when I call the number below I am on hold for 30 minutes and no one answers. The comment from the company below seems copied and pasted over and over. I'm not sure anyone will actually contact me. UPDATE: Upgrade from 1 to 2 stars. After complaining to the manager, he was able to get both people out today. Work was great. read more

Showed up with a mask but had it pulled down so his nose was out so why even bother. This was for a furnace tune up. He did all the electrical checks and left. Arrived at 8:05 and left at 8:30. Cleaned nothing. First time I have ever had a furnace tune up where they did not clean the igniter or flame sensor, didn't even have a vacuum with him. Never looked at the filter or even opened the bottom of the cabinet. Next time I will use someone else. I see all the reviews are rotten, sorry Home Depot contracts thru these people. Update, they called and asked for a second chance. Scott showed up this morning again with his mask pulled down below his nose, I shut the door and called their dispatch and refused the re-service. read more

If you're going to be charging double for what other companies are charging for the same service than I sure hope it's your stellar customer service or magical "Drain Right" fluid that's making up for it - but unfortunately that's not the case. Not only did the technician show up 3 hours late but he left the back gate open so my dog got out - I have lost a dog because of that very reason. I was able to get my problem resolved with another company for half the cost in a fraction of the time and without the use of any harmful chemicals. Not to mention the technician was friendly and respectful of my property. So no I would not recommend your company to other people in need of drain services. read more
