I had a major plumbing emergency. I called 2 other companies and they let me down by not showing up. I remembered my mom uses Plumbline and she absolutely loves them and their fantastic service. Cameron showed up within the hour and fixed my emergency in under 1 hour. It was so amazing and I was very impressed!! The quality of his work was outstanding, and the price for the job was was under $100. The 1 year warranty was unexpected. I was blown away. I will definitely use Plumbline in the future for my plumbing and heating needs. read more

The technician was very thorough and explained everything. He really cared! He also was able to get us a discount!

This is an proud company with much to be proud of. My seventy-seven year old sewer drain had stopped completely. They showed up promptly with excellent equipment and more of that and impressive plumbing skill and experience to call upon as it became clear that the end of my sewer line had collapsed and was utterly blocked. THE NEXT DAY a powerful ditcher was digging a trench down to the shattered end of my drain, and skilled, friendly, and courteous workmen were installing a new section of modern root-proof pipe and a dual clean-out system to keep the line clear. The day after that, a Saturday, one last worker showed up to rout the entire line clear and make sure that my drain was working again. They also have a policy of financing a large bill over a year without interest, which will help me recover from the legitimate cost of something that has to be done sooner or later on every older house. They also guarantee their work. They came, they cared, they competently completed what I needed them to do and I couldn't be more appreciative. read more

I'm still working with the Plumbline Services team to resolve some of my challenges getting a new HVAC/Heat Pump & Hot Water heater installed. The management team and install team have shown they want to create a positive customer experience and expressed intent to maintain a 10+ year relationship. I look forward to wrapping up the final items and updating my review with the full experience. The install is complete, however, the process has been frustrating. I went with Plumbline because of the Costco relationship. The communication in the sales process to the install was frustrating getting commitment on what hot water heater would be installed (Model # and specs). I will be updating with more details around experience with communication on the job, Costco rebate, and commitment what is being installed. During install I was surprised with the add-on pricing. I understand these are highly skilled workers who deserve to be paid well and I hope the company makes a profit so they can be around to support my HVAC & plumbing needs. With so many trades on site I thought there may be a savings in having them complete the electrical & plumbing upgrades they recommended. $450 for outdoor faucet replacement, +$684 for water pressure regulator, $450 to install a $120 surge protector that was done in ~20min, $1,164 to replace a 6' flex gas line from the wall to hot water heater. This is on an already $26k job with full HVAC and hot water heater and all trades on site with materials in their truck. I was hopeful to bring these other items up to date at a fair cost with one appointment. Maybe this is the reality of what plumbing costs these days. The install crew HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing were all great and I appreciate their work. read more

I was contacted by Plumbline for a quote on replacing my AC unit as they are the company that you are referred to by COSTCO at this time. We had used a different company from COSTCO quite a few years ago and were very happy. Our experience with Plumbline was very different. At first we were very happy when they mentioned we could purchase a Centrally Ducted Air-Source Heat Pumps and we would be eligible for a ~8K rebate from Xcel energy. Now this seems like a loophole as we do not use Xcel for Electricity but just for natural gas. The heat pump would only be used for cooling since we were keeping our current furnace. I asked the salesperson if there was an issue if Plumbline would cover the 8K, I asked this as I was a little bit sceptical and none of the other companies had mentioned this option. At that time he stated they would cover the cost if there was an issue. However when I received the quote that was not listed and the terms and conditions had an odd clause that I had never seen before. When I contacted the salesperson about the wording I never heard back? The contract was saved as a picture due to the size. This is the part I had an issue with: 14. This agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between Purchaser and Plumbline Services and it supersedes all prior oral and written proposals and any prior or subsequent communications pertaining to the subject matter hereof. Basically the contract says that any verbal promises are not valid which makes sense, stuff that was provided in writing was a bit odd. But the part that makes no sense says that the contract cannot be modified by either party ever? I asked for a clarification and had no response. So if you decide to go with Plumbline look at your contract and realize what you are signing. read more

Plumbline Services - contract - Plumbing Near Me - Arvada, Colorado

After many years as a loyal Plumbline customer, this experience has left me extremely disappointed. On September 15, 2026, a technician came to clean my main sewer line. When he withdrew the cable, we discovered that an auger blade had broken off. A supervisor named Luke came out and confirmed with a camera that the broken blade was still inside my sewer line. Luke told me the blade needed to be removed to avoid further problems. He said he would find a magnet to retrieve it and get back to me within a few days. I spoke with Luke three times afterward, and each time he said he was still trying to locate the magnet. During our last conversation, on September 30, he told me the problem would be handled within the next few days. As of October 17, 2026, the blade has not been removed, and I have received no further update. I have left Luke several voicemails and called the office twice requesting a supervisor's callback. Those calls have not been returned. Equipment can break, but leaving broken equipment in a customer's sewer line and failing to follow through on promises to remove it is unacceptable. I simply want Plumbline to honor its commitment and resolve this issue. Based on this experience and the lack of communication, I cannot recommend Plumbline. I will update this review if the company resolves the problem. read more

The technician did not know anything and not able to diagnose the problem, only solution he recommended to place the heater He thought it could be sensor issue and got a new one and it did not solve the problem. He thought some gas leak and it was not. He didn't have any clue about the issue and only suggestion is to replace the unit by paying thousands. Funny thing is about his mentoring another new guy Eventually paid $$$ for nothing read more

Great professional service person. So polite, professional and knowledgeable. Really very happy with Ryan!

Out side facet was leaking, tech arrived and tighted the locking nut. Next day it was still dripping, tech came back out and said the facet would need a rebuild kit at $425.00 or a replacement at $820.00...This is absolutely ridiculous price for such a simple repair. I would never recoment Plubline for any service. read more

The Tech was courteous and professional but the price quote for what turned out to be a flapper replacement was $450.00. I of course said no paid the $49 inspection charge and found someone to replace it for $35 plus $8 for the flapper, so come on let's get your prices in order. read more

I set up an appointment online for the window 8am - 11am. Although I did get a call saying they were delayed (I figured an hour or two), they didn't show up until 4:45pm. I wanted 2 shut off valves replaced under my kitchen sink. I had purchased them and only needed the installation. The technician quoted $455 for the 2 valve replacements. I thought that was exorbitant and refused the service. To add to the insult of the price gouging estimate they charged me a $49 service fee for showing up. I decided to tackle the job myself. It was a matter of twisting off the connection line from the pipe and merely pushing the new valve into place. It took me 15 minutes. I am a 76 year old woman. Pam D. read more

The install was exactly how it was communicated and went as planned. This is the second AC/furnace product that we have installed by Plumbline within the year at two different locations. We also recommended Plumbline to our family that use them as well. All three installs and product have worked as intended. I would recommend Plumbline to anyone , Thank you Plumbline.
