These guys are crooks, Beware. I had them come out for a simple AC check up, my system was working fine I checked it before they came, nothing leaking ect. Sal was not keen to do a good cleaning since I had a 29.00 coupon. Practically had to beg him to at least take the cover off so I could use a leaf blower to clean out the unit. When he did I went in my garage to get the leaf blower, when I returned he was messing with the lock out values and letting out refrigerant. I asked what was going on and he said lucky he was there because I had a value problem and it needed to be replaced. Then he told me I need to spend a minimum of 400.00 to add refrigerant after he let it out!!! Then suddenly my fan needed to be replaced for another 1,200.00. I told him to wrap up the service and go. I was billed 228.00 for a 29.00 piss poor cleaning and two 15.00 locking caps. I have called ARS 3 times asking to speak with owner or service manager for over a week and NO return call, I was very specific in what I wanted to talk about. I had another company come out to do a real cleaning / inspection and guess what? There is Nothing wrong with my fan. I paid 225.00 for a thorough cleaning / inspection and to refill the refrigerant. DO NOT USE ARS !!! THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!! I will take a lie detector and swear to this story in court, it is 100% accurate. read more

The technicans work on commission, will upcharge you, state you need costly repairs/replacements and then they will pressure you with scare tactics to purchase everything to repair and replace the things that are not necessary. Then when you state you want a second opinion before finalizing any sales, they argue with you and refuse to put things back the way they found it. This is an update on my previous review 8/4/25. I have good news. ARS came out and to my satisfaction removed the electrostatic filter piece and refunded me my costs. I called ARS to fix my A/C unit about three weeks ago. I was told that parts needed to be ordered and that they would call when they arrive. About two weeks later I was told that a tech is on the way. Nathan arrived at my home with a bad attitude and was rude to my tenants. He called me when the service was "complete" again with a terrible attitude. I let him know that I could call back in 15 minutes when I was able to produce my credit card. Instead he left and sent me an invoice for $1,300. ARS was supposed to replace some electronics and clean my outdoor unit. Prior to the tech coming my MIE was functional with all of the lights on. After he left the MIE was shorted out, two fuzes were blown, and he jumped a few wires so that my A/C can only be controlled by disconnecting twisted-together wires. If you are looking for a technician that makes your issues worse please call ARS Rescue Rooter. I have called at least 3 times to speak with a manager and they seem to be too busy to call back. They were assigned to install a new air conditioning unit by Home Depot a couple of weeks ago... coincidentally the first time I turned on my heater, which was attached to what they installed less than two weeks later there was a major problem with it despite working perfectly fine for five years. They quoted me over three grand to fix the problem. I believe they caused and when I said no, they charge me $400 in labor for doing absolutely nothing. If you do hire them pay very close attention to everything that works and doesn't work as soon as they leave. I fully believe they damaged my system either accidentally and refused to take ownership or on purpose to try and drum up more business. read more

My AC was not working well and was leaking in the basement furnace room. Scheduled ARS to come out between 2:00 and 6;00 PM . They no showed. Then scheduled to come out next morning between 8:00 and 12:00. They no showed. When you call company they tell you are next on the list, but don't show up. Waist of 8 hours of my time. Don't use this company. Clogged kitchen sink. Call Saturday - they say a plumber will be there in the afternoon. They call back a few hours later and need to reschedule to Monday 10-2. Monday no sign until I call at 4 pm and tell them we are going to call someone else. Technician shows up at 4:30. Snakes drain fixed the problem, identifies plumbing not to code, but camera guy is separate and will be back next day in the morning. Camera is included in snake cost. Next day, no sign of camera guy, call in afternoon and they reschedule for the next day. Camera guy comes over and does his thing, no major issues. Plumbing under the sink done incorrectly - needs better slope to the main line drain. Quotes $2,600 to replace the plumbing from garbage disposal to the main line, about 2-3 feet of plumbing / P-trap / connectors. Probably $30 of parts and maybe an 1-1.5 hrs. of labor for $2,600. Sound like a good deal? Straight up unethical on so many levels! read more

I had a very unsatisfactory interaction. I had called for a repair of a pulley on my swamp cooler and to take a look at fixing a small leak in it as well. The service man came out and looked at it went to get a part and then called back and informed me that it would cost approximately $1100 to do all the work. I said no thank you he then immediately reduce the number to $900. I still refuse to have the work done. When he came back to settle up, he called his supervisor his supervisor, then lowered the amount to $600 to do all the work. I still refused and paid my bill for them to come out. I then went and found the part that was broken and it cost $14. I will then do the work myself. I do not recommend this company. read more

On Superbowl Sunday in February, I contacted ARS to see about a problem on the furnace that my tenant had reported. The unit would kick on, but no heat was coming through the vents. ARS scheduled a service tech that afternoon, and by 2:00, arrived on site. The trip/diagnostic charge was $99, which was very reasonable. I wasn't sure and did not expect someone to be available on Superbowl Sunday. The problem, as I suspected, was the ignitor malfunction. The part, a small metal probe that creates a spark, was quickly removed and needed replacement. Trevor (service rep) had the replacement available in the truck, and was quickly replaced. We were back up and running within the hour and the unit was once again warming up. Overall, I was extremely pleased by the quick response from ARS and relieved that I avoided a potential nightmare. read more

I have spent over $20,000 with this company for a water heater new furnace and air conditioning. I called four weeks ago to speak to someone to ask a question about my thermostat and no one called me back. I called a week later to leave a message and no one called me back. Then called another week later and no one called me back. On my fourth call I asked why no one EVER called me back and they said "we don't take calls over the phone. Their estimate included no details, they have you sign it online on an ipad so you can't review everything. Their price was 30% higher but I was in a bind in winter with no heat, so went with them. Will never use them again. Just a company of a bunch of "managers" and no qualified technicians to actually get any work done. Over eight trips to try and get everything working and fixed. Then failed city inspection and more trips. And each scheduled trip was CANCELLED last minute and had to be rescheduled, or they just didn't show up at all. DO NOT USE, you will regret it as I did. Made an appointment of 5/7 through Lowes, and they called on the day of the appointment and cancelled, and rescheduled for today, 5/30 between 2 and 5. They called at 3:30 pm and advised they were too busy with repairs to show up for the appointment and wanted to schedule it again in two weeks. One time shame on you, two times shame on me so I said no thank you. NOT a good experience from the very beginning! signed up for free inspection of my current A/C unit with a rep at home depot... with a coupon for $19 service IF i decided to go that route after the free inspection... at sign up they said it would be a 2 hour appt window... when they called to confirm was then told it would be a 4 hour appt window... then they called prior to appt & said someone was on the way & would be there prior to the 4 hour window... i was not home & asked then to wait until the appt window started because thats when i had planned to be home... they sent a sales person for a new unit rather than the free inspection i requested... since the salesperson was here & i had to now wait for the service person they went ahead & did a quote for a new unit... omg prices are outrageous! more than my car! they continued being persistant & talking about perks etc even after i told them it was not even close to being in my budget... they offered financing which is also NOT in my budget... they called another sales person while here to ask about any possible discounts & further pressure me & tell me about perks & ask which ones i liked best... uhhh... doesnt matter... still NOT in my budget no matter how many perks there are!!! so much tooting their own horn about how great of a company they are etc etc! pushy! pushy! pushy! it was all too much! I have attempted to schedule a final inspection for a waterboiler with "Stephanie" on 4 separate occasions. This person - if they even exist - was supposed to contact me "by the end of the day." I have yet to receive any communication from them. ARS call records show that I've called multiple times and their receptionists all say the same thing - "we'll escalate it." I purchased a rooftop evaporative cooler from Home Depot and enquired about having it professionally installed. I called Home Depot and they reached out to ARS to come by and take a look. Their project manager stopped by and produced a quote for $5,400.00 for a job that took about 5 hours with 2 people. Having no way of doing this myself I agreed to the outrageous charges. I explained that I would be home at 10am and to have them come by after that. They showed up at 8am when I was not home and proceeded with their work. I arrived home from having a medical procedure and was not able to climb up on the roof to inspect their work. They also said my existing motor from my old unit was no longer good. They said all they had left was to put the new motor in, once I got it. I ordered one from Home Depot for home delivery and it never was delivered. I drove to Home Depot the next day and bought one and brought it home. Now that it was a Saturday, ARS was not going to return until Monday to install the motor. With temps approaching 100 degrees that weekend, I got up on the roof to get things operational. That's when I discovered they put the cooler on backwards, meaning the service side now faced off the roof, with an 18" wide area to work on it. Any slip up and you are falling about 15 feet to the sidewalk below. They also did not hook up the electrical properly, explaining why my old motor would not work. I got out my voltmeter and hooked up the electrical and installed the new motor myself. The new motor was already installed before I realized they didn't hook up the wiring directly, so I put my older motor into the garage for storage. After I got everything working for the weekend, I called them on Monday to explain they installed the cooler on backwards and would like that fixed. I explained to their project manager that they could unbolt the inside mechanism and flip that around, rather than removing the whole cooler and flipping it. They sent their installer back out, again when I was not home to supervise, and he took the motor, the mount and the pully and flipped that around instead. The motor was now mounted on backwards, since the whole assembly was not flipped per my instructions, the air was now blowing the opposite direction. I texted my project manager and was now being ghosted. I called their main office and explained what was going on and they agreed to meet me when I was home the next day at 6pm. Again they showed up early that afternoon when I was not home and put the motor back on in the correct direction and proceeded to tell me that this was installed correctly. The installers excuses were that the motor would go bad if it's installed the correct way, and that when you drained it the water would hit the flashing. I asked him, how many times a year do you drain it? It's once a year. Rain water hits the flashing. These guys were lying and doing everything they could to convince me that they were right. So, I currently have a cooler that is still backwards, they ran a water line from my outdoor hose spicket and ran a line over the roof of my house, the float bobber does not work and constantly leaks water. This has been a nightmare experience and I would strongly suggest you never work with this company. read more

Paid for a diagnosis on my non working ac unit. Low and behold it was a damaged capacitor on the top of the unit which was easily accessible. $79 to tell me this. Offered to repair the whole system for $800 up to $4000 and it would be working perfectly. $100 later and a replaced capacitor and back to normal. Then insult to injury, tried to suggest through multiple certified letters I hadn't paid for the "diagnostic" check up. Which I did. Which my cc statement shows. Which I told them. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND WILL ROB YOU EVERY CHANCE THEY GET! Looking into filing a complaint with the BBB because ARS Rescue Rooter is robbing people. Within five minutes of looking at my heating and cooling system, the technician gave me "bad news" and claimed I needed to replace my entire system (condenser, furnace, and water heater). Excuse me... WHAT? He even had the audacity to start spewing figures like $18,000 (total estimate for everything was +$22,000). I was very confused because this same company serviced my system a year ago and replaced my thermostat before I purchased my condo. I had no idea of any conversations with the previous owner about the system needing to be "replaced." I told the technician I wasn't interested in replacing my furnace or water heater because both items worked perfectly fine. After "inspecting" my condenser, the mechanic announced it was dead and needed to be replaced so he gave me a quote for $10,000... TO REPLACE MY CONDENSER. Long story short, I got quotes from other companies that were HALF of what ARS Rescue Rooter quoted me. The icing on the cake? I fixed my AC for $75... A technician from another company came out and inspected the condenser. He also looked at my breaker panel and noticed the switch for the condenser was tripped. He inspected the capacitor on the condenser and noticed a kickstart (item used to provide additional power to the capacitor) was attached. I can't confirm that ARS Rescue Rooter installed the kickstart last year when they serviced my heating and cooling system but the kickstart clearly looks newer than the capacitor. The technician from the other HVAC company replaced the capacitor and the AC is working perfectly fine. I can't believe the technician from ARS Rescue Rooter quoted me $10,000 when he didn't even fully check all the components of my HVAC system. I should've known ARS Rescue Rooter was shady when the guy who booked my appointment didn't mention that appointments during the weekend are considered an "emergency," so you'll be charged more when a technician comes out. I was offered availability during the weekend so I booked it... I hope homeowners do their due diligence and get quotes from multiple companies so they can see how outrageously overpriced ARS Rescue Rooter is or they research this company and learn from my experience. The first guy they sent out, instead of getting to the work, began asking questions about whether I had someone to do the remediation of the carpet. I told him I was dealing with it and he proceeded to call one of the companies he works with, in spite of me saying I wasn't interested. I kept telling him no, just do the work and he completely ignored me. I said to him, "Could you please get off the phone and just get the job done? You're wasting my time". He walked outside, ignoring me and continued his call. I immediately got a phone call from the business he had called. I told her I wasn't interested after she told me she'd send out a guy and she responded, "I already told him you'd call so you have to call him back". The plumber was there a very short time and told me he went out 103 feet and all was good. I asked him if he ran a camera out and he told me he doesn't carry a camera. I called the company back and asked them to send a camera out to check the work. This man was the only good thing about the whole experience. He came, was very professional, mild mannered and thorough. When the camera got to 63 feet it hit a root ball to which he remarked, "I don't know how a snake could have gotten through that." They sent out another guy to do the job correctly but didn't give him proper information, at least that is what I was led to believe. He showed up with an auger and said he was there to check the toilets. I explained to him the situation and he quoted me a price. I told him I already paid and he began an argument by saying, "I don't think you understand me, I'm not snaking anything without being paid", to which I replied, "I don't think you are understanding me I already paid and you're here to do the job I already paid for!" He finally agreed to do the work and said he would take the money from the first guy... As an update to earlier reviews.....2023 has been another year where this company can't seem to meet any of their service guarantee requirements. I have a 3-year service plan and have tried to use it multiple times for regular maintenance and, in one case, an actual problem with my furnace. When I had an actual problem that shut the furnace down, they had a one-week wait. And for maintenance, they have now rescheduled or not shown up for their appointments 3 times. In one case, they didn't show up, call, OR reschedule. Do yourself a favor, actually read reviews for this business, and use someone more dependable, because they don't seem to care about meeting customer expectations. Their sales people tactics are car salesman like and very sexist. Really uncomfortable conversation with their sales guy. Also their quote was much higher and of lower quality than any other we received. I would caution people to have their sales people come in their houses due to the 1960's level conversations you will have. A few examples were "oh, you are the man of the house and you can make this decisions yourself", "your wife will be happy to have a warm house surprise", "you are the money maker anyway", "oh, your wife works?". And to close the conversation the classic "what can we do to close this deal today, let me call my manager"... I'm not buying a car and I'm not in a mad men episode... I've had them come for furnace issues a total of three times now. The first time, they had to replace the entire furnace unit due to water damage that had occurred several years earlier and finally degraded the system enough to have to replace. During this visit they also installed a Nest thermostat and a humidifier. Things seemed fine, but immediately something was wrong with the humidifier in that the export water pipe from it was consistently leaking some kind of grainy sandy residue into the furnace water pipe. I turned the humidifier off because it was concerning and didn't seem to do much - waste of money that one. Turns out the pipe reconfiguration the tech did to support the humidifier's water exit tube is a complete hack job, and leaks water directly into the thermostat and onto the circuit board, a bit unbeknownst to us. Queue a couple of years later and the heating isn't working at all... Well no surprise here, the entire circuit board has to be replaced and the tech seems to have no desire at all to fix the pipe or clog in the pipe that caused the damage in the first place - he gives me some bendable tube, tells me to do it, and leaves. Well that tube doesn't fit into the curves of the pipe where the clog appears to be so I have to go to home depot and buy several different pipe cleaning gizmos, hoping one will work. Honestly why couldn't the tech have done this? Why did he leave the pipe the way it is and not fix the entire mess, THEIR MESS. Fine, I unclogged the pipe and hopefully fixed that water issue, and the new circuit board seems to be doing an ok job... until a couple of months later when the heating stops working again. FML. I think I'm going to find someone else, ARS Rescue Rooter does not employ professionals. read more

Wow, find the whole experience unbelievable. We had ARS replace my parents main sewer line between the house and the city sewer in 2017. The work took a long time and there were many delays. ARS billed my father for over $18K. He, being from a generation where a handshake meant something, and people were proud of there work, promptly paid the invoice even though the job had not been completed. We were unable to get anyone out to finish filling the trench, and clean up the yard since they had been paid. The following spring we had significant additional expense finding all of the severed sprinkler lines and filling in an 18" depression in the trench. ARS did not respond to communications. Now, 7 years later, it turns out that the pipe between the house and the street does not slope downhill. This fills with sewage. Calling then again after this discovery resulted in a promise a return call within 24 to 48 hours. After failing to receive this return phone call (I know, surprising), I authorized the plumbers who identified the issue to perform the fix. After additional attempts to contact ARS, I was finally put in contact with a service manager. After reviewing my documents, he stated that they would have honored the warranty, but since we had someone else solve our emergency, their contract was now NULL and VOID. If you have had any service from this company regarding something that might be buried, I would strongly advise you get a third party to review the work. My parents, who are now in their 90s and trying to stay in their dream home, do not need the aggravation and stress associated with dealing with companies who are not proud of their services and do not stand behind their work. With respect to the reply from ARS, where they state that customer service is their utmost priority, in the hopes of having further communication, I provided the information they requested. This original post was 9/5, the reply was 9/5, I provided the requested information 9/5. They responded to my text that they would be in reach out for further discussion and assistance. Where do I start? We bought a water heater, HVAC, and furnace for them to install. The first guy forgot to turn our hot water back on. Isn't this installation 101? He came back the next day (so overnight, not hot water) just to turn it on. Then, our thermostat (which wasn't even the one we were supposed to get) did not work. I walked to Ace to get a battery and nope, nothing. They had to send the same guy back out (so overnight in the cold with no heat), and he said that his "assistant trainee" had not wired it right. Then, our water heater did not pass code. The manager I spoke with because I did not want the same guy back out claimed that the guy was a "trainee" which means that they have a trainee training a trainee. So, a different pair of guys came out and they had NO idea that the water heater was the problem. They had to call their office to ask someone to look for the report from the inspection and what do you know, it suddenly was found. Well, these guys did not know about it and did not have the equipment. Plus they walked on our white bathmat with their boots. Should I continue? It gets better. Suddenly today two guys show up and we had no idea they were coming. Nobody called us. Nobody notified us. So they fixed a few things but the rest needs a plumber which is scheduled for Thursday. After they left, our thermostat which had been working suddenly is no longer working (blank like before). I again walked to Ace, got a new battery and again, did not work. I called and was told that someone would be out between 10am-2pm today. Well, then I later get a call saying that they don't have anyone who can come out until Monday!!! So, for a week we would have to wait for heating/cooling? I complained and the earliest the person could get someone is tomorrow afternoon. Well, I had $80 tickets for tomorrow afternoon for Meow Wolf. Now, I have to eat them because the priority is having heating/cooling in our home. I can't reschedule them for Thursday which is my other day off because their plumber is supposed to come out. Why do I have to suffer because they can't seem to get things right the first or second or third or fourth time? There is something seriously internally wrong with this company. I had an appointment scheduled between 10-2 , they claimed they called my husband to cancel . I happily offered them a screen shot that they never called !! My house is 80 degrees I paid 10 thousand dollars to them 2 years ago and they can't come service it on time . I called them and asked where the tech was oh your appointment is on hold we are only fixing air conditioning at this time . Your tech told me to set it up as a service !!!!!! Oh and I asked why they were not here on the first call they rep couldn't tell me and would have another rep call back asap , well I called them back 40 min later after no response !! So if they do not make it today she said then tomorrow I get to wait between 10-2 again . I asked well so if you would like to get paid for the service one would need a job , sooooo you expect your clients to take off multiple days of work due to your ability not to schedule appropriately? I will say this ,I have never had this issue with this company before and I have bought an air conditioner, furnace and water heater through them . Edit second day no show so 8 hrs of my wasted time and they could give a shit !!! No apologies no comp nope just another day with a 4 hr window !!!!!!!!! Worst service ever !! If I want a specific time I can wait another week , way to take care of your returning customers ARS !!! read more

Eleven years ago, this company installed an Amana 96% 2 stage variable speed furnace and 3 ton A/C coil. At that time, we were told it was "top of the line", and "the best choice for our house". Just so you understand the issue, our house has a basement and upstairs, with a front door where you walk into the foyer then go up or down. Our basement has always either been freezing or way too hot. Between then and now, we have had to replace the coil, the blower and a number of other parts, as well has had dozens of issues with the coil freezing up and having to shut the furnace down completely for a day or two each time and then restart it again to get it working. Also, no one even made the appropriate size filter for the system, so we had to cram a bigger one into the filter box. What they failed to tell us is that our A/C Unit at the time was so outdated that working in conjunction with this top of the line unit, would not provide the result we were looking for. Now, our A/C unit finally died, just before summer, so we called them back out. This time they want to replace the furnace as well as the A/C unit for over $13k, with a 10% discount, and still are not able to tell us how these new units will fix the problems we have had since they installed the initial furnace. During the call, they just kept bashing the Amana Brand. Well then, why did you sell that brand if they were that bad and then claim they were top of the line. This time, we got a second opinion. We contacted Simply Mechanical who verified everything that I stated previous without even telling them about the issues we have experienced. They are replacing the A/C and Furnace with American Standard, which is top of the line. They are putting in a smaller unit with the same size filter box, which doesn't strain the unit and freeze the coil. They are also installing another wall intake to bring more air into the system, because it was like sucking on a straw. Take a moment and look up the lifespan of a gas furnace, it should be between 15-20 years. ARS also charged $79 for the service call that they made happen and it cost nothing with Simply Mechanical. All of this for less than $10k. Take it for what it's worth, always get a second opinion and look somewhere else! read more

No showed then called to reschedule a week later. Not a reliable company and going else where.

This all started off wrong in January this year the consultant came out, and in her notes didn't write, That my furnace was a "down flow unit."  So the installers were unprepared with an upflow furnace. By this time, they're already 2 hours behind trying to find the right furnace that I had ordered. They tried to talk me in to getting a furnace that was a downgrade from the one I had bought. I told them no, and "asked if we should reschedule for another time." They proceeded To tell me, "no only because you are our only customer in the last 2 weeks" they were greedy to say the least!  So I needed a 14 inch furnace. They ended up with what they so-called an ungrade.  Upgrading me to a 17 inch furnace mind you I only have a 900 square foot home.  And the furnace I have Now is meant for something way bigger. By the time these guys were done installing, I asked about the new filter slot because i notice that my old filter was still there From my 37 year old furnace. I asked why and he said. This is the only way.  So when they left, I called and they scheduled for the manager to come out and make a new slot for the new furnace for filters. At this time, the electricians were still here.  One inside and one outside!!! The one outside was getting frustrated and wanted to leave without getting the job  Completely done, the guy inside Only had 20 minutes left to do what he needed done. But he ended up leaving 2 holes in my wall  And told me that I needed to patch them up when they were the ones that created those holes.     Now comes to summer and I need to make an appointment to see if my new air conditioner works. I waited around all day for them to call me and cancel and come the next day. They told me that I could use my air conditioner until  They get there. Long story short, it didn't turn on the fan wasnt moving And it was blowing hot air. So I called right back and they sent someone out within an hour. For that guy to tell me that the refrigerant was empty and there was a loose connection.  They came out,  a day later did their test Filled the refrigerant and went on their way. A few days later, it was blowing hot air again, so someone came out  And found that there was a problem with the actual unit itself  telling me that they werent going to use that company anymore. They had problems with the same unit with other people. So they needed to come out and switch out air conditioners. This guy also proceeded to tell me that there is a whistling noise coming from my furnace. And he asked how long that had been going on for I said the entire time since the day of install, he said Well, there's a static problem, and you should have them fixed that when they come out next. Fast forward to replacement day. They get it all done and I ask the guys about the whistling noise. They said there's nothing they can do about it. And I asked if it was because I got a bigger unit. He said yes, but there's still nothing they can do about it and since the furnace was already installed that something he couldnt help me with. Then he went upstairs to try and fix it anyway  And it stopped making the noise, but now it's making noise again. A few weeks go by and it's blowing HOT air once again. So now I have someone coming out for the fifth time To fix it! The only reason why I'm giving them a one star is because of how fast they get out here to my place. HOPEFULLY THIS PROBLEM GETS SOVLED SOONER THEN LATER! read more

4 separate Appointments -First one rescheduled was not called only found out because I called 2 hours from end of appointment window -Second one cancelled due to low temps still no one called I called in and was told it needs to be rescheduled for a warmer day -Third one cancelled still no call I called in 1/2 way through the appointment window and was told they only have 2 techs and one called out sick so the other is working only trouble calls * understandable but why did I have to call you to get this information -Forth appointment no call no show called 1/2 through appointment window was told yes tech will be there then I called 30 minutes before end of window and was told the tech was not answering the phone. I did get a call 20 minutes after the Scheduled appointment and told sorry the tech would not be coming and asked if I wanted to reschedule for tomorrow. Please understand this appointment is just for an annual service check to my AC unit. It should not be this frustrating for a 20 minute appointment. I have raved about this company in the past but disregard that post that tech no longer works here and it would seem value for other peoples time, basic kindness and customer service must have left with him. Find a different company no Customer should have to deal with this treatment. read more

I want to be clear: I would give *ZERO STARS* But Yelp won't let me. I will also preface this by saying that I had ARS out once before, and while they did run 2-3 hours later than the "window" they quoted, they showed up and did a fine job. That said, this second time has put me so far off on them that I can't even speak it. They gave me a 12-4 window for yesterday. Called at 3:30, said they'd be late, here by 6. 5:45 they call again--can't get here at all until morning, first thing, 8-9. They'll call before they head here. At 8:45 we called, oh they'll have someone call me back within 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, I call back AGAIN. 10-15 minutes as the operator tries to get someone in customer service. I finally called a different company and set up an appointment for 10-12 today WHILE ON HOLD. They finally get back to me and tell me the tech is *just* around the corner. No suggestion of making anything up for the "inconvenience" of having buckets of sewage in my basement. Nope, cancel the tech, I have an appointment with a different company. I am amazed at just how different the teo experiences with this company were. This was abysmal. read more
