My husband & I just tried this place for the first time & it was amazing! The owner was super nice & even came out to chat with us at one point to make sure we were happy with everything & tell us a little about himself & his business. When you arrive there is a walk-up window with four patio tables available for use if you would like to dine outside. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather, so we were nice & comfortable. When we got to the window the owner gave us each a menu to look over. I got a pabellón bowl ($17) made with white rice, tender beef, black beans, delicious sweet plantains, shredded white cheese, & two small plain arepas. This dish lasted me two meals & was fabulous. The beef was well-seasoned & the sweet plantains combined with the savory flavors in the rest of the dish made for delicious meal. My husband had the arepa reina pepiada ($13.50), which was absolutely stuffed with chicken & avocado. It was so creamy & delicious, my husband devoured half of it & saved the rest for later. We shared two pieces of tres leches cake ($7 each) - one with chocolate, one with cinnamon, both equally as delicious. I don't think I could choose a favorite, they were both that good. We waddled away with full, happy bellies & a new Venezuelan restaurant to add to our rotation. Highly recommend!

I hosted my sister's bachelorette party this past weekend and I had been looking for a Latin-inspired meal for Friday night. Arrechissimo catered a delicious meal of paella and empanadas for us. They even accommodated a shellfish allergy for one of the guests. The food was incredible, very authentic, and it was a hit! I do believe it is a carry out restaurant with a walk up window, but it is absolutely worth the visit for some delicious and authentic Venezuelan food!

I never write reviews. Ever. But this place deserves the positive recognition. The atmosphere of this establishment can only be described as inviting. The owner, Javier, provides great recommendations for anyone new to Venezuelan cuisine. Following his suggestion we ordered: 1 arepa w/chicken and avocado, 1 empanada w/beef and white cheese, and 1 Pabellón Bowl (it's worthy to note that the arepa and empanada are both pretty big portions, all of the food we ordered was split two ways and it was more than enough!) For drinks, we ordered a passion fruit juice (good, and not super sweet) and Chicha (pretty thick and sweet). I honestly loved everything about this place. The food tasted homemade. The drinks were refreshing. The outdoor seating was nice. Even the wait was quick as the food arrived only ten or fifteen minutes after we ordered at the window. If I wasn't just passing through Ohio for the weekend, I'd be a regular here. Seriously, give this place a shot! It's worth it!

First visit . Take out window with outside seating. It's all about the food. Nice owner too. I ordered the mixed grill bowl with beef, pork and chicken and fried yucca.

I was going to Blue Ash often for work purposes and was running late one day but still needed to grab a bite to eat. This place popped up on Yelp and I was like "Venezuelan food in Cincinnati?! I got to try it!" I stopped by and was already a fan of the hole in the wall layout with some tables on the side to eat there. It has been a while since I've had Venezuelan food so I had some questions. The man working there was super helpful, it was nice to speak Spanish with someone, too, and we talked about the differences between chicha and Mexican horchata. Anyway, he recommended some things for me and I just said yes. He brought out chicha, which to me was a thicker horchata. It was so refreshing and delicious. The arepa with cheese and plantains was perfect. It was savory and sweet, and the arepa bread was just right. Like crunchy but not hard. So so good!! The chicken bowl may have been too much, truly, cause I almost got a second arepa. However, he brought me a cilantro salsa that was AMAZING! like spicy but delicious and I mixed it in the bowl and made everything better. Highly recommend this place if you're in Blue Ash or if you're looking for some good Venezuelan food cause this place is outstanding!!!

Charming little place, carry out only with four small picnic tables outside. The parking was plentiful but slightly odd, as the parking was all on street, and you had to back into the parking spaces diagonally. The owner was the one who served us, and was very hospitable. He brought sanitizer and napkins out to us while we waited after ordering our food. I ordered the Arepa Reina Pepiada. It was delicious. The chicken was delicious and juicy, and the avocado was creamy. The arepas were crunchy on the outside and perfectly soft and delicious inside. My wife ordered the Pabellon bowl. It was so delicious! The black beans had something mixed in with them that was so delicious... I don't love plantains, but the little sweet bite of plantain in with everything else in her bowl was perfect. We wanted to order Tres Leches for dessert, but when asked between chocolate or cinnamon, we couldn't decide so we got one of each. THAT was the correct decision. They both were amazing. You have got to give Arrechissimo a shot!

Wow! What a precious gem! We were looking for a new restaurant to try & found this on Yelp. It is not close to our office or home but we wanted to try it. Arrechissimo is a walk-up window serving authentic Venezuelan food that has been open since 2012. There is no indoor seating, but there are a few tables to sit at outside. Oh my, the food was delicious! We asked the gentleman taking our order what he would recommend since this was our first time there. Come to fine out he is the owner, Javier, and everything he suggested we ordered! We ordered 1 Chica (rice milk) $4.00 & 2 Fresh squeezed Papaya Juices $3.00 each. They were so yummy! Beef Pastelitos (baked pastry filled with beef) $4.50, Chicken Pastelitos (baked pastry filled with chicken) $4.50, Fried Yucca (Venezuelan Style Fries) with Cilantro Sauce & Sweet Peppers $4.50, Cheese & Chicken Empanada Mix (stuffed bread filled with cheese & chicken) $6.50, Tostones (twice fried plantains) with Sauce & Cheese $4.50, Venezuelan Typical Plate: shredded beef, beans, rice, plantains $12.00, Reina Pepiada Chicken & Avocado $9.00, & for dessert: Tres Lechee $4.50, Venezuelan Custard $4.00. Everything was served fresh, hot, with a smile! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place! It would be stars if there were indoor seating.

LOVED this restaurant!! My party ordered a chicken bowl, arepa, plantains and empanada, with cilantro sauce (the spicy is not too spicy). Everything was absolutely delicious! Very friendly service and timely served considering it was all cooked to order. Carry out only, but peeking inside it looked very clean. Outside there are four nice tables for dining. We will definitely return!

Walk up only and a 15 or so minute wait as they fix your food. Can't wait to try it.

I found this gem on yelp as I do most of my new places, and I have to say wow I really like this place. I just wish they had a place to sit and enjoy. I ordered for about 6 people with some sides and several desserts and the bill came to $83 not bad when you consider I did order: 7 Arepas 3 orders of Plantains with salt and cheese 4 milk cakes 3 Flan (called Quesillo here) I wanted a variety and it was a hit. Let me say this though the best was the Reina Pepiada (Arepas) oh this is so yummy. Just pass up on the basic chicken or beef and get this if you don't mind eating something different it has chicken, plantains, black beans and rice it is the perfect sandwich, but do not eat and drive this would be worse than drinking and driving as the food will be everywhere. The Milk Cake is very good here (I have had better, but the place I know with better is at least a 30 minute drive away). The Flan (Quesillo) is yummy The Plantains - I have never had them like this and they were very good, I will gladly give them a try again. I have had them sweet, salted and just plan fried, but never with salt and cheese. I will be back for more of there yummy food mostly I will be back for the Reina Pepiada...

Tried this spot on a whim since it is near home and was NOT disappointed. It's just a little walk up window. I recommend calling ahead with your order since they make it to order. This means everything is fresh, and you may have to wait about 30 minutes and come back. We each really loved our bowls. Very fresh. Highly recommend the cilantro cause that's a little extra cashola. The arepas were the to me. Incredibly delicious and spongy corn with overflowing and flavorful fillings. Definitely going back.

My husband and I were incredibly happy to stumble upon this restaurant while traveling through Cincinnati. The food here is delicious, full of flavor and authentic Venezuelan food. Great quality and excellent service. I recommend the pabellon bowl! Also save room for dessert, the golfeado is great!

I brought the onion steak on the grill. Tasty fresh and pretty large serving. Kinda like cuban food .I did call in my order and it was ready on time. The owner was very friendly as well. They do have a pick up window so just walk up and get it.I definitely will return.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area! I have visited multiple times, despite it being quite the trek for me. You order at the window and there are a few tables outside, but it's best to take your bounty home. The owner is very helpful at aiding you in navigating the menu if it's your first time. I'd recommend the arepas and empanadas! You can ask for the chef's special arepa or empanada which consists of black beans, shredded beef, fried plantains, and cheese--delicious! The spicy green sauce is perfect for dipping! These options are quite filling! I always order two and honestly am full after one. They're super easy to heat up later in the microwave oven! If you are traveling from far away to visit, I would recommend calling ahead. There have been a few times where we made the trip and they were unexpectedly closed. A must try if you are in the area!

Great food. Very authentic. No inside seating, you must get it to go. The only downfall is the hours aren't consistent.
