I didnt actually use them for my move but I called them for a last minute move request. James was very professional and courteous, walking me through my options and even scheduled a same day move end of that day. I had to cancel the move since my original movers did call me 1 hour after my appointment! Turns out my original movers were stuck at their previous move without cell coverage and couldn't call me. I used them for a move about 6 months ago and all I have is good reviews. Unfortunately when moving this past month I was unable to use them as my apartment building only had certain times the elevator was available and what a disaster it was not using someone as reputable as Around the Clock. The other movers contracted my move out and it ended up being the worst experience i've ever had. I was wishing the whole move that I could have used Around the Clock instead. Around the Clock Movers sent 2 guys to move my half of a 2 BR apartment in LoDo. They brought all the supplies up with them, were fast, up front about their prices and presented a contract at the end that detailed everything out. They completed an across town move to Cherry Creek in under 2.5 hours. Granted everything was boxed up ready to go, but this just made it easier for them to move and I knew where things were. They also provide help with day labor which I should have just paid for as the other company I used broke my furniture this past move. I would recommend these guys anytime and am disappointed that other customers have not had the same experience I did because mine was definitely 5 star. What a mistake using someone else. We were very impressed through the whole move. They were 10 minutes early and from the second they walked in the door they were moving. Both guys were very courteous and did a great job. They even did a few extra things that we had not negotiated up front with moving a few other items to a different location. I was nervous in hiring movers because, as another reviewer mentioned, there are terrible reviews for most moving companies online. However, Around the Clock was GREAT! I don't typically review on Yelp but wanted to since I know this is one of their main ways to market themselves, and they were truly excellent. I spoke to 2 of the 3 owners on the phone when booking the appointment and both were patient in answering my many questions. They don't require a down payment - yay! - and called AND emailed to confirm the day before. We had Aaron and DJ for our recent move, and they were both fast, professional, and courteous. They were early for our appointment, and got started right away. The were done much quicker than expected. though we had wrapped furniture and were very organized when they arrived. The thing that I was most impressed with was that they were meticulous in how they moved the furniture. There was only one tiny, tiny nick in the paint and they were moving furniture that was very large for our new hallways/staircases. Extremely happy with this - they took the extra care when they moved and we so appreciated this! If we had done it ourselves, the walls would've been destroyed. +1 all the other good reviews. Since everything has been said, I will add 2 items that should tell you all you need to know.....my move was a 1 bedroom apt move across town. 1. After they loaded up my apartment, it was time to drive to the new one. They said "we'd like to stop and get lunch ok?" I said sure no problem as me and my wife were hungry too and wanted to stop. I thought, I have plenty of time as the movers would take their time. But my wife and I had just started our lunch and the guys called to say they were already at the new apartment! They didn't waste any time and beat me to the new place by at least 30 minutes! 2. When we arrived at the new apartment, the guys had parked in front of the correct building. I still had to complete the lease paperwork and get the keys. I asked them to hang out for a bit as I thought it would take 10 minutes. But it ended up taking about 45. After completing the paperwork, I was incredibly impressed when I walked over to the apartment. The guys didn't just sit in the truck waiting for me during that time. WITHOUT BEING ASKED, they had unloaded most of the truck and staged my belongings in front of the apartment during the time I was in the leasing office!!! WOW!!!! This is HONESTY and INTEGRITY !!! After reading so many good reviews on here, I was actually a little bit skeptical that these guys could be this good. But yes, they are that good. The crew showed up as planned at 8 am and worked non stop until 3. Made two runs between our old home and new. We even had them make a run over to our storage space as well to clear that out. I still cant believe how quick they move With such a big move you would expect some breakage as well...only one broken lamp (which was repaired) during the whole move. We moved last week and were very happy with Around the Clock. Dayyan came to the house to give us an estimate, which with found to be fair and comparable to other companies we contacted. Many of whom did not bother with the home visit. James, Marcus and Julio arrived on Thursday to pack our 3 bed/2 bath home and were quick and careful. Super friendly and respectful guys. We had fun with them. James was replaced by Elton on Friday for the actual moving - also friendly and respectful. They were so quick - barely stopped to breath. They were very careful with my husband's baby - the 80" and my baby - an antique hutch.The cherry on top - final cost about 25% LESS than the quote!! The two movers showed up early, wrapped my furniture with blankets/plastic wrap and were crazy fast. You better have all your stuff ready when they show up because they'll have your house cleared before you know it. I thought I'd have time to box a few last minute things, but suddenly the movers were the ones waiting on me! I did a lot of research based on price and Yelp reviews, and using the Yelp coupon made this the cheapest option. Would definitely use again. My only recommendation from the owner would be better communication such as a confirmation email upon booking, day prior re-confirmation (which he says he did, but my email could have filtered it or they could've had the wrong email), and day after followup to make sure things went ok. But that wouldn't make me choose another mover... still a great company. I had a 1 bedroom unit in a 4th floor apartment. Moved to the second floor of an apartment, and took about 3 hours. If you've got your items packed and ready to go, I'd say it would take 2 hours, maybe 2.5 tops. read more

We were very pleased with our moving experience with Around the Clock Movers. The owner James was prompt in responding to the Yelp Quote Request and all emails and he was patient with answering questions. The prices were competitive and all charges were clearly laid out in advance and we were charged accurately on move day. The movers showed up on time, explained the process clearly, were careful with our belongings and home, and moved at a reasonable pace (we were paying by the hour). Several days after the move, the owner checked in to make sure everything was ok. They also offer move-out cleans and carpet cleaning, which I didn't know about until I had already made other arrangements. But there are discounts for bundling the services. read more

I hired Around the Clock Movers three separate times during the summer of 2017 for a logistically complex move. Each time, they were punctual, respectful of my things, and just fun to be around. And I've never seen movers hustle like they did-- they work really efficiently and quickly. I had rented a storage unit that turned out to be too small to fit everything (my fault) and when we realized late in the evening that a good bit of my things weren't going to fit, they had a solution to just hang onto my things overnight at their secure location and meet me again in the morning after I was able to rent a second storage unit. This was our second time using Around the Clock in a year. We were extremely pleased with the job that Andy and Zack did, until we realized our freezer wouldn't close properly. We have a very large, French door refrigerator that required having the doors and freezer drawer removed in order to get in out of and into each house. Before they left, we realized that two screws required to reassemble the freezer were left at our former home. We picked them up later than night and put the drawer in, but it wouldn't close properly. We have now been calling Around the Clock every day for the past week (our move was Saturday, July 12), and getting the run-around. My wife has spoken to both Jerome and Dan (the owner), who have both made repeated promises to fix the problem, then never call back. We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and asking for our money back, as well as calling a repair service so that we can use our freezer. read more

My daughter used this company was very happy with the price and move itself. So we figured it was a no brainer to contact Around the Clock Movers when it was time to move. All I can say is customer service stinks. First I emailed (which is what my daughter did). After a week, no reply. Then my wife called and left a message. Got a call back a few days later with a lame apology about not checking email. We scheduled the move, no problem. Then because of work issues, we had to punt the move one week. Wife called, left a message, no return. Called again a few days later, the guy picked up, lame excuse and said he would check the schedule and call 15 minutes later. No call back. Wife called the next day, left a message, no call back. Called the day after that, left a message saying we have to know if they can accommodate our move, or we need to find someone else. Incredibly professional movers! Best movers we have ever used, and we have moved about 8 or 9 times, both in town and across the country. Around the Clock Movers came exactly on time, were incredibly careful with all of our belongings, and were efficient and friendly. I even let them move a very special old rocking chair of mine because after watching them with the rest of our furniture, I realized that they were even more careful than we would be! They took a break for lunch (after we suggested it) and made sure not to include this in the time that they charged us. They also helped us move a few pieces of furniture that were left in the new house, even going so far as to take the hinges off the door (and putting it back on later). They were so cautious with everything and went up and down our 2 flights of stairs like champs. Best movers, best move by far.
