I was very disappointed in the service I received, especially after being referred by a close friend. I was impressed by 2 out of the 3 men who helped during the move. It was Eddie who turned out to be fairly slow and honestly disrespectful of my belongings (he ate 2 bananas and would lay down the peels over all of my furniture). Eddie wrapped up and padded the furniture while the other 2 guys were great and did their best to quickly move the boxes. At one point Eddie was so slow to use the packing tape (he used all of mine, I assumed the tape would be provided by the company but that was an incorrect assumption) I asked him if he needed help getting it unstuck from the roll. Eddie did move a few boxes but was moving one box at a time while the other men were doing 4-5 at a time and using straps. I felt there were some inefficiencies which translated into a longer and more expensive move. I specifically told the movers to take out slats in my bed frame. They didn't listen and tried to move it in once piece. As a result, when they tried to lift it up the stairs to my new apartment, all the slats fell out down 2 flights of stairs causing quite the disturbance and probably added 10 extra minutes, especially in picking them up as they were scattered all over the stairwell and multiple flights of stairs. This took a lot of extra time versus removing the slats prior and then fitting them into the slots once my bed was in place at the new apartment. There were other inefficiencies I won't bother to mention but I believe at the minimum, 15 minutes could have been shaved off of the total time, which for a move involving 3 men is a figure which is not insignificant. I was happy with the condition of my furniture upon arrival to my new apartment except for one table which had black scuff marks on the top surface (it has a white top so I wish they had shrink wrapped at least the top so there wouldn't have been damage). I contacted the office via email twice asking to speak to a supervisor, sent pictures of the damage and called once to speak to a supervisor. Wadi who responded to one email and answered the phone call told me someone would contact me about handling the damage to the table and he gave me a bunch of excuses as to why I hadn't been contacted earlier (something about the office moving and difficulty with the wi-fi?). He reassured me that someone who has the authority to authorize things and resolve my issues would contact me immediately. It's been over 2 weeks since I placed this phone call and I have not heard a peep or any type of response regarding the damage to my table. I would not consider using this company again, nor would I recommend their services. read more

I was moving across the country and needed some people to help load the truck since none of my friends could help. Around the Clock called me about an hour before they were supposed to arrive and asked if I would be ready if they came about a half hour earlier. Aaron and Burt arrived on time and asked for a walkthrough of the apartment so I could tell them what was going, and what was staying, as well as if there was anything special about any of the furniture pieces they needed to know. Things like if the desk came apart, or the top of the table is a separate piece. After the walkthrough they went straight to work. I had gotten furniture pads and furniture wrap from the company I rented the truck from and Aaron and Burt expertly wrapped everything before it left my apartment. And the truck was packed so well not a thing moved on the over 2000 mile drive! At one point a screw fell out of one of my bookshelves. Probably just loosened over time a result of it being moved so much. Burt asked if I had a screwdriver and not only replaced the screw to where it belonged, but checked all the screws on ALL the bookshelves! I've never had a mover go above and beyond quite like that! I've moved a lot, my father was in the military and my job has required me to moved to different places over the years. I've never had better movers than Around the Clock! Nothing was damaged moving it out of the apartment, or even once it was in the truck! The guys were professional, efficient, and incredibly reasonably priced. They didn't even charge me for their furniture wrap I was quoted as needing to get, since I had my own. I can't reccomend this company enough, and wish I could have used them unloading the truck at my new place since those movers were not as good. If I ever move back to the Denver area, I'm definitely going to give Around the Clock a call again!! read more

I used Around the Clock Movers for the 1st time after a recommendation from a coworker. Easy to get pricing and book the time window! On the day of my move, the team was delayed but the office staff did a great job keeping me informed and up to date on when I could expect the arrival of the team. I had planned for a flexible work day so it didn't impact me too much. The only thing the delay impacted was the drive time to my new residence, typically a 10 minute drive without traffic turned into 30 minutes. The gentlemen moving me that day, Marty & Dom, were very nice and personable! They worked efficiently and smart and took great care of my belongings. The guys that loaded our UPack trailer were awesome! With UPack, you pay for how much space you use in the trailer. They expertly packed the UPack and I am positive that their packing tetris easily paid for their services by getting all of our stuff into the least amount of space possible. I highly recommend this company. We also used their move out cleaning service and we super happy with the results. We had a pretty big move from downtown Denver to Colorado Springs this week with some tough items (a giant couch, crib, and a bunch of baby gear). Andre, Demitri, and Aaron were really great. They showed up on time with all the right gear and were extremely efficient, pleasant, and conscientious. Totally recommend these guys. These guys helped me and my husband move in June and were exactly what you wish movers to be: fast and strong but still careful with the furniture. We didn't have a ton of furniture to move and were planning on moving some smaller things ourselves but these guys were so fast that we ended up throwing it all in! They were so fast that I didn't realize they were done packing and left for the new place until I saw the truck take off, so that was a bit confusing, but I would much rather them but extra efficient than slow. I was so impressed by Around the Clock Movers. I've never used a moving company before, and was pretty sure I was going to get a bad deal because I didn't know what I needed. I called about 5 days before my move, and was ran through a quote over the phone and given options of when we could fit my move in on short notice. We went through my current condo details (square footage, how much furniture in total, location of the condo, etc...) and was recommended three movers + a truck. They got through a move out with tight corners and no elevators and put everything in the new condo + bed assembly in 3.5 hours. These guys were wonderful, quick, and pleasant. I just used these guys at two ends of a move. They moved my house into PODs and then unloaded the PODs into my new home at the other end 2 weeks later. My experience couldn't have been better. They were very attentive and detail-oriented from the beginning, calling to confirm the times, and showed up punctually. They moved my entire house into the PODs in just 2-1/2 hrs and were great at packing my stuff into every square inch of available POD space. They took my beds apart, wrapped my furniture in plastic, protected everything with blankets, and the two guys that did the move were great. I requested the same guys for the move 2 weeks later. That end of the move was equally painless - they set up my washer and dryer, put the beds back together, put everything where it belonged and did it all in just a few hours. Wow! All I can say is that if you are looking for a mover to help you out.....look no further. I had to reschedule my appointment as my move date was moved up, and this was as easy as calling the office and seeing what their availability was for the week that I needed. Within 5 minutes I had my move rescheduled 2 weeks sooner that originally planned with no fuss at all, very accommodating. Aaron and Zeus were on time and got to work right away! A local, friendly and professional moving company. Throughout my move they were very accommodating and eager to help with every task I asked of them. I went from a two bedroom 1200 sq ft condo to a one bedroom 650 sq ft apartment so you can image the amount I had to move... they were efficient and no matter the challenge, took it head on. They handled my large furniture and fragile items with care and expertise. Even though it took twice as long as originally expected, their energy and overall outlook remained. Unfortunately my couch did not fit in the building elevator OR stairs so I was forced to leave it in the lobby of my apartment building... I thought I was going to have to give it away to a consignment store and lose my investment. Instead, they offered their time and service to help me find a solution. After scheduling another site visits and taking measurements, they scheduled another "move" to help me hoist my couch through the third-story window!! What an experience!! Instead of having to trash my custom-made couch, they brought supplies and manpower and saved the day. In all honestly, it made my year! The movers did a great job of handling my belongings. I was impressed by how fast they loaded my things to the truck. I made the mistake of leaving before them, since they were almost done, so that I could arrive at the storage unit before they did. I figured they would be about 20-30 minutes behind me but they arrived 1.5 hours after me. I then saw another mattress in the truck and they said they had stopped at one of their mom's home to pick it up. So, they charged me about 1 hour extra. As I was alone, I did not want to argue with them so I paid them (even gave them a tip of $13) but I knew there was no way they could have taken that long. So, I basically paid about an hour extra and they picked up their mattress on my time. Needless to say, I cannot recommend them due to their dishonesty and the fact that they made a pit stop on my time and then charged me for it. read more

I selected these guys because of excellent Yelp reviews. Used Around The Clock Movers on Friday March 24, a cold, windy day. Start time was 8a. I received a call at 8am saying they were on their way. Then, another call at 8:25a when they arrived. On arrival, the guys nicely introduced themselves and we shook hands. We walked through my condo and discussed which items were high value, needed extra attention and padding. They were all wrapped up and padded very, very well and moved with extreme care. I have a small two bedroom condo and needed to drop things off at both a storage unit and then my new house. We were all finished by noon. I felt the price for the move was extremely reasonable at $350. I would highly recommend these guys to you based on my experience. Hired these guys to do a cross-town in-city move this past August. Very high-quality operation. The three men they sent showed up right on time, were professional, extremely careful, and pleasant. Around the Clock isn't cheap. Our move ended up taking pretty much the whole day and was $1,200. But, unlike prior moves, I felt really comfortable with these guys hauling all of our stuff and walking around the house - this was also the first move I can recall when nothing was broken. Last weekend, Around the Clock Movers moved me out of my house in Uptown, and into my new place in LoHi. I could not be happier with the experience. The moving team of 3 showed up early, did a quick walkthrough and then got to work. The entire move took about 5 hours, and they worked hard the entire time. They took great care of my furniture, and blanketed and shrink wrapped each piece, even small nightstands and side tables. They were careful moving all my stuff, and didn't ding any walls. What really set them apart was how they were able to deal with the snow and slush on the ground. They maneuvered the moving truck well and made it so they weren't constantly tracking wet snow in and out of the house and on the carpets. In addition, they put plastic down on the carpets to keep it clean. Around the Clock Movers did a great job, and I would definitely recommend them. As others have said, these guys were beyond fantastic. They were a little late showing up (about 20 minutes, there was a staffing issue) but they more than made up for it. They packed out house into their truck with TETRIS precision in about three hours. After their lunch break they showed up to the new house and made quick work of unloading. They were always smiling and friendly, even when I asked them to move a few heavy objects for a second time (they may have grumbled in their heads but they never let it show). Not one object was damaged or lost. Their team made what is normally a very stressful day so much better. I recommended these guys on Facebook while they were packing the truck and a girlfriend hired them for her upcoming move. First, they answered their phone and went through all the costs thoroughly. Day of the move went flawlessly. My advice to you is have things packed and staged. I cannot begin to express how AMAZING our experience was with Around the Clock Movers. We booked the move only a couple days in advance, they showed up promptly at 8am to move a storage unit and then a 2 bedroom apartment. Dayyan and MJ were so professional, efficient, and polite. We had packed some boxes more on the heavy side and they moved them without pause. Our move took slightly longer than anticipated and they found a way to make it all work for us. They helped store items into a loft, asked lots of questions so items went to the right location and were so friendly. We've used 3 different moving companies in the Denver area, and will never use any one else.
