I hired Aronson Landscape in October to help me with a pretty big landscape project in my backyard. They came out, looked at the project and my backyard, made notes and provided me an estimate that night. Levi personally called me the next day to follow up on the estimate, and my overall experience - to say that I was impressed would be a serious understatement! The workers came out to perform the job, each day they set up and broke down at the end of the job. They always pick up trash around my property, and left the worksite cleaner then they found it! Over a total of four days I had four and five guys at my house working nonstop to get the job done. On the last day, Levi showed up again to inspect the work, asked me to come out and walk it with him, and he listened. I had a few small cosmetic concerns that were immediately addressed. I can't say enough about Aronson Landscape, they're honest and hard-working and they care about their customers! I'm saving up to renovate the front of my yard next. They make my life easier, which is sadly rare from most business relationships these days. They do beautiful consistent quality work. The owner Levi came out to my house to give me an estimate for our backyard remodel. He was great, was able to come to my house the following day. We had a good discussion about what I wanted to do with the backyard and he told me to send him photos of what style I liked. Did all that and then NOTHING. I sent an email a few weeks later to see where he was with the estimate. NOTHING. It's been almost 2 months now and I never heard a word from him. A total waste of my time. Levi did a big job for me and then when it came for follow up and customer service he just would not respond. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of follow up and warranty of work. I would never recommend this company to do any work on your property. I have sent emails and text for over a year and he just dropped the ball after collecting the money and completing the project. We've stuck with them for our lawn care for several years before we finally had enough. The other reviewer is absolutely spot on about how it is impossible to get a hold of Levi. We have had several issues about our yard and despite numerous messages and texts, we never got a call back. The worst part is the crew not showing up for 3 straight weeks in April. Aronson landscape was very disorganized and took months to get a cement pathway done in our yard. Promises were made and broken many times. Owner, Levi failed to return repeated phone calls. The job was sloppy and very unprofessional. We are moving on with our plans to landscape our yard even though the path was never sealed and they failed to complete their contract.
