He wanted me to write a review while I was getting my pedicure and literally tapped a QR code on my phone to pull up Google Reviews. I told him that I was not writing a review at that moment, especially while he was standing directly over me so he went away. He did come over to check on me quite a few times and I told him everything was fine. I always come here and have been coming for 2/3 years now and I like the service I get or I would not come back. Fast forward to 2/3, I wanted to get my nails done so I went in. When I went to check in, I told him I wanted acrylic and pedicure and asked for Hi and Hannah because they are the only 2 I have do my services. He told me Hannah had a 10:30 appointment but then added everything to the printout so I figured she would get me next after her scheduled appointment. He also put in a gel set which is about $10 or so more expensive then the gel instead of the acrylic I asked for. After sitting in the chair, Hannah came over to talk to me however, I had a new woman coming over with pedicure equipment as well as a guy I had never seen before to do my nails. I asked where Hi was for my nails and they said he is busy right now. So I apologized and explained that those are the only 2 that do my nails and I explained that when I came in when I asked if they were there. I ended up leaving without getting a manicure or a pedicure because i don't feel like the manager was truly listening to what I needed. Its a shame because this was my go to place for getting my nails done but now I might need to look elsewhere.

She took her time during my pedi. I'm the kind of person who likes the time pampering and not a quick turn around. If it's too quick, I feel a mani/pedi appt is rushed and not detailed. Since it was midday Wednesday, there were only 3 customers including myself. All the pedi chairs look new and it does look like they went through a renovation.
