    TLDR: broken glass, incorrect orders, customer service lies, website doesn't work properly, have to…read morefile chargebacks. Be warned - this is not a professional company. First, their shopping cart hasn't worked properly since they made some updates last year. When I try to place an order it says make address is incorrect (it's not). When I emailed customer service they acted like it was only happening to me. But when I called to place my order, they informed me it was happening to a lot of people and that customer service was lying to me. Sorry but I don't shop with liars and those I can't trust. And I don't want to have to call every time I need an order. I often order at night...on weekends...etc. Plus I want to verify that my order is correct myself and not rely on someone else. I've ordered glass from them, but when I do, it's never bubble wrapped. I've spoken with customer service and the assured me they would be more careful with shipping glass (lying, liars gonna keep lying). Last time I ordered glass it came in a giant box with 1 loose sheet of paper inside. That type of packaging will cause MORE damage because it allows the interior box with glass to rattle around. So half of the wrong size candle vessels (yes wrong size because I had to place my order over the phone instead of via website) was broken. I've discussed with customer service that it's really dangerous to ship glass incorrectly because then your customers are forced to handle broken glass. When I emailed them to notify of the damage, they didn't email me back. I've emailed 3 times but haven't been emailed back so now I have to file a chargeback. In the past, when I've emailed customer service I have received phone calls?? Which is crazy. I'm in an out of meetings all day. I don't have time for your call - that's why I emailed. If a customer emails you - email them back. If a customer calls you answer the phone. DUH. But it's clear that their customer service is just full of lying liars and this company is not professional.

I decided to go to the showroom because I wanted to smell the fragrances. First the showroom is clean, modern, spacious and organized well. The lady working there was helpful. This was a great experience and I can't wait to use my new fragrances and order again.

    Amazing store! Such…read morea well executed concept with great merch from beloved brands like Marvel, Star Wars, Nintendo, several anime, and other pop culture. Clothing is stylish and fairly priced with all the discounts offered. What made the store 5 stars was the awesome employees. The guy working the shop when I visited was the nicest employee in the entire mall, had a great conversation and was really kind and helpful at checkout.

Though even with that it is still pricey. Two shirts even with a discount was $45 with the change rolled up for food bank donations. So not somewhere I would shop regularly, even though they have some amazing items. Staff is friendly and helpful but can be really pushy when it comes to the deal. This last time I was there i really was only there for this one $28 shirt. I had all 3-4 employees stop me when looking around for the sake of looking around to make sure I knew to pick up a second shirt for that % off which bumped me up to that $45 when I found something for my daughter. The previous to that time I resisted the urge to buy a second, and as I was checking out I was asked 3 times if I was sure I didn't want to find a second item for % off. I know they are in the business of making money but it's a little much sometimes in this particular stores when you are normally an introverted shopper.

    I had to come to do an exchange on a foundation I picked up at the galleria. I did not check to see…read moreif it was the correct foundation in the right spot, and of course it wasn't. I didn't notice until I opened it up and got about a half pump out and immediately knew it was wrong. Fortunately for me, they take back opened product! Just another reason to love Sephora. Lo and behold, they did not have my desired color in stock. Because sometimes that is just my luck. But again, Sephora customer service to the rescue! They took my open foundation, ordered my desired shade, shipped it to my house, and asked me if I would like to use my points for a free gift. No charge for the shipping, it will be on my doorstep in three days. I have eczema and rosacea and have to use good products, and for the amount of money I spend on makeup, I won't shop where I don't get good service. I LOVE Sephora. Though when I am shopping I put a timer on my Fitbit and only allow 15 minutes or my debit card starts smoking. Lol

    did a Buy online pick up in store spent $140 among many other purchases I made that month, and one…read moreof my items was missing. the associate that helped me disappeared into the back for 30 minutes and was checking the cameras and came back all casual saying that she counted all six items were picked and there's no extra inventory so basically I'm the one lying. She couldn't care less. She told me it was my responsibility to check my bags before I leave and that I could go through customer service but they'll say the same thing. Customer service took me at my word and immediately gave me a refund. The management in this location sucks. I spend a lot of money at Sephora. They were really shitty about it. It hurt my feelings. When I called customer service they were in disbelief and apologized. I'll still shop where just not this location
