Upon entering the store I realized that the inventory would not include what I was looking for but Travis politely engaged me and I learned a great deal from him. Importantly, following his recommendations, I found the the right tile for us at another showroom. I got a quote from them and returned to see Travis. He secured that same exact tile at a huge discount from the number I was quoted by the manufacturers actual retail showroom. He saved me thousands. He also helped me secure small amounts of backsplash and mosaic tiles. They were a bit of a hassle and had to be very tiny to no margins for him but he graciously secured them for me after a number of glitches ( not related to him). He is well connected, experienced and responsive and I recommend you see him at the beginning of your search. He will not try to sell you on his own inventory unless there is a great match for you.
