Cliff is your man! My garden was infested with golphers since I didn't have time to find someone to take care of it. I tried everything myself too, including poisons, water, etc, but to no avail. They just kept on growing in number. I finally got down to it and called up many companies to come inspect and give me a quote. We've had roaches that have been a problem for quite some time now. He was quick and very professional, and referred us to a different pest control company when he diagnosed that the issue probably lied in our roofing. I called Armed Exterminators regarding a rat problem at a house my wife and I recently purchased. They managed to come out the same day. I had already been trying to get rid of the lil boogers myself but had been doing it only 50% correctly. I can't remember what the technicians name was, but he gave me a few pointers to get rid of them myself and save a few bucks. I'm still trying to get them, it just takes time. I honestly do not know how this company gets any business. We had a rat problem, so I called. They took a full day to get back to me. After inspecting the house, they told me they would contact my landlord. Contact was never made, and when I brought it up, they left me a message and told me that they would meet me at a DIFFERENT ADDRESS. Poor organization and customer service. read more

Such a godsent! Raul was incredibly professional with great customer service. We had an early Saturday appointment to access a possible pest issue and he called 15 mins before arriving as promised. He won immediate cool points for arriving at 7:30am with a smile! He thoroughly looked over the interior & exterior of our house and fortunately we didn't have as big an issue as we anticipated, but his solid recommendations were extremely helpful. We had a problem with pesky rats a few months ago so we called Armed Exterminators. John Dolan came to our house and inspected all the problem areas. He was on time and professional. He put some pretty strong mousetraps all around with peanut butter and within hours, one of the rats were caught. These worked so well compared to the cheap ones we bought previously. Our landlord called Armed Exterminators this morning, they were here around 11am. John and another guy (missed his name, but he was very nice also) looked around, said they were pretty sure the smell was a dead skunk. They had to get approval from our landlord in order to go under the house, said they had another appt. and would be back or at least call to let me know they didn't get approved. John called back, said he was on his way. Got here, explained what was gonna happen and went about his business. Came back up, told me it was a dead skunk and it was removed. All finished by 1:30pm. Awesome! Super nice guy and very quick. Totally happy with the service. I also appreciate that even though I am the tenant, he treated me with the same respect he would if I were the owner. Fantastic! We had a rat infestation. I called several places and no one could make an appointment for a couple of weeks. Armed got us on the books right away. John came out and he was terrific, identifying the problem right away and shared with me the best to deal with it. Since I had already begun the process of setting traps myself, he just help me to improve my method with better traps, bait and trap locations. He gave a referral to a company they work with in order to seal up the entrances where the rats were getting in. He left me with two complementary traps. I love these guys! Highly recommend this company. Dale and Rob are the names I remember because they are so lovely but there was one more guy that came to do an inspection with Dale that was great too. We had called several companies and this one was the most reasonable and so quick to respond! They even called us when they had a cancellation earlier than our scheduled time to let us know they were available even earlier if we were. These guys were a Godsend after the headache of dealing with other companies (I shall not name names) that didn't even return a call and gave out outrageous estimates not to mention couldn't even come out for several days to a week later. All I have to say is that if you want a good thorough, honest exterminator that won't try to rip you off, and will make sure whatever the issue is, it is resolved, Call Armed Exterminators. So I have been using Armed Exterminators for about 8 years now. The first time was for a mosquito issue inside the house. I had an infant at home and he keeps getting mosquito bites. For the last two years, we have been using them for our quarterly service for ants, they were every where inside the house and I tried all the Home Depot stuff to get rid of them and they just keep coming back. Finally Armed Exterminators came and I didn't have issues anymore! We also had gophers in our back yard before and Cliff keeps coming back and putting the baits out until the gophers disappeared! Recently, we found a rat nest inside the car hood (the car was parked outside for all a period of time), AAA came to change the battery out and found the nest. Needless to say, I called Armed Exterminators right away and Raul came with another guy. They have been putting traps and poison around the garage and yard...found 4 so far and I think there might be more. And then my tentant had a bee issue this weekend and Raul found two hives in the back yard. These guys do it all so if you have any pest issues, you have to give them a call! read more

I can't recommend this company enough. We had a terrible ant infestation. I mean, totally gross. When I called Armed Exterminators, the first thing I liked was that I got a real live person: Dale, the owner of the company. Dale seemed very knowledgeable, and within a few days Cliff was sent to our house. He was also knowledgeable and friendly. Since I have health issues, he only sprayed outside the house. He said he'd check back with me in a few days about the ant problem, and he did! I've never had a company call me. I called Armed Exterminators when I couldn't identify little black bugs that seemed to be multiplying in my back entry. I scoured, swept, mopped, etc., and they kept coming back. I finally called Armed Exterminators, and they were at my house within 30 minutes. After collecting a few bugs and taking them back to "analyze" them, I received a call that these bugs were probably "lesser grain borers." Long story short, they were feasting on milk bones that we kept for our dog. The man I talked to told me that they didn't need to spray; I just needed to get rid of the food source. Sure enough, I followed Armed Exterminators' recommendation to get rid of the milk bones. After that, I scoured, swept, mopped, etc. again. Within a day or two the bugs were gone. No spraying. No fee charged. I will definitely call this company again with any extermination needs! read more

Every now and then you come across a business that just does things the right way, and when you're talking about pest control, the work performed has to be done accurately. A family run business, Armed Exterminators seems to pride itself on taking good care of its customers by being extremely attentive, thorough, and "arming" themselves with a personable staff. Our home was built in 1929, so we're now finding that there are small nooks and crannies for vermin to make their way in, especially through crawl spaces and the attic. John D., who is now on a mission to alleviate our small vermin problem after tending to a prior black widow problem, has been on time, is extremely courteous, and is noticeably sensitive to our needs. I called Armed Exterminators for a rat issue that I had. John Dolan came out immediately and fixed the issue by placing a rat trap/poison thingy outside. Since that time there have been NO rats that I can see. John was able to get to my house ASAP and took care of the situation immediately. I called Armed Exterminators after I heard a rodent inside of my wall. They were one of the only companies that could come out immediately and I was very grateful for that! Raul came out first to do an initial inspection and set up traps. He was really professional and friendly, and I appreciated that he gave me options for service and didn't try to charge me for things I did not need. I was visibly disgusted by the whole rodent incident, and Raul made me feel a lot better by cracking jokes and of course explaining the process to me. After the traps were set up, John came out to re-check them and again - was really great! I felt very at ease and like my situation was in good hands. Being on a budget, he also gave me alternative solutions, as well as some referrals for more preventative measures. This is my third exterminator in a year, so I know a good one vs. a bad one. Not only am I pleased with the service, the customer service is second to none as well. I first contacted them after paying someone else a total of 4,000 dollars to rid my place of rats that came in through holes on my roof. The sealed the holes, but the rat problem never went away. I called Armed Exterminators, and they (Raul) solved my problems in a week. I wish I had of called them first. I had spiders, silver fish, and ants as well. I was already paying someone else to solve that problem, but I decide to give Raul another call, since I was unhappy with the current results of my current exterminator. After a few days, my insect problem was now gone. (Disclaimer: I am not a nasty or dirty person, my entire neighborhood has similar issues with their houses as well in regards to the insects and rats, due to the large fruit bearing trees.) read more
