This shop is way behind, technology-wise and always appears very sloppy, unorganized, and badly in need of dusting. It's also very off-putting when politics are discussed with customers, as well. Many times when I've been in the shop, I have listened to Mike disparage immigrants, and and openly share his opinion on women's rights. Really gross. Just steer clear of this USPS.

First of all, Emil and the two ladies behind the counter were incredibly kind to my parents, who are elderly. They offered them chairs to sit while we went through volumes of paperwork. Thank you so much to all of you. Second, Emil was super efficient with the notarizing process. We had to do this same thing a while back and went to a different store and they were super slow compared to our experience here. Third, they all helped make sure the copying and collating got done quickly so that my parents didn't have to wait for a long time. However, recently, I stopped by the location at 9AM since that's when it is open according to Google. They updated their opening times to 10AM instead once I arrived. Ok, no biggie, this is not their fault that Google was not updated. However, I came back at 10AM and it still wasn't open. I waited outside for about 10 minutes and no one ever came. Door was locked, lights off, nobody in sight. This was pretty irritating as I remember that I waited for them a year ago around 9AM for a few minutes until someone finally came out to unlock the door around 9:20AM. Just make the opening hours 10:30AM or 11AM instead if ya'll aren't going to be on time. I can understand 5 minutes or so but in customer service, I was hoping it would have been better.
