This place used to be quite good. But there is new ownership and they are awful! Even with me bringing in the return label they do not put it on the package and say they will. Nope! The package gets returned to me! This has happened 3 times! No more. Stay away! You will end up with your package back at your house. read more

You can drop off USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL here. No running around to multiple stores with your returns! What's even better, though, is that the manager knew that if I wanted to return a piece of clothing to a European store, he had to complete triplicate forms for customs. At another provider, they were just going to let me drop it off. I just ordered a CMB here and will update my impression as I experience their service. The manager, Chetna, took a 30 min call with me to explain differences between their virtual and physical mailbox service. The physical mailbox works best for my business needs. I found that the email communication has gone well so far. They were awesome about social distancing and even offered to let me wait in my car while they came to my window with the paperwork. I opted to wait outside on the sidewalk instead. They had good airflow through the shop and everyone wore masks which I was grateful for. It took 30-40 min to get me set up so they are not the fastest when the shop is semi busy (4 other customers with intensive requests and a couple package deliveries). However, I felt attended to. Be aware that a little extra waiting is usually a feature of small family owned businesses. However, I feel like a person rather than a number to them. read more

Everyone hates doing little errands like getting your passport photos taken or dropping off a package, so I appreciated this place a lot when I found easy parking and was in and out in 5 minutes. Parking is easy. There's street parking and also a parking lot in the back. It's on the south side of the street, so if you're going from Stanford you'll have to U-turn. The girl was really nice and accommodated my special passport photo size (50mm x 70mm). I got the photos printed right away, and she made the entire experience pleasant and hassle-free. The guy who helped me was extremely kind and helpful. I was concerned about maybe parking in the spot of a neighboring business, so he worked really hard to help me get out the door as quickly as possible. He gave me all the options, helped me pick the best way for me to send my packages, and helped me tape up one of the boxes when I needed to make a last minute addition to it. He explained to me how the customs forms worked, how to track my packages, and assured me that he'd check the boxes for any old labels before the package pick up. Came here for passport photos and notary service. Really, really nice guy, quick friendly and inexpensive service. He has a little bathroom with a mirror so you can check how you look before having your picture taken. One tip, though: if you care about what your passport photo looks like, you may want to find a place that takes the photo from a greater distance away. He takes it from 2 feet away, which gives the image a very unflattering wide-angle lens look--like you're on a laptop webcam. I know he stands that close to make the face fit into the proper size and location in the image, but if he moved back a few feet and used the zoom, the photos would come out sooo much better. Something I'll remember when I have to do this again in ten years! read more

Stopped here to get some passport photos taken. 2 passport size photos for $10+tax. There is a small bathroom with a mirror in case you need to make some last minute any hair or make up adjustments. An employee took two pictures and let me choose which one I liked better and then printed the photos for me. The whole process only took about 5-10 minutes and was very quick and easy. You can have the photos cut into 2x2 squares or they can give you the whole sheet. The owner was very welcoming and friendly--he even gave me a Madeline cookie to take home as I was leaving! Another customer was leaving as I walked in and he had offered her some candy and cookies too. I'll definitely be back if I need any shipping services (you can drop off packages here and ship them) or if I need more passport photos. read more

Wow, what a gem. I am new to the area and needed to drop something off for UPS pickup. Google Maps pointed me to this place and I hurriedly made my way there -- as it was almost time to close. In fact, I wouldn't have been surprised if they closed a little early -- since I was eager to get this item off my hands, this thought stressed me out. Anyway, so I arrive (yay! still open) and am greeted by a lovely older gentleman. I grab a padded envelope (usually so overpriced) to put my item on and, as he takes the pre-printed UPS shipping label, says, "Would you like a used box?" This floored me frankly. It was such superior service that the business has earned me as a customer for life (and this glowing review). How often does a business offer something that will make your life easier and cost less? The man who runs this place was so nice & helpful! Actually, I am making an assumption here that he owns it... In any case, I needed European-sized passport photos. Though Costco was very cheap for this service & said they knew how to do it, they did not seem to do it right as their is a certain percentage that the face needs to fill the space. I remembered having a good experience at Ritz on Santa Cruz in the past, but they charge almost $30 for that service! Well, the guy at Post N More has everything set up with special lights & has a guide on the viewfinder/screen of his digital camera to make sure the face takes up the right amount of space. To make a long story short, he did a great job, was friendly, & his service cost $10 (for 6 photos). He also does UPS! read more

I came here to get my passport photo and to mail off my passport renewal. Protip: you can do it by mail now instead of in-person, if you meet the qualifications and print the documents from the gov't website...yay!. For the photos it was $10 + tax for 2 pictures and it took a whole 5 minutes. I even liked the photo I ended up with (they let you choose). The girl that helped me was really nice and made sure all the information was correct both for my info and the passport office's before mailing everything. Parking: I went at 3 pm on a Wednesday and was able to park in front with no problem. The location faces the street so drive a little slower to find it and score a parking spot. I am so glad I found this place. I will never go back to the post office unless I absolutely have to! read more

this place has changed since the original owner sunjay has left to india. his family is now runing it and they are less knowledgeable than him and verry unprofesional i was in for some documentation i had for vital n birth certificate and printing things also needed to get things notarized. anyway i was skipped over numerous times as if first come first serve didnt matter. waiting for over a hr for her to finish with other customers i told her id come back next day n she did the same thing skipped over me as if i was not a paying customer. you will waste your time here with unprofesional people who barely know what customer service is all about. they have lost my business and i have been going for years. unaceptable save ya money go to kinkos or another notary who knows better. i hope sunjay is reading these reviews as he is india and see his business isn't doing so good sunjay come back! we need your expertise back here. read more
