Then she says, " well the lady that does the finger prints isn't her" she calls the lady that does the fingerprints and tells me they have no record of my second appt. and she then she continues with, "you didn't even show up yesterday!" Well yes I tried to call to cancel but no one answered and no return phone call. I will never recommend this place. The way the lady in the office presented herself was by no means professional.

However, recently, I stopped by the location at 9AM since that's when it is open according to Google. They updated their opening times to 10AM instead once I arrived. Ok, no biggie, this is not their fault that Google was not updated. However, I came back at 10AM and it still wasn't open. I waited outside for about 10 minutes and no one ever came. Door was locked, lights off, nobody in sight. This was pretty irritating as I remember that I waited for them a year ago around 9AM for a few minutes until someone finally came out to unlock the door around 9:20AM. Just make the opening hours 10:30AM or 11AM instead if ya'll aren't going to be on time. I can understand 5 minutes or so but in customer service, I was hoping it would have been better. Everyone's time is valuable.

He was very professional and patient with us. Right before us someone gave the staff cookies for being so patient and good with the customer. I tried to give a tip afterwards because he gave such good and patient customer service-because at one point, we made a mistake and had to correct it so he had to print it up again and give a new pdf. He did so willlingly and cheerfully! So tried to give a tip, but he said he couldn't accept tips-oh....I guess, good to know, but I could see how being a notary public maybe you cannot accept tips-lol! So very professional. Anytime I need a Notarizer I am coming here-it was so easy, relaxed and efficient. So hard to find one in SF at a UPS or some storefont-they mostly seem to be mobile and you have to call in advance, so this place makes it super easy! 5 stars all around!

They provided a soft white background for placing my infant on a table top where there was little danger of rolling off (not near table edges) and arranged for a reflector to get the right lighting for the odd angle. Very gentle and also decisive in their instructions to me on how to adjust my baby make sure the photo was met the requirements for my case. Able to do passport photos for different country size standards, print, and email digital copies. THANK YOU for making what could have been a disastrous experience into a smooth process with the desired outcome. Recommendation for future customers: make sure baby is awake before going as that will speed up the process.

Confident in that information, I walked into the store to open a mailbox. Unfortunately, I was met with the most unprofessional and rude service I've ever experienced. A staff member named Shan (or Sean) interrupted me mid-sentence when I tried to explain the offer and flat out denied the promotion. I let him know that I spoke to someone on the phone who confirmed it, and instead of helping or clarifying, he dismissively said it wasn't valid at their store. Even after I showed him a QR code from the Millbrae location referencing the promotion, he arrogantly said it was "incorrect" and offered no further assistance. I asked to speak to a manager, and he told me the manager wasn't in. When I asked for the contact number, he gave me a fake phone number. Completely unacceptable. I walked in simply wanting to open a PO box -- not to be belittled or made to feel uncomfortable. I won't be returning, and I would not recommend anyone do business at this location if this is how they treat customers.
