aRITZia. You truly are the RITZ carlton of stores. They offer lots of contemporary women's brands like J Brand, Citizens of Humanity and Winfred. Also, service is friendly but not too pushy. The sales associates are so helpful and patient with your needs even if the store is crazy busy. There are no mirrors in the individual dressing rooms, just 1 large mirror outside of the rooms. So once you change and come out of the room to check yourself out, don't be surprised to hear 5 associates waiting to tell you how amazing your butt looks in those jeans or how luscious your breasts look in that top. read more

Love love love this place. My fav spot, especially for fall fashion. They have excellent sweater choices, adorable coats and cute trendy pieces that are urban and sexy yet just right for 30 something and older. have always had good luck with quality and most pieces I've purchased years ago still hold up- including sweaters not peeling or snagging. The staff is awesome, knowledgeable and very attentive, on numerous times helping me order something from another location and even helping style me. It feels like they don't belong in the Westfield-it's tucked away near Nordstrom corner which is nice for getting in and right out of the mall if you are trying to avoid the Westfield drama. read more

Love, love, LOVE this store. My fav brands names and more under one store. The styles are trendy but classical at the same time. Their separates will match with anything from their store, so mixing and matching are fun! The women are all well dressed and love to shop which is a great thing for figuring out outfits for events. Best store in the westfield mall downtown! Limited selection, but always current and up to date. Everything is very chic and modern, which I also enjoy. This place has super cute clothes but at very expensive prices. I would just come here to shop for jeans. They were having a jeans sale but I couldn't find something that would fit me perfectly. The sales associates were very friendly and brought me some jeans that they thought would fit me well. One pair made my butt look saggy and the other pair of J brand jeans fit me like a glove!! I bought it and am so happy with the purchase. The SA did not bring me jeans that were insanely priced and the jeans were still in my budget. They were less than $200. I will come back here to buy more jeans but probably not for the clothes because I can get similar stuff for way less at other places. read more

I was so glad when I moved to San Francisco and saw that they had a location in Union Square.. the prices are reasonable (for designer brands) and they are always up on the latest trends. THIS IS MY NEW FAVORITE STORE!!! if i could afford it, i'd buy everything! everything is sooo cute and unique! the only thing is that it's kind of expensive... designer jeans at retail price (standard), tanks for $40-$50 (kind of pricy), jackets for $100+ (a really good deal)... the quality and style are worth the price! also, the service is GREAT! they give HONEST opinions-- not just trying to flatter you and sell you stuff! they also make recommendations that you wouldn't necessarily consider! i ended up buying a jacket that initially looked weird on the table, but not it's my new favorite jacket! i also got 2 gifts with purchase, a cute tote/bag and stila makeup kit! read more

I first saw Artizia like a day after it opened and found it to be new and fresh, which (in my opinion) is no where to be found downtown right now. Its a canadian boutique that offers a couple different canadian brands as well as designer denim. At first thought, I wanted to buy everything in the store but then I got to trying things on and well, it didn't go so well. The clothes just aren't for curvy chicks. Everything looks awesome and it's reasonably priced, like not forever 21, and probably similar to club monaco. Kinda like on a Zara level but way better. I gotta say though, their sweatshirts are where it's at!! Seriously they have different lengths, tons of colors, decent price, and oooh so soft. Like fuzzy bunnys. Well at least mine does. there's this black sweater i have from them, super careful about how I clean it (tumble dry low) so it wouldn't fade too bad..even after all these years (3+) it still looks like new. its from wilfred, one of their labels i think. every time I come in, they give really good service, almost to a point where it's a bit too much..but not quite there. they always have suggestions, will run to grab you different colours, sizes, or stuff they think you'd like based on the stuff you grabbed/ask. whether it was dead, or a couple of shoppers, when i was by myself, with my friend.. i'm kind of not used to this, this is the type of training Gap Inc used to try implement (personal touch) years ago, as well as Coach..usually it falls off the wagon..these girls keep it up still, while I, being a total weirdo who likes to shop by myself, unless I really wanted something I can't seem to find..appreciates their effort and service. I normally shop at Ted Baker, French Connection, All Saints, kind of stick with the same stores, but stepped into Aritzia for the first time yesterday. I very suprised, the clothing is fab, bought the nicest Willard dress, great quality, around $200, prices not out of control. The staff isn't jumping all over you to help, but were very helpful when needed, all of which I think is perfect when shopping. Poor return policy and customer service! I bought 3 items online on 11/25/16, Black Friday sale. Returned the items at the store on 12/26/16 and was stuck with store credit. To get a full refund, you have 14 days for sale items or 30 days for regular price items. There's isn't a extension for holiday purchases. Manager made an asinine comment that I shopped earlier than most folks for the holidays. Hello, Black Friday is the day most shoppers start holiday shopping. You also get charged $8 for S&H for online returns, but the cashier mistakenly charged $8 for each of the 3 items, which totaled $24!! I didn't catch the error until I left. I also placed an online order at the store that qualified for free S&H, and the cashier was going to charge an additional $8. So CHECK YOUR RECEIPT before you leave the store. read more

This is the second Aritzia store I have been to and this one is really nice and big. Everything was neat and aesthetically pleasing. BUT my sister told me that after we went out of the store she said that this lady working there was nice because she asked her if she needed help with the dressing room (who suddenly popped out of nowhere) then we went upstairs to put back clothes because my sister didn't want them anymore and I was buying something but once we go up to the second floor she was there again and said to my sister if she needed help ringing her up downstairs. Then once I put the clothes away my sister didn't want. She told me that the lady was pointing at us to her co-worker. Idk why she was doing that but I want to know why. This whole time she was following us. Now I'd rather go to the one in San Jose where the workers are much nicer and don't think bad about their customers! read more

Crappy retail experience. I needed to return something and didn't have the receipt. A woman, probably 25-32, Asian, manager, helped me. After lying to me that there was no way she could return the item to my original source of payment, she asked a couple of other questions (Do you know which day? Yes. Do you know the total? Yes I can look it up.) and of course was able to retrieve the transaction. It took her 3 minutes in an empty store, by comparison what I would have to go through to come back with the receipt with my 1 year old baby in tow. Then she required me to share phone, email, etc because "it is required for this kind of transaction" and "this can never happen again - next time we won't do this." It was such B.S. Pretty little girl high on her retail power trip demonstrating absolutely shitty customer service. It's true that this won't be happening again though - because I won't be returning to this store. read more

I am astounded that in this day of the critical value of customer service, that Aritizia is so inflexible in policies regarding returns and exchanges. Purchasing a number of items on line, on sale, as gifts, none fit as desired so all needed to be returned. Nope, no returns on sale items, just store credit. And then when given a gift without a receipt, we could not even exchange for the correct size. I vowed to never patronize this store again. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this store. They were not rude or anything upon entering, but they only helped a select few. Upon entering the dressing room, I was joined by another individual. She had a very slim stature and model like physique. This is where the issues occurred. I didn't mind that the sale representative pointed out she had a nice body, the problem arose when she was constantly assisted and I was ignored. They brought her whatever she needed but when I simply asked oh do you have any open back shirts the lady said oh you'll have to look at the floor. She surprisingly brings me one shirt but just throws it at me and says here. She then proceeds to assist the other girl and as these other ladies (a mother and daughter enter) assists them. She banters with them, makes jokes and I am sitting there asking for assistance and all she says to me is oh you'll have to go look on the floor for yourself. She was prejudice to say the least. She continuously checks up on these individuals and leaves me the job with having to run outside my dressing room for different colors. I even put back ALL the clothes I tried on. I placed them correctly on the hanger and had the courtesy to put them back in their correct locations. Had it not been for the fact that the dress I tried on was unavailable online, I would have walked out and just bought it online. The dress had a small red stain on the front and I asked her is there another one I could get? She said oh yeah we can give you a discount for dry cleaning or order you another one because we don't have that in the store, there are no sizes left. I go up to the cashier and tell her what the sales rep had told me but it turned out they had more in the store. The cashier simply looked it up on a computer for me to discover that they had an additional size. I don't mind if you don't know, but don't just say you don't when you don't even try. I worked in retail for many years and I definitely did whatever I could to help customers. If someone put back their clothes like I did I would have definitely treated them better than she treated me. The other disappointing fact was that there were many sales reps on the floor just walking around, and when I needed help they were disinterested. I ended up trying to flag them down for assistance and I was constantly disregarded. I would have bought so much more had I gotten more help in this store. I do not want to return to this location. The only reason this review is getting 2 stars is because the girl looked up the dress for me before selling me the stained one. read more

Came here today because of the pre-black Fri sale. The sale wasn't all that great, but there were a few items I would like to try on in person because I know I can't return sale items (poor store policy). Did not want to risk ordering a size or style that does not work for me. It was busy 'cause I guess a lot of people are trying to dig for good deals today. I had 2 coats in my hands and was assisted by this same pushy middle age woman (reddish hair) that I mentioned in my previous review. Now I need to question why she is not fired yet. She is so pushy and rude, not to mention fake. She's only interested in the commission she may potentially get. I got a room started and tried on my items. I came out w/ a skirt that I want. Everything else is either a no or I will think about it and order online myself. When I asked if there is another color for the skirt, she barely looked at me and said," There are some black ones over there." She pointed to the rack. Yup, not surprised of her rudeness. I went up to another sales assistant to ask if there is a different color for a scarf I was looking at. That rude woman literally ran over to ask the girl what I needed, afraid that other girl would get commission from me. Since the color of the scarf I wanted is not in store, I just bought the skirt and left. Again that rude woman took credit and made the other girl ring me up. That rude woman turned around flashing a big fake smile said," Thank you, happy Thanksgiving!" Yeah, save it. I can do w/out her assistance if I have to look at the rack of skirts myself. Seriously, most of the girls working there are ok. I prefer to browse on my own w/out people hovering me. I think the clothes are cute and I will continue to shop at Artizia, but I think I may order online more if I know what I want and am sure of my size. I just can't stand that one rude woman I complain about numerous times in my reviews. Maybe I should check out the Aritzia in San Jose...maybe they have less pushy staff working there. read more
